Make VC3 come up as an actual device driver

With all the live streaming sites these days, this would be incredible to work with via a web application. But to simplify this all I would need is for VC to come up in the list of Sound, Video, and Gaming Controllers.
Instead I'm barley trying to figure out how to set up the live stream to fms3, and create an app to capture this feed, so that I can then send it where I need.
These would be the only methods of getting the VC content to a web capture right?

You can see it, its rather a slow 7 mins as I am drawing in real time, but you can hurry it by whooshing through if you like, you see the subject of the drawing towards the end to compare with the drawing.

Currently, I'm using
table.setAutoCreateRowSorter(true);to allow the user to sort the table.
However, I want to be able to load something based on the selected row's index. The problem is that when the table is rearranged, the change appears to only be local, in other words, the actual table isn't changing.
For instance:
index 0 "A"
index 1 "B"
index 2 "C"
Sorted in reverse gives me
"C"
"B"
"A"
But C is still index 2 (instead of 0).

Problem in executing MIDlet on Actual Device

Below is the program i got from net, this is executing fine in the emulator but when I ported the application to actual device i.e. Nokia 7610, data was not fetched from the given URL, neither i got any exception nor error.
I have WAP connection enabled on my mobile and also I was able to browse the same URL from the default browser that was there in the mobile.

You ever find an answer? I have an LG VX5200 phone which is supposed to support Java. But aside from downloading Java apps from other sites I'm trying to figure out which folder on the phone's filesystem you place the file. With BitPIM and QPST you can view the phone's filesystem. But as yet to find either a folder that works or combination of settings to get it to show up on the phone list of apps.
I had hoped that maybe someone had downloaded a game from a site and then looked at the phone to see where and how it's stored. I can't from where I'm at.

You cannot upgrade from v6 to v7 without purchasing iLife 08.
Can you give more details about your crashing issue. Make of camera etc.,
You can start with the troubleshooting basics:
1. Repair Permissions using Disk Utility
2. Delete the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the home / library / preferences folder. You'll need to reset your User options afterwards.
3. Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts), create an iPhoto library there and see if the problem is repeated. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

And then also what about Android, I do not want to use Apple's hardware, but actually I am forced to do so....I think that that is a big minor for Adobe...

The original problem with android was the file size of the app, i think it was limited to 25/50Mb so have a multi-issue app solved that as the full content was downloaded from adobe servers.
That may still be the issue, though I thought the file size had been increased.
You dont have to use a Mac to create you folio's etc, you just need a mac to upload the binary, not Adobe's fault :-) and everyone is in that boat, so not a big minor for adobe then, just you maybe

ATV2 does not have permanent storage. The rental is flushed when the device is turned off or other content accessed. You would need to use your computer to rent (and home-share to ATV) if you wish to store for a later time.

Music files not loading in Simulator (yet functioning in actual device)

Hi all.
I'm toying with music, just to add some sound effects to an application, and I'm facing a weird behavior from the iPhone Simulator.
The sounds work perfectly in the actual device: I've used the AVAudioPlayer class and I've put some .aif files in the bundle: at runtime they are found, properly load and played.
If I try the very same thing using the iPhone Simulator, the initWithContentsOfURL fails and the returned error description is:
Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-50 "Operation could not be completed. (OSStatus error -50.)"
I'm not able to find what's the meaning of such a Code, so I'm not able to understand what's wrong...
Any help?

P.S.: I've checked that the aif files are in the application bundle loaded in the Simulator.

I am just beginning to learn Java WTK. Can anyone give me steps by steps instruction on how to port a midlet (a simple 'Hello World' midlet) fully workable on the emulator onto the actual device? I am using a LG G7100 although I am also interested in Nokia.

Hi Guido1197, the new tab page doesn't follow the home page. Here's how you normally change it:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''newtab''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the '''browser.newtab.url''' preference and enter your preferred page:
* ''Page thumbnails (default)'' => about:newtab
* ''Blank tab'' => about:blank
* ''Built-in Firefox home page'' => about:home
* ''Any other page'' => full URL to the page
The problem is that a bad add-on will override the built-in setting, so usually you need to remove that first.

How big this is depends on the size of your screen. On a 13" it is really small. But you can improve things a bit. Click the green button to make the import window fill the screen.
