Making a field as not selectable(Readable) in dropdown box in HTML

Hi All,
I have one requirement like make a field as no selectable(readable) in dropdown box(combo) in HTML, Could you please any one of you help me out in this regard.
If Drop down box contains values like blue,red,white..
I want to make blue as not selectable from drown down list but it should be displayed in the drop down box.

Add the disabled="true" tag in ur select box as shown below ....

IF s_matnr IS INITIAL.
MESSAGE e055(00).
Make an entry in all required fields
ENDIF.
(s_matnr: is a field on the selection screen)

How to populate a dropdown box based on a selection in another Dropdown box.

I am trying to find out a way to do the following:
I am using coldfusion ....working on a form. The form has
couple of dropdown boxes. Based on the selection on the first
dropdown box another dropdown box needs to get populated with
different options. These options will be coming from a query. I am
trying to find out the Javascript code for doing this.

There's a method to doing what you're wanting to do that I've
used extensively.
Basically, within my code, I start by invoking the method
that returns the data for the dropdown lists. Then, I use the
following code to pour the data returned into a javascript array:

Then I wrote a javascript function that is assigned to the
first dropdown's onChange() event. When the user changes the value
that is selected within the dropdown, I use javascript to locate
(using the policyid) the corresponding record in the javascript
array and populate and/or select the appropriate value(s) in the
second dropdown.
If the data returned from the method invocation is too large
to use within a javascript array, you may need to limit the results
that are returned.

In iCloud control panel the mail, calender and contact fields are not selectable.

I have a Windows7 pro 64bit with outlook 2010, latest version of iTunes and iCloud control panel.
My mobilMe account is working in Outlook, notes from my iPone and iPad are shared, but there 's no entry for contacs or agenda.
When I open iCloud control panel the checkbox for mail, contact and agenda are grayed out.
To be honnest I had the same problem with the mobileMe contol pannel, and never had it working. (I logged out mobilme contol panel)
What do I need to do to share my iCloud agenda in outlook and copy my outlook contacts in iCloud?
so... Help please!

Appreciate the response. I am familiar with the server settings. I used them to manually make things work for a short amount of time. Then problem re-started.
My PW is correct. I can log into iCloud from the web and it works on my other Apple devices.
Not sure what else to try. SOme posts suggest others having a similar problem.

Only Firefox will not allow me to make selection on a dropdown box

When I go to my CC company's web site to down load data, there is a selection box that asks what software I want to download to, i.e. microsoft money or quicken. When I make a selection, it does not change. Worked with 2 editions before this latest one and works with IE and Chrome, but not Firefox.

How do I make a pop up field appear corresponding to the number selected in a dropdown box e.g. 2 selected in drop down = 2 pop up boxes for details of each?

I have a form created in Adobe Pro X that has a drop down box for participants to select the number of presenters they have. Is it possible that when they select the number of people, the correct number of boxes pop up for them to enter personal details for each presenter? e.g. 2 presenters = 2 pop ups?

I have a requirement where the user wants to search for people in an organisation using specific values instead of only free text.
On the search page the user wants to select business unit,location etc from a drop down box and then search for all people in that unit. Is this possible without custom coding?

As I understand, you would like to add drop-down boxes for sorting search results in SharePoint 2013. I'd suggest you consider customizing refiners in search result page.
If you would add refiners for people, then you might add refiners to people search result page. Here are the references for detail information for refiners and how to add refiners:

CS6 not showing in product dropdown box with correct serial number

Hi. I'm trying to reinstall CS Production Premium on a machine that had to be restored. It acknowledges the serial number as correct, but says no qualifying product exists on the machine despite me having installed it and currently using the trial version to get work completed. In the product drop down box, it only lists Production Premium 5.5.

I still can not register and use my new Elements 13. I went to the redemption code help link that you sent me but it still asks me for a code that is 24 characters long. On my disc sleeve is a sticker with an 8 digit number then under that number is a string of letters and numbers. I tried to enter this string of letters and numbers but it keeps coming up "invalid". One of the characters is a "/" (slash) and if I don't use that as one of the characters then I don't have 24 characters to put in the boxes. Also, part of that string of characters on that sticker are the characters 13.0 which is the version that I bought. I even tried to put in or leave out the period between the 13 and the zero but I still can not get that code to work so it will show me a serial number. On the back of my box is a hologram Adobe sticker with a barcode symbol that has an 18 digit number so I figured that is not the right code number. Also on the sticker is a string of letters and numbers that are separated by dots/periods but that string also has 13.0 in it and even if I leave out the dot between the 3 and the 0 I still have 25 characters which is one too many for those code boxes. I also looked in our email to see if Costco sent me a code but I have nothing from them either. I think you're right- I obviously have a redemption code instead of a serial number on my product because nothing starts with 1057. But I can not figure out what they want for the redemption code......Please help.......Thanks

Value field does not updated in COPA Billing

We are facing one issue in COPA.
We are created one Condition type ABC, this condition type we have selected the check box for Accruals in control data 2 ,then we are created one Account key 123 , in pricing procedure we have assigned this one ABC condition type to accrual account key 123.Then Vkoa setting in TAble one customer/mat/ acckey combination we have assign one g/l like transfer cost with (11 cost element) in provision for accrual column.
COPA side setting as been done :
step 1: user defined value field like NMR and this value field is assign in ke4i with respective condition type ABC value filedNMR.
We are generated the billing document.in a/c document is below entry.
Customer a/c dr 10
Trasnfer Cost a/c dr 1
To Cost on sales a/c 11-
Above one 1 rs in coming in condition records in billing document.But In COpa document my revunue is 10 rs with value filed, NMR value filed amount "1" is not updated.
Note :above condition type ABC we are not selecting the statistical check box in Pricing procedure
Please give me suggestion.

As far as I understand, any GL Account maintained in VKOA under provision column will not flow to COPA, be it B/S 8754 or P/L 4567.
The GL mapped under G/L Account column would essentially flow to COPA. Therefore in your case, values posted to GL 1234 should flow to NMR Value field through SD Condition type ABC.
I dont have access to system so can you check below options:
1) Once you had done KOFK, did you create the cycle from scratch to evaluate the results. If so and if its still not working, can you please share with us the output of the KEAT and / or KE4ST report for the billing document, posted to accounts.
2) Also check in the pricing procedure, if you set an account key under accruals column, then in VKOA, you need not have to mention seperate GL under Provision Column. Just maintain the GL account under "G/L account" column for each Account keys (4 records with KOFI & KOFK)
3) If above also doesnt help, test if removing the check from Accruals in the ABC Condition type configurations really helps, in which case you may need to maintain GL under provision column.
Will explore more options and will revert back hopefully by tuesday.

Get values based on Dropdown box selection-Important

In first table, i have an two textfields one is for "item no" and other is "item desc" and in the second table I have an "dropdown box" and "item desc".
Whatever is entered in the "item no" its populating in the "dropdown box", when an dropdown is selected any item that item desc should be displayed.
For example: In first table
Item no Item Desc
item 1   abc
item 2   def
item 3   ghi
and in the second table
Dropdown box   Item desc
item 2   def
item 3   ghi
When am selecting item2 in dropdown box the related text is not getting dispalyed. And moreover the using instindex and the value is populating 0, below is the script

Field is not coming in selection screen

Hi all,
In one of my report there is a field customer group in selection-screen. Report is working fine so i transport request to qas in qas that field is coming on selection screen and its working fine.
But when i transport same request from qas to prd that field is not coming on selection screen.
I try 2-3 times by making diffrent diffrent request but still same result. can any body please tell me why its happen in prd??

is u have to convert the R/3 Production systems into the Quality one
try using tcode BDLS
read the documentation of BDLS.

How do I resolve: Field Selection dialog [Pick... button] in "Mark as read-only" section of Signed tab for Digital Signature field is not working

I am using Acrobat Pro X on Windows 7 Enterprise x64 to create a form. When I have a simple form with a few fields, I am able to use the "Pick..." button to select the fields I want to select, but in a more complex form (20 fields with 3 Signature fields) The Field Selection dialog does not work. I can make the selections, but they are not saved. Removing fields does not resolve issue. IF I start with a blank form and add a few fields, the dialog will work, but after adding more, it quits working. Reader XI is also installed.

And that is why many responders use only the custom JavaScript calculation option.
The UI for the select fields and simplified field nations are only a way to pass field names to a JavaScript function that performs the actual calculation. Sometimes these functions call other functions and pass the parameters can lead to errors in the attempted code.
I would start to learn code JavaScript for Acrobat.
The pick field dialog is for performing calculations involving sums, products, averages, minimum, and maximum. I am not sure how that would work with a digital signature. Once a signature is applied the form fields could be locked.

Selection screen fields are not getting detected in an infoset in code

Hi All,
I am developing an infoset query using logical database 'PNPCE'. I am facing problem while writing a validation on selection screen fields on an infoset query at infoset code level.
The fields that are under program specific selection are determined at runtime with variables viz. SP$00001, SP$00002 etc. There are actually select options on selection screen of an infoset query.
So I cannot write a direct code on these fields as they do not exist at infoset level and hence cannot be detected.
I want to put down a validation that if user does not select anything on selection-screen and executes the query, then he should get a pop-up message 'Narrow down your search...' and he should go back to selection screen again.
Is there any alternative way to achieve this?

Your Screen resolution is more in the system that's why while creating it was fine and while executing it was gone after the next field.
so you better create a frame and place that inside it or you can change cols size in the properties about the columns you want

Hi,
In the Selection screen,go to Settings->Value Restrictions tab->Read Mode Settings->Custom radio button and select the options Values in Master Data or Only Values in InfoProv or Only Posted values for navigation.
After this setting,check whether you are getting the data or not.
