Making the cached .swf update when you change your site

My site is a .swf band site, and I notice that when I update the monthly gig guide on it, the page won't update in my browser unless I erase the browser cache. I was wondering if there is a way of making sure that the .swf replaces the one in the user's cache? If not, is there a way to make sure that the .swf refreshes somehow?

OK - I tried renaming the .swf, but then the index.html that refers to the new named .swf isn't getting refreshed - the browser loads the old index.html with the old .swf reference.

Yes as long as you use the same Apple ID for iTunes that you used to download the app originally.

If you haven't already, I'd first try restarting or resetting your iPhone:
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Apple did approve our in-app purchase without publishing the folio ahead of time.
I have a new question: Can I change the "Cleared for sale" attribute in the iTunes Connect interface from no to yes before a folio's scheduled publication date? Or should I wait until after the folio has been published?
I would think you could set the "Cleared for sale" attribute to yes before the publication date and it would not cause any problems since the folio is not available to purchase until it's published.

I stopped in the apple store today and stumped the genius bar !!!!!!
I am so proud.
I want to know how to remove e-mail address's that pop up when you hit a alpha key.
These are address's that are NOT in my address book or anywhere on my computer.
They would be a one time e-mail that I sent over the last 3 years or so.
I do not retain old e-mails either which would trigger keeping the address alive.

In Mail, you can also select a popped-up name that you don't want to retain, click the triangle that appears when you move your cursor to the area just after your name, and select "Remove from Previous Recipients List" from the dropdown menu. This choice will not appear if the name is in your Address Book.

Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap on the ID and sign out. Then tap on "sign in" and sign in with the correct account.

I just want to delete the applications that i've already deleted but it seems that it is still posted at the "updates" tab ad i can't delete it. Please i need your help. Try turning off & on your iPod (sorry if that sounds dumb, but it might work)
Or, since that's a matter of not refreshing, turn off your wifi& reconnect
