Lxde right click properties on app

in fedora 15 lxde spin i can right click an item in the menu and a properties option shows up along with add to desktop but in arch i only see add to desktop. what file do i need to edit to show the other as well?

In .config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml, I have this shortcut to bring the window menu (with resize, iconify, maximize, send to desktop, etc...)
<keybind key="W-S-m">
<action name="ShowMenu"><menu>client-menu</menu></action>
</keybind>
I hope it's what you're talking about :?:

    When trying to turn off compatibility mode on my itunes i dont have a compatibility tab after right clicking properties. Can any one help???

    Hi Roger
    Thank you for your reply.
    My original feed is: http://casa-egypt.com/feed/
    However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
    Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is  http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
    I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
    I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.
    Thanks is advance.

  • Konqueror and Dolphin crash on right click/Properties

    Its been 2 or 3 days that both Konqueror and Dolphin crash with Signal 6 (SIGABRT) when i right click anywhere in the folders and choose "Properties" or "Share".
    I noticed after doing some installing/configuring of Samba. But that doesnt mean its related.
    System has been updated several times in stable. x86-64.
    Thats the readout:

    Maybe someone can help...
    I posted this question also on kdemod.ath.cx
    Thx

    Thx for the reply.
    Im not able to be more precise than that i was trying to install samba. I touched some settings concerning networks. In the meanwhile here is the readout with debug symbols. I will post a bug if its likely to be a bug and not some misconfig i did.

    Additional Info:
    It does not crash when i right click/Properties in the network "tab". Only on local disks.
    Is there some package i could try to reinstall? It would have to be relevant for konqueror and dolphin, since both have that issue.

  • Right Click Crashes MSOffice apps

    I just bought another Macbook Pro.  This time it is the 13" Retina.  Whenever I right-click on any MSOffice 2011 app (Outlook or Excel or Word) I get the beach ball and the program stops responding.  I have to force quite and re-open.  I'm wondering if this is an issue with the Apple Mouse or something else.  I am tempted to buy a Logitech mouse and see if there is a difference.
    This is a brand new installation.  There can't be any rogue code yet.
    Thanks,
    Nick.

    C#
    //Code in startup
    SBO_Application.RightClickEvent+=new _IApplicationEvents_RightClickEventEventHandler(SetupRightClickEvent);
    //Handle method
    private static void SetupRightClickEvent(ref ContextMenuInfo EventInfo, out bool BubbleEvent) {
      BubbleEvent = true;
      //Code here
    VB
    Private Sub SBO_Application_RightClickEvent(ByRef eventInfo As SAPbouiCOM.ContextMenuInfo, ByRef BubbleEvent As Boolean) Handles SBO_Application.RightClickEvent
    //Code here
    End Sub

  • Slow Response when right click - properties on Computer

    Within any collection, I browse to see all the systems present (all systems collection).  I right click and the menu displays.  I select Properties.
    It will take 40 to 45 seconds consistantly to display the properties.   I have no right click tools installed.  Runs the same time if I run the console on a primary or on another server.  Its the same if I select a different collection.
    The enviroment is very new CM12 R2 CU2.
    Not even sure where to start?
    Any suggestions?

    Found the error in the SMSAdminUI.log  (no right click tools ever installed)

  • App tabs are not working. I right click, but no app tab option appears.

    I right clicked on a tab to create an app tab, but there was no option for an app tab. Just the name of the program on the tab.

    The option you should see is "pin tab" and "unpin tab". Possibly an extension is messing it up. Try running in Safe Mode for a short test session.

  • Right Clicking closes all apps....?

    It seems like a bug/error.. but lately, some of the times when i right click a file, folder, or just the desktop, all the apps i have open, just close/dissappear and i cannot seem to figure out why.
    is this a known bug with Tiger?
    also, how come some of the times when OS X locks up on me and I reboot, my settings are reset?

  • Strange issue with right click menus in apps

    Every now and again the right click menu will stop working in applications. I won't be able to right click at all and sometimes closing and re-opening the app will work and sometimes I will need to restart the computer to fix the issue.
    I am running a very simple Fluxbox and SLiM based system and only really use Chromium, Thunderbird, XChat and Gvim on a regular basis but it seems to affect all of them from time to time which suggests to me it is a system wide problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this rather annoying problem?
    As an aside this never effects the right click menu in Fluxbox.

    Issues with a massive right-click context menu have been reported as caused by Firebug, so make sure to update Firebug to the latest version.

    access to the right-click menu.

  • Right click properties slow

    Hi all.
    I have recently reinstalled Labview and ever since, whenever I right click a control and select "Properties", Labview takes ages to open the properties window.  Can anyone tell me what setting I can adjust to make this faster?
    Thanks
    Christie

    Mass compile?
    The properties window is normal G code and their might be an issue that the code is not recompiled (I think you have to recompile the whole LV dir for this)

  • Bug: Universal app input controls (i.e. Start Menu, Task view buttons) ignoring and missing interpretative translation for legacy input control context request (right-click)

    Redundant post - however the topic (title) is different to point out the potential of adding translation for right-click to universal app input controls. The part about a solution for translation is in bold at the bottom of this post ...
    Bug: Universal app input controls (i.e. Start Menu, Task view buttons) ignoring and missing interpretation translating right-click to a left-click to activate context (menu) in universal app web style (similar to oo context menu for oo legacy style).
    Bug: Task view: OO context menu: Should show "nothing" (like right-click Start Menu button) - but right click Task view shows the oo context menu for the Task bar (wrong context)
    Besides behaving wrongly (should be like right clicking the Start button) ....
    the problem is the user is likely to look for actions on that context menu.
    However to activate the context menu for this universal app kind of behavior you actually need to left-click the button for the Task view ... and then you get the universal app like context menu.
    Microsoft must have been trying to figure out what to do about this kind of voupling mismatch between legacy (right-click) and universal app (left-click) conmtext menus. confusing for users it weill become nevertheless.
    But the left-click style supports touch.
    One solution though is to support right-click on i.e. Task view and Start button. Thus for new kind (universal app kind-of)input controls - right-click will work (instead of just being ignored) just like left-click. Allthough not a correct left-click
    - it will be helpful and interpretive translating the intension of receiving a context. A practical solution with right-click translating into left-click for universal app controls considering that the context menu actually has become a hybrid of left-click
    and right-click (with a precedence for left-click though)

    This is a great post.
    I couldn't have written it myself better.
    I'm also in dying need of Korean input as I can't communicate with my Korean friends.
    But I second every point.
    I hope the tech teams are reading this.

  • MacBook Pro w/ retina keeps crashing in some apps when using RIGHT CLICK?

    Hi every time I RIGHT CLICK in some apps "The Spinning Rainbow Beach Ball of Death" comes, I can also see in CPU usage that the freezing software top to 99,9% of usage.. I recent;y updated to 10.8, but in a week it is the first time I meet this problem. No apple apps nor Google chrome do that, only apps such Evernote, uTorrent, Google Sketchup, Microsoft office, Skype do that but not always.. Sometimes apps work great and when I reboot my Mac, and use right click in them, BANG! Freeze! I've tried repair permission in disk utility, but the problem persist. What can I do?
    Thanks for helps!

    Try opening Disk Utility and repairing permissions.

  • Introducing Right Click functionality

    Tried to use a click box but cannot find a 'right mouse
    button' option. How can I utilise right mouse click
    functionality?

    Heinz's solution is working for me in C2 both in preview mode
    and publish to swf mode, and should work in 3 as well. Heinz's
    solution provides a capture for the right click within captivate
    and does work in preview mode, jbradley88 is wrong - Heinz's
    solution is not only designed for HTML deployment (there is an HTML
    component to handle overriding the Flash player responce to the
    right-click - prevents the player from displaying the right-click
    menu). jbradley is confusing Shongrunden's solution which uses an
    HTML mask to intercept the right click and passes mouse
    co-ordinates to captivate, with Heinz's much more effective and
    compatible solution of passing the right-click directly to the
    captivate embedded swf animation.
    Two things I've found in C2 that you need to do get Heinz's
    solution to work properly, you may need to do these in C3 as well.
    1) In the right-click properties turn syncronize with project
    off, the left-click box and right-click animation should have the
    exact same start-time and end-time on the timeline, or have the
    right-click animation run a click or two past the left-click in the
    slide timeline, and have the left-click box start after the
    right-click starts in the timeline.
    2) import the right-click animation into the captivate
    project. In the library file list, Right-click the
    RightClickAnimation item. Select properties. Click Import, select
    RightClickAnimation.swf if not selected, Click Open, Click OK.
    Part 1 of step 1 may not be necessary I've yet to try it
    w/syncronize on. Step 2 is essential, for some reason this brings
    the swf file animation into the captivate project, one would think
    Insert animation function would perform this as a background step,
    but software quirks are what they are.
    Please feel free to e-mail me if you need clarification for
    either of these two steps, good luck getting your right-click
    working.

  • WebView blocks right click

    I have a java script application which runs in WebView.
    Left clicks are properly handled but it seems as though right clicks never make it to the java script app as a right click.
    The app works as expected in an external browser like IE.
    I've tried setContextMenuEnabled( false ) thinking that that would then allow the right click through but it doesn't.
    Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas ?
    Thanks.
