Making a slide show and can only see the top 1/4 of the bottem line of photos in the project. help?

I am working with beat markers and it was going along fine until suddenly everything went awry. I dropped in a bunch of photos and the last photo assigned itself a time of over 3 minutes. Beat markers are at less than 1 second. I have removed the beat markers for the photos I want to remove, in order to try again. When I try to delete the 3 minute picture the entire project loses its beat markers AND on top of all of that, I can only see the top 1/4 of the pics in the bottom line of the project. I've tried several work arounds and can't fix this. Anyone have suggestions?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Restart your mobile device.

Did you import the old iPhoto library into the new one? That's not what you want to do because you will import all of the original, modified and thumbnail files as if they were original files. Lots of duplicates and useless small photos.
Do you have a backup copy of the library that you imported into to? If you do then bring it in and then use iPhoto Library Manager to merge the two libraries into a new, 3rd library.
If you don't then you'll have to try to fix the current one and then cull out the duplicates and small useless photos as follows: make a temporary, duplicate copy of your library and apply the three fixes in order as necessary.
Fix #1
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your HD/User/Home()/ Library/Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your HD/User/Home()/Library /Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #3
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If this doesn't fix the problem you'll have to start over from scratch and create a new library from the files inside the Originals folder of your current library. But first you should cull out the small photos that would be the thumbnails from the 2001 library.
Move the Originals folder to the Desktop, open and do a search for Kind=photo, File size is less than 10 KB. That should find all of the thumbnail files which you can then drag to the Trash. You might have to make that less than 50 KB. Then Import the remaining photos into a new iPhoto library.

I download tv shows but can only see them in itunes when connected to the internet and periodically all tv shows disappear

I purchased a tv series and downloaded it (several hours) but i can only play it while connected to the internet, I assume it is somewhere in the cloud. What ever happened to buy it download it and it stays on the hard drive? The other day 8 tv series and 7 movies that i had previously purchaed had disappeared from itunes.

Want to use another computer (laptop) to give the presentation and therefore change location of slide show. Do I need to copy the media browser to the laptop or once the pictures and movies are embedded in the original slide show, can I take it anywhere and not worry about the media browser?
I also want to optimize a movie for Keynote, so it's not too large a file. Please help.

Graphic, sound and video files are copied into the Keynote file, but make sure Keynote > Preferences - include sound and movies check box is ticked.
If you have added additional fonts they will need be changed to reflect what is on the destination machine.
If the other machine has a different Keynote version, ensure the same transitions and effects are available.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Creating PDFs using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and can only see the first 10 pages in PDF even when the page numbers on bottom state 10 of 13 (or any number greater than 10).

PDFs create great, unless they should be over 10 pages and then it appears the data was converted to PDF by viewing the page numbers at the bottom of the PDF but you can only view the first 10 pages in the pdf file.

Could you please let me know what exact dot version of Acrobat 9 and OS you are using.
Have you tried repairing Acrobat from the Help menu?
Acrobat 9 is an older version and incompatible with new OS versions, so I would suggest you to try using Acrobat XI (latest version) and check for the same.

When i connect my ipad2 to my computer it shows as a camera type connection and can only see the photos that I have on it. I want to download all the songs from my PC but the device is not showing up in itunes.

My desktop computer only recognises my ipad as a camera type device so I am unable to download the music from my PC to my ipad. Even when I go into itunes it does not recognise the ipad, however it does recognise my ipod. How do a get my computer to see my ipad properly. My PC runs on windows XP.

Please help. I turned my nano on this morning and the screen appears to be blurred. I can see my lists and song information out of the bottom left corner of the screen. Unfortunately, it's possible that your iPod's screen might be broken.
In that case, you would have to get your iPod's screen replaced if you wanted the problem to be fixed.
But before you do that, try restoring your iPod, as this might fix the issue, if it does not relate to the physical condition of the screen.

Start page starts correctly them elongates to the right of the screen and can only see part of the information displayed.

One day my son signed into someone elses Clash of Clans, since then he is unable to go back to his Clash of Clans and can only see his sisters.

Thanks for taking a stab at it: that didn't prove to be the problem. That option in the settings for tabbed browsing was not checked.
I may be a bit behind the times: I am used to tabbed browsing showing all the tabs it possibly can, instead of just the last one. Sometimes it won't even show the last tab: I can have 15 tabs open, and not see a single tab. I've been confused by this into closing a window with lots of tabs open, because it looks like a single page-window.
My main problem with the tab-bar flashing to the end of the row is that it means a great deal more mouse-clicking around to browse.
I haven't tried installing the latest beta. Maybe that would fix the problem.

I would like to create a slide show and then burn to a DVD. I may be interested in adding music. Should I use iPhone, iMovie or a simple Powerpoint?

I am going to be creating a slide show and then burning it to a couple of DVDs. I have used PPT in the past for simple slide shows for speaking engagements, but I am interested in adding music to this slide show. What is the best/easiest application to use? iMovie, iPhoto or Powerpoint?

Is it your intention to create video DVDS that can be played on TV sets via DVD players? If so you'll need a video DVD authoring application like iDVD.
Export the slideshow out of iPhoto as a QT movie file via the Export button in the lower toolbar. For iPhoto 9.4.3 and earlier select Size = Medium or Large. For iPhoto 9.5 and later selct 480p.
Open iDVD, select a theme and drag the exported QT movie file into the open iDVD window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
Follow this workflow to help assure the best quality video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
If iDVD was not preinstalled on your Mac you'll have to obtain it by purchasing a copy of the iLife 09 disk from a 3rd party retailer like Amazon.com: ilife 09: Software or eBay.com. Why, because iDVD (and iWeb) was discontinued by Apple over a year ago.
Why iLife 09 instead of 11?
If you have to purchase an iLife disc in order to obtain the iDVD application remember that the iLife 11 disc only provides themes from iDVD 5-7. The Software Update no longer installs the earlier themes when starting from the iLIfe 11 disk nor do any of the iDVD 7 updaters available from the Apple Downloads website contain them.
Currently the only sure fire way to get all themes is to start with the iLife 09 disc:

Where is "Structure" under Insert in Dreamweaver, I can only see "Layout"?

Can anyone tell me why I cannot see the menu with Structure under Insert in Dreamweaver, and can only see one with Layout? Any help appreciated on this. I am trying to follow the Dreamweaver tutorial "Make your first website", and am stuck on "Create the page structure" (Part 2)- as the drop down menus in the online tutorial are different to those on the Dreamweaver site that I can see on my Mac OS X 10.6.8
The tutorial instructs to find Structure in Insert but I can only see a function labelled Layout.
I managed to find a way of locating 'div' but there is not a Header in the drop down menu in Insert.
There is a list of Spry options but these are quite different to the list given in the tutorial.
Please can anyone help with pointing to where I can find the function to make a Header (as it is called in the tutorial).

Layout and Structure are the same tab (Category). Layout was renamed to Structure after CS6 if I'm not mistaken. See below:
