Maintenir activée une LED

Bonjour,

  • Maintenance activity type - PM order

    Hello,
    I have to configure the field "activity type" on PM order (tcode IW31).
    I want to make this field obrigatory and It can't come with default values. It must comes empty.
    In SPRO, when a take off the link between the Order type and the default value for activity type (table T350), occurs the error bellow, on tcode IW31:
    "No maintenance activity type could be determined"
    After that, occurs a runtime error, and I can't enter in the IW31 to create the PM order.
    Somebody knows how can I do what I need?
    Tks, Camila.

  • Settlement PM WO in Maintenance Activity Types (within a WO type)

    Dear PM master,
    i have a new requirement here, facing the issue in settlement rule (limiting and defaulting the specific maint act type to settlement receiver)
    I already set-up default settlement rule by Work Order type is a standard functionality, but my company implement new accounting standard, that a major repair overhaul and Turn around (major maintenance, with a huge cost), must be settle to a deferred cost (i.e. WBS).
    In My company business configuration, Work Order Turn around and Overhaul covered by maintenance activity type, which are linked by same WO type (preventive maintenance):
    WO type:
    PM02 (preventive maintenance), consists:
    Mtc. Act Type:
    001 (Turn around)
    002 (Overhaul)
    003 (Time Based)
    004 (condition based)
    005 (Plant Stop)
    Now i want to default the settlement rule, in that PM02 order type which is within maint act type '001' or '002' to WBS or other costing receiver. when others maintenance act type remain same (defaulted by configuration in settlement rule profile in WO type)...
    I just guessing, there will be a customer or user exit playing role in my case, but which one and how, that what i must figured it out.
    Please do me a favour.
    thanks

    OK....
    this will be my starting point to discuss with my ABAP team.
    looking forward to discuss the progress further more.
    thanks

  • Maintenance Activity Type Assignment (PM)

    Good Morning!
    I know this is the PP forum, but I can not find a PM forum.
    Is it possible to assign multiple maintenance activity types to an order or a PM?  Possibly assigning the mainteance activity type to the operation...?

    I have a PM with three operations, one operation is to lubricate, one operation is to inspect and one is to verify safety guarding.
    My maintenance activity types are Safety, Quality, Environmental, Delivery, Morale, Cost (these are from an old Ford system, I don't know why we still have them), Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Lubrication.
    Can I assign the Lubrication MAT to the operation that is for lubrication, the Preventative Maintenance MAT to the operation for inspection and the safety MAT to the operation for safety guarding?
    Currently I can only assign one maintenance activity type (MAT) to a work order / PM/ PdM order as a whole, not on an operational basis.

  • Maintenance Activity Type and Service cost

    Hello friends,
    Is there any relationship between Maintenance Activity Type[MAT] and Service Cost ?
    Actually all the PM02 - Preventive Maintenance Order with MAT as Cost collector are actually accounted under service cost unlike other MATs.
    Please let me know more information regarding the above.
    Rgds
    Prasad

    Scenario in our company is something like below:-
    1.All the maintenance activity is done internally and no Serivces involved in the order
    2.Some of the Non-codified materials for order consumption are Purchased.
    With above, When I do the Cost Analysis MCI8 for all PM02 - Preventive Maintenance Orders for last year I could make the below observations:-
    1. Till Jun08 there is no service cost [which is normal]
    2. From Jul08 there is Service Cost involved , which am not able to understand.
    Could you please help me out?

  • Where to see the user maintenance activity log (creation,deletion..)?

    Hi, SDN Fellows.
    This should be a Basis question. But I only able to find this category (Netweaver AS) to write this post.
    Our current user management engine is taken the user data source from the ABAP System (CRM system).
    I know that I can do the user maintenance tasks through TCode: SU01.
    I just wonder where I can see the log for all the user management activities, i.e. 1) User account creation; 2) user account deletion; 3) user profile modification and etc for particular period.
    Another question, can I see this activity through portal too? Assuming I am having Super Admin role portal.
    Thanks,
    Kent

    Hi Kent,
                     You can view the information in SU01-->Information----> change documents for the user your 1,2, and 3 can be viewed here.
              This information you can't see in the portal even you had super user access.

  • Simulation affichage d'une led

    bonjour

  • Planned Maintenance/ Activity but no cycle time

    Hi PM Gurus,
    Quite new to Plant Maintenance, and would like to ask a question.
    I have a planned program for maintenance of some plantation, which requires maintenance lets say,
    on February and October of the year for one type of activity, and maybe June and September of the year, for another activity, so they may not have any cycle time, but they require to maintain it for twice
    a year. Its more of a program scheduled for each of numerous activities required to maintain
    the plantation.
    Is this considered as Preventive Maintenance or Ad-Hoc Maintenance, as there is no exact cycle
    time as required to be set for Preventive Maintenance, but its a planned activity.
    Thanks so much for your help. Best Regards

    pocoyo ford,
    The first question you probably need to answer is whether there is any legal requirement to prove you perform planned/routine/preventive/routine type maintenance. If so, then you will probably need to create maintenance plans (although there are other non-SAP methods too).
    If the maintenance is Feb/Oct then you can use a standar 6 monthly cycle. However, you may need to use factory calendar for the Jun/Sep cycle.
    But if one equipment toggles between a Feb/Oct and a Jun/Sep cycle, then maintenance plans may not be the most efficient way as you would need to change the maintenance plan each time the cycles change and the administration time may be too great...

  • Maintenance activity through command line

    Hi All,
    I'm trying to automate the "Maintenance plan". I was able to do it through GUI by logging into SQL studio.
    But, I'm supposed to automate by embedding the SQL command into jython.
    Would be greatfull if somebody can provide me complete steps for maintenance plan.
    Below is the Maintenance plan I'm expecting for:
    DBE – Full Backup
    1. Schedule the job to run every night at 5 AM.
    2. Configure the tasks in the following order: Back Up Database (Full),
    Maintenance Cleanup Task (3 days) and Clean Up History (older than 4
    weeks).
    DBE – Integrity Checks
    1. Schedule the job to run every Saturday night at 6 AM.
    2. Configure the tasks in the following order: Check Database Integrity and
    Update Statistics.
    DBE – Optimization
    1. Schedule the job to run every Saturday night at 10 PM.
    2. Configure the tasks in the following order: Rebuild Index.

    Once DB is created, we perform post-installation activity, which includes creating maintenance plan. After which we release the server into production. That's when "SQL DBA's" come into picture.
    I have done some research and finally got something, please help me in refining the below:
    USE master;
    GO
    EXEC dbo.DatabaseBackup
    @Databases = 'USER_DATABASES',
    @Directory = 'E:\Backup',
    @BackupType = 'FULL',
    @Verify = 'Y',
    @Compress = 'Y',
    @CheckSum = 'Y'
    GO
    EXECUTE dbo.DatabaseIntegrityCheck
    @Databases = 'USER_DATABASES',
    @CheckCommands = 'CHECKDB',
    @PhysicalOnly = 'Y'
    GO
    EXECUTE dbo.IndexOptimize @Databases = 'USER_DATABASES',
    @FragmentationLow = NULL,
    @FragmentationMedium = 'INDEX_REORGANIZE,INDEX_REBUILD_ONLINE,INDEX_REBUILD_OFFLINE',
    @FragmentationHigh = 'INDEX_REBUILD_ONLINE,INDEX_REBUILD_OFFLINE',
    @FragmentationLevel1 = 5,
    @FragmentationLevel2 = 30,
    @UpdateStatistics = 'ALL',
    @OnlyModifiedStatistics = 'Y'
    GO
    EXECUTE dbo.IndexOptimize @Databases = 'USER_DATABASES',
    @FragmentationLow = NULL,
    @FragmentationMedium = 'INDEX_REORGANIZE,INDEX_REBUILD_ONLINE,INDEX_REBUILD_OFFLINE',
    @FragmentationHigh = 'INDEX_REBUILD_ONLINE,INDEX_REBUILD_OFFLINE',
    @FragmentationLevel1 = 5,
    @FragmentationLevel2 = 30
    the last two steps are redundant.. you do not both of them..just have one of them..
    Hope it Helps!!

  • Leopard File Maintenance

    Does Leopard carry out some form of file maintenance that might be similar to PC commands such as defrag?
    If so, are such routines automated requiring no user input, or are user commands required?
    Assuming no Mac Leopard particular knowledge, what if anything should I be doing on a regular basis to ensure my files remain healthy and my MBP does not become sluggish and fat due to bloated and fragmented files?
    As always, thanks for your advice!

    OS X automatically defrags files under 20 MBs in size. There's virtually no need to do any disk defragmentation.
    Files only become "bloated" if you keep adding to them and making them larger. They don't "bloat" on their own.
    Kappy's Personal Suggestions for OS X Maintenance
    For disk repairs use Disk Utility. For situations DU cannot handle the best third-party utilities are: Disk Warrior; DW only fixes problems with the disk directory, but most disk problems are caused by directory corruption; Disk Warrior 4.0 is now Intel Mac compatible. TechTool Pro provides additional repair options including file repair and recovery, system diagnostics, and disk defragmentation. TechTool Pro 4.6.1 is Leopard compatible; Drive Genius is similar to TechTool Pro in terms of the various repair services provided. The current version, 1.5.1, is Intel Mac compatible.
    OS X performs certain maintenance functions that are scheduled to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly period. The maintenance scripts run in the early AM only if the computer is turned on 24/7 (no sleep.) If this isn't the case, then an excellent solution is to download and install a shareware utility such as Macaroni, JAW PseudoAnacron, or Anacron that will automate the maintenance activity regardless of whether the computer is turned off or asleep.
    OS X automatically defrags files less than 20 MBs in size, so unless you have a disk full of very large files there's little need for defragmenting the hard drive. As for virus protection there are few if any such animals affecting OS X. You can protect the computer easily using the freeware Open Source virus protection software ClamXAV. Personally I would avoid most commercial anti-virus software because of their potential for causing problems.
    I would also recommend downloading the shareware utility TinkerTool System that you can use for periodic maintenance such as removing old logfiles and archives, clearing caches, etc.
    For emergency repairs install the freeware utility Applejack. If you cannot start up in OS X, you may be able to start in single-user mode from which you can run Applejack to do a whole set of repair and maintenance routines from the commandline. Note that presently AppleJack is not compatible with Leopard.
    When you install any new system software or updates be sure to repair the hard drive and permissions beforehand. I also recommend booting into safe mode before doing system software updates.
    Get an external Firewire drive at least equal in size to the internal hard drive and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the Restore option of Disk Utility. You can also make and maintain clones with good backup software. My personal recommendations are (order is not significant):
    1. Retrospect Desktop (Commercial - not yet universal binary)
    2. Synchronize! Pro X (Commercial)
    3. Synk (Backup, Standard, or Pro)
    4. Deja Vu (Shareware)
    5. PsynchX 2.1.1 and RsyncX 2.1 (Freeware)
    6. Carbon Copy Cloner (Freeware - 3.0 is a Universal Binary)
    7. SuperDuper! (Commercial)
    8. Data Backup (Commercial)
    The following utilities can also be used for backup, but cannot create bootable clones:
    1. Backup (requires a .Mac account with Apple both to get the software and to use it.)
    2. Toast
    3. Impression
    4. arRSync
    Apple's Backup is a full backup tool capable of also backing up across multiple media such as CD/DVD. However, it cannot create bootable backups. It is primarily an "archiving" utility as are the other two.
    Impression and Toast are disk image based backups, only. Particularly useful if you need to backup to CD/DVD across multiple media.
    Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQs on maintenance, optimization, virus protection, and backup and restore.
    Additional suggestions will be found in Mac Maintenance Quick Assist.
    Referenced software can be found at www.versiontracker.com and www.macupdate.com.
    Others may remark that since Tiger the Unix maintenance scripts run automatically regardless of whether the computer has been asleep or shut down. Although this is true under some circumstances it is not altogether correct. The following is an excerpt from the XLab's FAQ on the topic:
    "How the timer used by launchd handles sleep time has led many to believe that they no longer need to run the maintenance scripts, and that the scripts are run automatically if the Mac was asleep or shutdown at the scheduled time, ala third-party utilities such as Anacron. However, this is untrue.
    While it may appear that launchd executes the maintenance scripts "on the fly" if the computer is asleep or shutdown at the appointed time, this is a side effect of how the timer treats time the computer has spent in sleep mode. The timer used by launchd does not count sleep time. If your Mac is asleep at the scheduled time at which a given script is supposed to run, the script may run later that day, at a time shifted by the amount of time the Mac was asleep. However, if you restart your Mac before the time-shifted execution time, pending events are lost and the script will not run off-schedule: the next chance for the script to run will be at its regularly scheduled time.
    If you regularly restart your Mac and the computer regularly sleeps or is shutdown at the scheduled times, it's possible that the scripts will never run, hence one should still run them manually, say on a weekly basis.
    The sleep time shift is also cumulative. For example, if you don't restart your Mac for weeks or months at a time, but let it sleep when not in use, this can result in:
    The daily script running once every few days or never.
    The weekly script once every few weeks or never.
    The monthly script once every few months or never.
    The time shift in each case is the total amount of time the Mac has spent in sleep since its last restart. If you have a process that writes heavily to the logs, you can wind up devoting good hard disk space to the log files."

  • Multi Resource Scheduling MRS - How to exclude certain Maint Activity Types

    is there a way to exclude orders that have a specific maintenance activity type.  We have standing work orders that in reality we should not have appear on the planning board.  Well, we really shouldn't have any standing orders but we do.
    Has anyone had this issue and been able to solve it.   thanks, Linda

    While a lot of MRS configuration includes maintenance activity type as a way to refine the circumstances in which something occurs (e.g., stretched assignments), that is not the case for defining which demands will be brought into MRS.  However, while not positive, I believe "BAdI:  Integration of Maintenance/Service Order with MRS (ERP)" can be used for this purpose.
