Looking up an object that isn't in the JNDI tree

We currently have this current hypothesis. Could someone verify this?
If you make a call using JNDI and try to retrieve something that's not
registered ("com.foobar.weblogic.SomeClass"), it will be dynamically
instantiated and returned, as long as the requested class is
a) in the SERVERCLASSES directory, and
b) has a no-arg constructor.

Just closing the case.
Next time I ran the battery down and plugged it back in, everything is working as if the problem never happened. Not sure what I did wrong the first time.

Security Scopes: All instances of the objects that are related to the assigned security roles greyed out

So the guy who built our SCCM server is no longer in the company and his AD account no longer exists. I noticed in SCCM however his account as the "All instances of the objects that are related to the assigned security roles"
is selected. however the option is greyed out for everyone else.
This option is the one found under Administration/Security/Administrative Users select the user and open properties then select the Security Scopes tab.
Is there a way we can provide another user this same level access when we can no longer access through the original build account?
Already looked into tombstone resurrection of his account thats a no go.

I love the Smart Cover. It fits the way I work and I love the instant on/off and the always available screen protection. I wouldn't use my iPad without it.
I got a Cover Buddy for the back, because I wanted the back to be less slippery when I'm using the iPad in the classroom, teaching. I picked this back cover because it's VERY lightweight, easy to get on or off and, protects the corners, has accurate cutouts for the ports, and (in the colors) has a rubberized surface:

I have a Built NY "hoody" slip on case with a hard internal shell that I use when I'm in the field and I can put the iPad with the Smart Cover and the Cover Buddy inside this . But for everyday use, the Smart Cover with the Cover Buddy is a terrific combination.

All i wanna know is to get all the objects that are used inside the class.

in this class i have two objects, one Emp obj and another Dept object.
I wanna get the details abt this class Emp and Dept by simply parsing the file and by not loading this class in JVM.

I downloaded IOS8.1 and Itunes 12.01.26, now i can not add any music to my iphone that isn't in the cloud.

I've restarted everything, resigned in and out of everything and re downloaded iTunes, ITunes won't see any music that is currently on my iPhone 5c and it will not let me put any music on my IPhone that isn't in the cloud.

Are you trying to sync with a different computer?
The iphone will sync with one computer. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases

Some JMS objects do not show up in JNDI tree

Hello friends. I have a situation where some of my JMS Queues do not show up in
the JNDI tree. Other Queues / Topics show up fine. I cannot find any difference
in the interface that tells me what my cause this to happen. Any insight would
be appreciated.

are you using a cluster? if so check the multicast to see if its working
right.
Where are you looking up the JNDI tree? in the console or are you checking
the JNDI tree via weblogic.Admin LIST command? the LIST command may be a
better way to see it for sure.

Binding huge object to the jndi tree.

Hi we are loading all the master tables in to objects at the app server startup (SUN ONE 7) and then binding the whole object to the jndi tree. All the tables data in text files comes to about 5 MB and the serilized object with data to about 8 MB. But when the app server tries to bind the object the app server process consumes over 500MB of ram and gives OutOfmemoryError as the total ram is 512MB. why is it consuming so much memory. It does bind an object of about 5 MB but when trying to lookup subsequent to the first lookup it fails. Is this a bug or what??? the same thing works perfectly with Weblogic and Websphere and also Weblogic is very efficient in memory consumption and response time is amazing. For a 5 MB object the lookup takes about 5Secs in Weblogic and about 15Mins in Sun One. We might have to drop the Sun One App Srv and go for Weblogic though we dont want. This same thing is working with about 4MB object in Sun One but takes about 45 Mins to 1 Hour to finish the serialization etc for jndi .Kindly provide some guidance.Thanks in advance.

True. At the end I configured the value as a "server property". The cool thing about configuring the jndi tree is that it is replicated in a cluster.
Obviously the values that I inserted affected all the applications, like the url of our SOA server.

New Mac Pro keeps looking for a server that isn't there

So, I just got my new Mac Pro (Mountain Lion 10.8.2) the other day. I used MIgration Asssisant to transfer most files from my old Power Mac G5. Computers were connected thru a hub.
Then I turned on file sharing on the old machine to get some other info transferred. I then shut down file sharing, physically disconnecting the hub and connecting the new Mac Pro to my DSL modem with an ethernet cable.
Now when I boot up the new machine, I get a message
"There was a problem connecting to the server 'Joe Blow's Power Mac G5'.
"The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and try again."
I get this message three separate times ove a couple of minutes.
Under the "Go" button in the Finder menu, I've clicked on "Connect to server..." and cleared the old mac out of the list.
What am I missing??

Common causes of this issue include the following:
Aliases in the iPhoto, iTunes, or iMovie library pointing to the server.
Bookmarks in the Preview application.

Otherwise, proceed as below.
Please read this whole message before doing anything. This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it. Step 1 The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up guest users” (without the quotes) in the search box. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.” While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin. Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem? After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it. *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing. Step 2 The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

Motion Tracking An Object That Goes Out Of The Sceen?

Hi i am quite new to after effects i have only been using it for a few months im using after effects cs4,here is my problem i am trying to track a picture frame but when the picture goes out of the scene,the motion tracking path just goes crazy. It works great when the picture frame is in the scene
example
the camera is pointing straight at the picture frame, works perfect, but when the camera turns right , and the picture frame is no longer in the scene, my track path just goes wrong.
How do i stop this?
Do i have to make a seperate motion tracking null object? or is it something to do with backwards tracking?
Any help on this would be great i have serched youtube,adobe for the answer but i cannot find it anywhere

Yes, that's just how it is. AE has no way of knowing where those markers might be and even tracking points separately and in segments can only take you so far. You'll have much better luck trying such things with mochaAE, which comes with the main program. IUt assumes that all points would be part of a plane. If even that isn't enough, then probably 3D matchmoving tools like SynthEyes are your only option...

Is there a tool / way to comb through the CMS objects and clean up CMS objects that do not have a file that exists in the Input FRS?
Not sure how we ended up with these orphaned objects, product of migration i guess.

I'm not sure what the case would be if you were to allow these orphans to linger around, as best as I can tell there are no inherent problems. However, as good administrators we sometimes feel best when things are neat, tidy, and all accounted for. In answer to your question, I do not know of any tool per se, other than using the artificats that Bus Objects leaves us with to "check things out" and to also use other resources as we see fit. The best I can imagine in getting to the data you seek is as follows:
- use the Query Builder tool (/businessobjects/enterprise115/WebTools/websamples/query/query.aspx">https://<server>/businessobjects/enterprise115/WebTools/websamples/query/query.aspx?
- in the "enter your SQL code here" box, type: select si_files,si_name from ci_infoobjects where si_obtype=260 (then click on "Submit Query")
- you will get a screenful of info back in your browser, and this is where the "tricky" part starts. If you're working in a unix (or unix-flavored) environment (or have "grep", "cut" and "paste" for windows), you can highlight all the text that is returned, then copy to a text file. Using grep, you can grep on "SI_FILES SI_PATH" | cut -c24- and output to another text file. Then you can grep on "SI_FILE1" |cut -c10- and output to another text file. Then finally, paste -d"/" <file1text> <file2text> (this puts the two parts together with a slash between thus resembling a file name. The next task is to go the place where your filestore is at (if you've not moved it from the original installation, then most likely at "C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\FileStore"). From here you'll have to obtain a pathname/filename list of all your "*.wid" files (in unix this is easy, however, in Windows/DOS, you might try zipping everything to a PKZip file, then "test" the file and copy/paste the output from it to another text file. Once you have the two text files in front of you then you can use a variety of tools to "match things up" (i.e. import to Access as two tables and use inner join/outer join techniques, etc, etc).
In my particular case, the query builder is telling me that I have 894 objects, however, doing an Explorer search I get 880 objects, so I have 14 orphans in CMS. I'm not sure how this happens either and I'm not sure how I'd go about removing these puppies from CMS either, but I guess if I took the above steps, I'd know exactly which IDs in CMS were out of whack.

Removing a song that isn't on the "iPod Selection" list - but its on iPod!

Firstly, let me say - I am a technocripple!!
I don't know how I managed this one, but I am trying to delete a song from the iPod itself...
However it is not listed in the "iPod Selection" playlist (or another playlist for that matter) the only time I see it is when I plug my iPod in and look at the contents of the iPod (the listing that I can't change..)
Also, when I click on the iPod Selections... it shows that there is only 979mb worth of music (on the iPod itself there is 2.73Gb)!!!
I know not what I have done!! Can anyone help?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Delete all music by going to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Locking songs together...taking away the pause that isn't on the recording

How do you make an album such as "The Wall or "Abbey Road" play without the skips between them on an Ipod..... I so love to hear these things in their entirety.
Also, is there a way to lock two song together? You know.... two songs that belong together that will always get separated if played in the random mode. Think Rush 2112.... Overture and Syrinx?

Where do you ask about content that isn't on the store that is suppose to be?

Episode 10 of Longmire should of released on Monday August 5th but didn't. Worse yet the episode 9 that released a week earlier is now dated for August 5th in it's place. I am wondering if someone just typo mistaked something or there is a reason. I don't see where I can inquire about this?

There is not a way to add ebooks to iBooks without getting them through the iBookstore. But you can add books to the Kindle app, the Kobo app, as well as, the Swiss army Knife of the iPad, GoodReader. After these are on your iPad you can add book files to them with the iTunes app on your computer.
