Make my Acer Aspire read the card AT ALL, any suggestions ?

I know that some other users have had issues previous to mine when it comes to automounting SDcards&microSDcards running arch on Acer Aspires ..
I would just want some kind of way to utilize that slot for my 1gb SUNDISK at all .. because more space, I consider it to be a project of mine to get it to work somehow. Would very much appreciate the help you guys !
simpy mounting it doesn't cut it.. here's lspci

Graysky's reaction was going to be mine too.  As that was already here, I took a step back and rethought it for a while - you might want to do the same with your initial post.  Certainly no one here has a need to defend archlinux or hold any pride in it -  but when your initial post in a thread can be interpreted as "your distro of choice is known to suck, but maybe you can make it work anyways" then you shouldn't expect a warm reception.
Taking my step back, I see there is a fair chance I am misinterpretting that comment; but I doubt I'd be the only one to take it this way.
If you want help mounting an SD card, lets stick with that.  I have absolutely no issues mounting and SD or micro SD cards in arch.  So we should figure out why your system is not working the way it should rather than assume it should not be expected to work.
On a cursory glance of the info posted, I see that the partition table is not recognized.  Is the SD card formatted?  If so, how?  Can in be read on other distros/OSs?
Ofcourse Arch linux isn't a sucky distro, it's the superior one !
I will have to defend myself a little by stating that english is ofcourse not my main language and my intent was not at all to talk down Arch as a distro, I've chosen it and ran with it for god knows how long now.. maybe a year or two ? It is now my main distribution.. getting down and dirty with things like this however can be really challenging.
But my utmost apologies, I never meant to scold Arch as a distro, out of all the distros Arch is probably the one standing ground right now.
