Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender (Only One User)

Hi,
I am facing really strange issue from last two days but fail to resolve the issue.
My hosted exchange 2010 is working absolute fine. I configured new domain (previously using SBS2003 with Postini service), all users are working fine no spam emails, NDR etc (We are using Forefornt Protection 2010 for Exchange Server, All engines are updated)
but only one user/email address continuously receiving spam emails. Please review the attach pictures of Message Tracking, Email and Header.
I really don't know what is the issue, users continuously receiving below emails after 2 or 3 minutes, i am just wondering why my exchange server allow those email address. How i can stop these emails.
Note: Old SBS server is shutdown. Postini service is already disabled.
Please help me.

  • "Mail Delivery Failed:returning message to sender" recipients not familiar

    I am getting a "Mail Delivery Failed" message. The address' that failed are to recipients I am not familiar with and have not tried to email. Has my email been hijacked?

    I'm getting the same problem ... only it happens to anyone who sends a message TO me. This only happens on my .mac address --- not other email addresses that I use. It's as if the .mac smtp code is ADDING a bcc to any message sent to me! All the comments to date have been less than encouraging - surely SOMETHING can be done about this! No?

    Do you still have this issue? You can turn off email notifications (under the Options Tab > Email Notifications in FormsCentral) if you do not wish to receive any email when a form is submitted
    Or are you saying you want to receive the email but the format is bad? If this is the case do you mind forwarding one of the email to me ([email protected]).

  • Yosemite mac mail drowning in mail delivery failed messages I didn't send!

    babs bellNov 14, 2014 7:03 PM
    Since upgrading to Yosemite, I am getting hundreds (tens of thousands this week!) emails that read:
    From: Mail Delivery System
    Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
    But I didn't send any of the emails! I've spent this entire week deleting them, working on phone with my server who claims to have fixed it (NOT!), and 5 hours on phone support with Apple today. Still happening. There must be a setting that is screwed up in Yosemite, eh? Who can help me? Using Mac Mail on Mac Book Pro. I'm drowning here! GLUG. Thanks!
    Edit

    Did all of that with Apple and they nor my server thought this was the problem, nor did they get it resolved. I'm wondering if there's a rule in Mail preferences that I accidentally deleted that could be the cause. There were two rules and neither made any sense to me but as soon as I deleted the first one, I realized I probably shouldn't have. And there's been a huge problem since...not sure that's why but I must find the resolution. I did have genieo somehow installed so Apple got it uninstalled and did tons of things to my system to clean this and that. BUT the problem remains. If you use mac mail and Yosemite, can you check the two rules that automatically were in the mail preferences window to tell me what rule I deleted? Thank you so very much!

  • Mail delivery fail but still received mail

    hi
    i keep receiving 2 messages straight after receipt of the original which is readable..
    1st message: mail delivery fail
    2nd message: undeliverable
    i have no problem reading the original message
    regards

    This is a problem with your recipients ISP not delivering the email, or with Comcast in not sending it once it reaches their mail servers. You should check with your recipients to find out if they use the same ISP, and have them check with the ISP to ask why mail sent from a Comcast account is not being delivered.
    If this affects all your recipients (assuming there are many more than just the two you mentioned), then its a Comcast issue and you should call them and insist they make any necessary changes so everyone can receive email from you. If it only affects those two recipients, they would need to call their ISP and have them make the necessary changes.

  • Messaging Server 4.1: Received mail is not returned to the sender if the receiving local account does not exist.

    I have found that received mail is not returned to the sender if the receiving
    local account does not exist. This problem occurs even if I use Console to
    enable the Return message to sender option under the error handling methods.
    In addition, I have used the configutil
    to confirm that I have set the value
    for Unknown account action to "13," which corresponds to the settings "Return
    message to sender," "Notify the postmaster via email," and "Log the error in
    the log file." Yet, in this situation, an error message is being sent to
    postmaster, but not to the sender, and the error is not being recorded in the
    log file.
    <P>
    Do the following steps:<BR>
    <P>
    <OL>
    <LI>From Console, open the appropriate Messaging Server.
    <LI>Click the Configuration tab.
    <LI>Open the Services folder.
    <LI>Select SMTP.
    <LI>Click the System tab.
    </OL>
    <P>
    Check the "Domain handled by this server exclusively" field to make sure that
    your mail domain is listed. If your mail domain is not listed, then Messaging
    Server will assume that there is another mail server that is handling the
    domain listed and will forward requests to this server.

    If this:

    is to be believed, it seems to indicate that your NAM configuration on

    servers I looked at, and NAM is working correctly here.

  • Thunderbird Issue. Thousands of inbound e-mails from "Mail Delivery Failed" from people to whom I've never attempted to send an e-mail.

    All inbound e-mails are going directly to "TRASH" how do I fix this? I also have has thousands of inbound e-mails from "MAIL DELIVERY FAILED" involving people to whom I have never attempted to send an e-mail. Whats the cure? I have to use Time Warner as an internet connection and there is a duplicate of about half of what I'm getting in inbound traffic on Thunderbird.

    The inbound is Backscatter see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backscatter_%28email%29
    The trash issue is most likely the SPAM tool that comes with your anti virus program. Try disabling the tool in the anti virus suite and see how you get on.

  • Mail delivery error when trying to send document to hpeprint. I know the email address is correct

    I just got the HP8600.  I set up eprint according to the instructions.  When I email a document to the printer, I get a Mail Delivery error:
    This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).
    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
    >>> [email protected] (reading confirmation): 550 5.7.1 Command
    >>> rejected
    I know the email address is correct.  I don't know what to do to get this to work.

    The Q.com provider seems to have issues sending to our servers for some reason. Other email providers will work fine like you've found with your gmail account. The best workaround at this time is to send from your gmail account if possible.

  • Mail delivery failed

    eprint center shows computr connected email address is allowed to send email to printer but when i send email get mail delivery failed  this is a permanent error 550 5.7.1 command

    For those who are experiencing ongoing issues with their web services, you can attempt to try the following steps that may help resolve your problems.
    1.) Completely shut down your printer and restart it
    2.) If you have prints that have not printed, log into ePrint Center (or create an account if you do not have one) and then look for your printer status. If printer status is green but you still have pending jobs, delete the pending jobs one at a time (Starting with the oldest first). There may be a print job stuck in the queue that further restricts other jobs from completing.
    a. If option 1 or 2 above still doesn’t work, removing web services and re-adding web services will cause the printer to reattach to the cloud.
    b. Please note that if you attempt option 3, you will get a new eprint email address (and lose your custom one with no ability to get it back) furthermore, you will need to re-add your printer back to your ePC account.

  • When I use messaging there are only two users who automatically go green (MMS?), and are undeliverable. I can't seem to change this. What am I doing wrong?

    When I use messaging there are only two users who automatically go green (MMS?), and are undeliverable. I can't seem to change this. What am I doing wrong?

    I use message and all other messages are non-sms. When I try to message these two accounts, they automatically use sms, everything I do is the same. The non-sms messages go through just fine (including pictures). The sms messages (no pictures) are always rejected; they have never gone through. They have never been able to send messages to me either (although they can send to others). I have a Verizon cellular data plan.

  • Problem sending only one byte with ibwrt()

    If I send only one byte of data with ibwrt() command, it doesn't work with whatever settings (EOS,EOI,..) I chose. I got the error (ENOL : no listener).
    Did somebody get the same problem ?

    ENOL indicates that there is no listener on the bus. This is probably not related to the settings on the controller. Are you correctly addressing a device to be a listener? If so, is there some indication on the device that it is addressed to listen?
    Also, your post seems to indicate that sending more than one byte works. Is this true?

  • Only one user at a time can log in per client

    Server: 10.6.2
    Client: 10.5.8
    The share point on the server is the default of /Users. Home directories are configured as /Network/Severs/hostname/Users/username. In the "Home" tab of each user, the home directory shows up as "afp://hostname/Users", which is the default when creating a user.
    On a given client, only one user can log in at a time. If the first user switches to the login screen without logging out (fast user switching), when the second user attempts to log in, they get an error "You are unable to log in to account "xxxx" at this time."
    Looking in the secure.log, the error appears to be "file busy":
    Mar 7 12:13:39 G4-MDD authorizationhost[677]: ERROR | -[HomeDirMounter mountNetworkHomeWithURL:attributes:dirPath:username:] | PremountHomeDirectoryWithAuthentication( url=afp://Mini.local/Users, homedir=/Network/Servers/Mini.local/Users/xxxxxx, name=xxxxxx ) returned 16
    The server's /Users directory is mounted. It appears to be trying to automount another copy, rather than use the existing mount.
    How do I resolve this so multiple users can be logged in at one time? Surely I don't have to create a share point for each user?

    I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one encountering this problem, although the fact that this problem has apparently existed for some time is mind boggling to me. The idea that there is some data corruption issue here is not a valid concern. We did this all the time on Linux in my previous life. There is no need to unmount the mounted directory, at least in the default case. The mount point is /Users. Home directories on the server are /Users/fred and /Users/sally. Automounter mounts /Users at the mount point /Network/Servers/serverhostname/Users. Fred is logged in and can access /Users/fred. Now Sally wants to log in. /Users is already mounted. There is no reason to unmount/remount /Users. OS X can see it is already mounted. Just log Sally in - she already has full access to her files.
    If Fred and Sally reside on different servers, then there would be different mount points /Network/Servers/hostname/Users - again no conflict in the mount points.
    The only solution I can see right now is a separate share point for each user, which is unacceptable. That might work for my two users. It's hardly scalable from a maintenance standpoint.
    I do have the problem of fred logging out and sally not being able to get in right away, but that period is probably less than a minute. Wait a minute, then sally can log in.

  • Concurrent program to be submitted y only one user at a time

    Hi
    I have an issue with one of my reports. The report is using temporary tables, those will under go insertion and deletion while the report is running. So, to make sure that two or more concurrent requests submitted for same report, will not conflict, I want to make my concurrent request to be submitted by only one user at a time.
    How can I do that?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    The "run alone" box should not be checked. This indicates that this program can only run when no others are running. Pl see MOS Doc 1078462.6 (Custom SQL Concurrent Program Returns NO MANAGER Error). This option should typically not be used.
    To be able to achieve what you need, set the incompatibility (as you have done) and then bounce the concurrent managers for the setting to take effect. Pl see these MOS Docs
