Mail data from listbox

Hello,
dear developer, kindly please i need your support it this issue as i have exported data to listbox, is that any way to mail these data via outlook mail,
you have to take a look to the whole workbook, you can call the listbox from sheet that called "Interface",  this listbox retrieve the
data as per auto filter based on 3 criteria, 3 combobox. and export the data from 2 different worksheets.
if sending this retrieved listbox data via outlook is available, need to send the mail to: ("Data!$K$3") & CC: ("Data!$K$4"), and what
about of the subject; i have two buttons to retrieve the data "Daily" and "Monthly", in i hit "Daily" button need the subject to be "Daily Report", but if hit "Monthly" the subject will be "Monthly Report",
and the body, before the exported list need this line:
Dear ("Data!$K$2")
you have to take a look to your "Subject"
"List"
     Mail
Listbox data
Gratefully,

Hi,
For this requirement, I suggest that you could save the filtered data to a temp file, then publish to html file, after that you could read that data and use it as mail body.
You could use this code below to create a new mail.
Set OutApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set OutMail = OutApp.CreateItem(0)

  • How do I merge my Mail data from two Macs into one?

One is Lion and the other is Mountain Lion, both 27" iMacs. I have saved the Mail data from the Lion one and will reformat its HDD for a clean install of Mountain Lion.  Then I plan to import a (CCC) clone of my newer iMac.  I need to merge the mail because some mail items are missing on the clone that existed on the erased iMac.

Copy or move the song files from one account to a shared location and then drag them into the open iTunes window when logged into the other account.

  • Moving mail data from mail to Outlook for Mac.

I am moving old PC mail data (outlook 2007) to Mac. I used the mac mover, which was great but...  it has moved my old mail data to mac mail.  I am trying to export that data now (on the mac mail) to then import into Outlook for Mac, but not getting anywhere?  Outlook support says it will import the data as a mac export txt file, but whenever i try and import Outlook can not see the file.
I have also tried to just export the mail data from one mac users mail app to another and that is also not working.  Import mail function reports format error, even though it is from the same version of mail on the same machine.
any suggestion, links to info much appriciated.

  • How to transfer Mail data from 10.6 to 10.9?

Upgrading my MacBook Pro from 10.6.8 to 10.9.2, as usual for major upgrades I backed up everything, erased the HD, and installed the new System, then began copying data from the backup. I copied all my email (quite a bit) from ~/Library/Mail on the backup to ~/Library/Mail in the new setup, then copied the "com.apple.mail.plist" file from ~/Library/Preferences to the same location in the new setup. In the past (I've been periodically upgrading OS X since 10.2), this procedure has brought over all my account data etc. to the new setup, so I could just open the new Mail and I'd be right back in business. However, when I opened Mail in the new 10.9 after copying all this data (okay, these data), it showed a blank window and a request to enter my email account(s) information, as if I were starting from scratch. Not only is this tedious, since I have several email accounts in Mail, it's also a bit scary: why doesn't Mail see my 4.75GB of email? Why doesn't Mail see the "com.apple.mail.plist" file? Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, now I see that all my mail has been placed in another "V2" folder that Mail apparently created in ~/Library/Mail—except for a small number of messages which have been diverted to a folder named "Mail Lost+Found". I wonder why? What does "V2" mean? Seems like an unnecessary complication. Why not just put all the mail in the Mail folder?
For instance: There's a folder of messages in Mail titled RESPOND, which corresponds to ~/Library/Mail/V2/Mailboxes/RESPOND.mbox, which, drilling down about six levels, contains a bunch of individual message files. There is also a RESPOND.mbox file in ~/Library/Mail/Mail Lost+Found/Mailboxes, which contains a single text file which, upon opening, has a bunch of messages in text form. For some reason Mail decided not to import these messages, instead dumping them into this text file. Why? And without alerting me at all that it had simply unfiled some of my mail that it was supposed to be importing. Most of these are pretty old messages, predating 10.6, whose Mail seemed to handle them properly (anyway, there isn't a "Mail Lost+Found" in the Mail folder in my 10.6 backup).
I've noticed there seems to be some unhappiness with 10.9's Mail; I can see why. After well over a decade, OS X's Mail program is still losing data? Adding frills while neglecting the basics.

  • Recovering Mail data from backup

I lost my Mail data when my Library folder was unexpectedly nuked. I've just done a clean reinstall of Leopard and I want to restore my Mail data - all the emails in my Inbox, Sent items etc. I have a Time Machine backup. I only want the Mail data, not bothered about the old Library data as I'm quite happy to have a new install of the OS and applications, I just want my Mail back.
Can anyone please advise me on how to get it all back?
    Many thanks for your advice.

    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.5/en/11422.html
You could also try to take a look into the ~/Library/Mail folder on your Time Machine device and copy the data from there to the ~/Library/Mail folder on your local harddrive (while Mail is not running).

  • Removal of all mail data from ipad

I have removed my email accounts from my ipad but when I go to settings|general|usage, then I still see xxx mb of mail attachments.  There are no accounts anymore, so how do I delete this data?

Not sure if this will work.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

    http://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-remove-other-data-from-iphone/http://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-remove-other-data-from-iphone/
With an iOS device, the “Other” space in iTunes is used to store things like documents, settings, caches, and a few other important items. If you sync lots of documents to apps like GoodReader, DropCopy, or anything else that reads external files, your storage use can skyrocket. With iOS 5/6/7, you can see exactly which applications are taking up the most space. Just head to Settings > General > Usage, and tap the button labeled Show All Apps. The storage section will show you the app and how much storage space it is taking up. Tap on the app name to get a description of the additional storage space being used by the app’s documents and data. You can remove the storage-hogging application and all of its data directly from this screen, or manually remove the data by opening the app. Some applications, especially those designed by Apple, will allow you to remove stored data by swiping from left to right on the item to reveal a Delete button.

  • How long does it take to migrate mail data from snow leopard to lion. Waiting for hours

OK, so here I thought I was solving a calendar sync problem by updating my OS from 10.6.8 to 10.7.3. Initially unable to load the mail app, however this seemed to work after taking out the "envelope index" file as suggested in this forum. New mail program loaded, but now stuck with rolling blue and white candy bar on a window inside the "Mail Upgrade" window stating "migrating data ...".Thinking I might simply have a lot of data I waited 5 (!!) hours,... No change. I went back to Finder and once again removed the envelope index file as well as all files with a .plist extension. Again started mail, again stuck with the screen "migrating data". So my question: Do I just have to wait (and then for how long? Days?), or do I have to tweek my MacBook Pro a little to be able to once again read and write e-mail?
    Thanks

12 hours and did not finish. Still left with the message: migrating data. I cannot imagine what the program is doing.
So I force quit mail and cleaned up everything I know to clean up: went to folder "~/library/Mail" and deleted everything I thought was not needed. Emptied the trash. Now, of course, I have a fair amount of mails in different folders that are stored in the mail program. But from a total data amount point of view this should be trivial.
Restarted mail, get the screen: "Mail Message Import", click "Continue"
Then program successfully imports 4563 messages in less than 2 minutes.
Then - once again - rotating candy bar with message "migrating data ..."
There is no way to see what is actually happening and no way to stop the process other than force quit.
    Help!!!

  • I receive e-mail attachments " win mail.dat" from iPhones and iPads. All I can find is that Outlook users send these e-mails. I found "letter opener" and it helps but I'd rather receive jpeg in stead from my Apple friends

Last week I suddenly started receiving all e-mails with photo attachments from other iPad and iPhone users (on my iMac, iPhone as well as iPad!)  as " winmail.dat" files. It says everywhere that that is caused by Outlook users sending RTF e-mails. Obviousely that is not the case here. I found an app to open the attachments, but of course that is no real solution. I asked Android and MS Outlook users to send me e-mails with JPEG attachments and the arrive aas they should.
Does anyone know the answer to this?

By the way, some non-delivery receipts (NDRs) are themselves spam messages with malicious attachments designed to infect your computer, so be cautious about opening any of those.

  • How to retrive data from listbox of client !!

I have a listbox from client.
method: request.getParameter(listbox_name) only get value of selected member.
How do i retrive all of member of this listbox from servlet.

    Hi,
This is not possible with a normal form/listbox. Why? Because this data doesn't get submitted to the server.
    Possible solutions:
    - know at front what your sending to the client
    - add an "onclick" event handler to your submit button (client-side) which enumerates all items in the selectbox and puts them in a hidden field or in the querystring.
Normally, if the form is sent from your site, the first solution should do. Otherwise you're creating overhead on your connection.

    Kurt.

Yes, (but I don't know why you would want to do it this way...).  Set up hotmail on your iPhone as a POP3 account.
Go to Settings > Mail Cont, Cal > Add Account > Add Other > Add Mail...
Fill the details in and as for the server info, use this website

  • Mail data from OS X Lion to revert to format for Snow Leopard

I have to remove Lion and reinstall Snow Leopard on my 2009 MBA. I recall that mail was re-configured when I had upgraded to Lion previously. So, how can I reconfigure mail to work with Snow Leopard again?

IIRC, you needed to export it when in Lion, then import it when in SL. If you failed to do that, you'll have to wait for a Mail maven to pop in.

  • Retrieving Mail mailboxes from external drive

I migrated my data from a Mac Pro running Mavericks to a new iMac running Yosemite. I did not export my Mail data from the Mavericks Mac Pro. Is there any way to access the mailboxes now? I have a copy of my Mac Pro (Mavericks) drive on an external disk.

Good news, Jeff; thanks. I've did my first Time Machine yesterday from a newly cleaned up MBP to a newly arrived LaCie multiple connect pocket drive. Santa got me the new drive, and has ordered a 3800, arriving Tuesday. I am in heaven. I owe thanks to several folks in and around LR for using those products on top of recommendations in the forum. BTW- I grew up 75 miles SSW of Chicago, so I know from cold. Probably not quite as bad as the Loop when the wind blows from No. Michigan across the Lake at 40 knots.....but Baaaad cold, with WCF in the very minus numbers.
