M61X0002

I'm using M61X0002 to have additional columns in MD04. How can I default them to be displayed every time I call MD04.
Now I always have to activate them by pushing the three buttons (for three columns)

Now: I got an answer:
SAP has provided the related BAdI MD_ADD_COL_EZPS which enables that these columns are shown or hidden dynamically and controlled by the program or users instead of using the standard user exit M61X0002.

Hi,
The purpose of the User Exit M61X0002 is to program additional information in your own columns for the display of the MRP list (MD05) and the stock/requirements list (MD04).

Creation of Purchase Requisition with MRP - MD02

I have created a sales order using one material with MRP. When I run MRP-transaction MD02 for this material, a purchase requisition is created.
What we want is to block the creation of the purchase requisition when the sales order has delivery block (code 02). I have been trying to use this enhancements; setting break-points in all function modules, but when running MD02 is does not stop there:

Dear ,
Are you very particualr to process the Sales Order demand when there is a delivery block ?
To restrict that one you can do the following steps :
1.Goto Sales Order -VA02-Select the line item -Double Click -Select the Schedule line tab -Set Sechedule line item categoery as CN instead of CP.If it is CP then it will processed through MRP
2.Change the pricining date and make credit block for sales Order and do not release though VKM3 so it will not be tearted through MRP run to have PR geneartion

i want more information into the result of MD4C
example:
delivery date of the purchase order and confirmation date of the purchase order and field USR06 of PRPS table and other field like
moving average price VERPR of the table MBEW and other information from SAP table related to purchase order or WBS elements or Order

View of rescheduling date in MD04

Hallo,
I would like to know whether there is a way to change the SAP standard view in the MD04 for rescheduling dates. The requirement is to see the date of the arrival of goods ignoring the goods receipt processing time.
Currently I see in the column 'Rescheduling date' the calculated date for replenishment time + goods receipt processing time. Only if I click on exception message 015 I can see the actual arrival date.
I would like to change that the other way round.
Is there a way to do it?

There is no place to add the specfic fields in the evaluation list. The only options are user-exits.
Solution 1:
Please use customer exit M61X0002 to program company-specific additional information in your own columns for the display of the MRP list and the stock/requirements list.
You can define that additional data fills each of up to three columns in the display of the individual lines and the period totals. The user uses pushbuttons to access this additional data in the lists.
Solution 2:
Function module LM61XU11 MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API includes the basic functions for setting up the MRP list and the stock/requirements list. Use this function module to program lists, which are exactly tailored to the requirements of your company.

Reg. User Exit for MD04 & MD05

Hi All,
The requirement is to put an Indicator 'R' in the ROPInfo column of transactions MD04 & MD05 based on some criteria. Kindly guide is there any user exit using which I can update this ROPInfo Column? If not thru, user exit, is there any other way of doing the same?

Analysis of rescheduling date

Hi Experts,
I am a buyer. i am facing problem in rescheduling cases.
I want to analyze in mass the MRP dates and the reschedule dates with the exception messages.
I tried Md06 but it does not give the comparison between the MRP dates and reschedule date.
I wnat report in the following format:
Material Plant Exception message MRP date Rescheduled date.

How to get the rescheduling date in MD04?

I need to create a report for buyers to show them the shortage of material. It will help them to determine how to reschedule the delivery of purchase orders. So, I need show the rescheduling date in MD04 on this report as the suggestion from MRP.
So, would you please help to let me known how and where I can get the rescheduling date (MDEZ-UMDAT) displayed in stock/req list?

Compute formula for forecasting

Hello,
I want to compute the formula for reorder point in the system which includes min inventory + safety stock + daily consumption while doing forecasting for a material.
The automatic reorder point type MRP is set for the material masters & forecasting is done for the same.
But when the reorder point is computed through system , it does not match with the manually computed reorder point.
Can anyone tell me any method to incorporate this manual formula into the system?

Any bapi avaialble to fetch component planned orders for header planned ord

Hi Experts,
                 We have a req where we need to fetch component planned orders for header planned order .
In Detail :
In MD4C tcode (select planned orders tab -> F8 ), when i pass the header planned order like 17474 .
I get two component planned orders like 16276 16277 and corresponding materials like 12025185 , 12025189.
We are using   BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_GET_DETAIL to fetch component materials for a planned order .
similarly any bapi or tables which have this data to fetch component planned orders.
