Alguna idea?
El nombre se repite con Ad Cash o Ad Top Deal.... Saben como eliminarlo??
Gracias!

Extension Manager 2.1 for Mac crashes when trying to install any extension
Hi,
I have the Adobe Extension Manager 2.1 installed on a Mac running Mac OS X 10.5.6. I updated all the latest Adobe and Apple software.
I tried to install MXP files for Adobe AIR, jQuery, and Drupal, but doing so crashes the Extension Manager. I tried uninstalling it using the Photoshop installer (which is what installed the Manager initially), but this didn't help.
The Manager also crashes when I try to open the Help > About the dialogue, both from the main window and from the menu bar.
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!
RémiReading the thread linked below resolved my problem. I only had to uninstall Safari 4 Beta before I could use the Extension Manager.

I deleted my extensions manager and now my Mac won't start up. Please Help!!
I have an IMac, 24" model, running OS X. For the past several days, little warning windows have been popping up with this annoying beep, telling me that my computer was infected with various viruses. 4, to be exact. Also, while on the internet, random pop-up windows have appeared, so I thought I did have a virus. So, to correct the matter (or attempt to), I deleted my preferences folder from the system folder, as well as the extensions manager.
Now, the computer won't start up past the white logo screen with the turning gear thingy. I've tried resetting the PRAM, and starting in safe mode, and safe mode with the progress screen, and even something there while holding the option key (that one gave me an icon of my HD, but clicking on it took me back to an endless wait on the white screen). I've tried starting from the disk that came with the computer (I held the C key) but not only doesn't the computer start from the disk, it spits the disk out. I don't understand. The computer was fine until I deleted the ext. mgr and preferences, so it can't be that the computer went bad or something.
I don't know what else to do here. I do have an extended service warranty with Best Buy, but I wanted to see if there was some way to fix this before hauling this thing off to the store. Any suggestions? I'm desperate here, because anything and everything I've tried (based on all the try-this and try-thats I found on the internet), nothing has worked.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.Well done! You've succeeded in turning your Mac into a useless brick.
Deleting the System/Library/extensions folder and the associated manager removed most of the functionality from your OS.
And all to get rid of what sounds like the MacDefender trojan or a variant.
ref; http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4650 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4651
You may have a slim chance of recovering if it will still boot in Target Disc Mode; in which case you can use another Mac to install the system remotely.
And I doubt your warranty with Best Buy is going to cover user "error."

Is the iPad and iPhone affected by this malware virus that has infected all these Macs?
I am wondering if this malware that has infected so many Macs has also made iPad and iPhone vulnerable? Could my iPad be infected and how do I check to see if it is or how do you fix this?
I'm not going to post links just so you can have fun mocking. You're a big boy, go read. Something anyone knew had to happen eventually, hackers have gotten tired of zipping into PC's and are turning their attention to Macs. Give it a few years and they'll find a way too poke a hole into Android and iOS and Linux....bored folks with nothing better to do.
Any 'panic' is to be expected especially since Mac has always been very superior in it's 'don't get viruses/less vulnerable to viruses' stuff. Well, that's not because they were never vulnerable, just because hackers have always focused on the larger target base, PC's. But now that Mac market shares are growing, they're a bigger target. Just as tablets will become a bigger target as more and more are put into use.
There will eventually be an iPad virus. May take a few years, but someone will do it if for no other reason than to brag that they did. -
Purchased a new MacBook Pro in January and just now trying to load my copy of Adobe CS5 onto it. Everything installed okay, but when I launch Adobe Extension Manager I get an error message saying that certain extensions failed to import and to make sure they are valid extensions.
I tried to install a 3rd party extension that I use and it will not import either. Not sure if this is a software or hardware issue.
Error message reads as follows:
The following extensions 'idcs5_AssetPubLibrary.zxp,idcs5_AssignmentUI.zxp,idcs5_Assignments.zxp,idcs5_AWS.zxp,idc s5_AWSUI.zxp,idcs5_BasicTools.zxp,idcs5_Book Panel.zxp,....' for product 'InDesign CS5' failed to be imported. Please make sure these are valid extensions.
I tried to update the extension manager to version 5.0.3 and that did not work. I tried uninstalling the entire suite and reinstalling and same results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My guess is that you're trying to use the Migrate feature from OSX. Unfortunately, this will not work reliably with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications.
You'll need to run the Adobe Cleaner tool to delete all Adobe stuff you copied over:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation ... - Adobe
Then you'll have to install CS5 from your original discs or a backup of your original install files.
Lacking that, you can download CS5 from this link:

Where are the extension cc panels stored on mac?
I have been using Adobe Extension Builder 3 to create some test panels and now I want to trash them, but Adobe seems to have hidden them. I have tried: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences folder, but they are not there. Nor are they in the main Photoshop folder "Plug-ins".
Does anyone know where the extension panels for Photoshop CC are stored? I have done searches, on extension names, but nothing shows up.
Thanks in advance - SamThanks Kurt - I already did that. The extensions are not there.
It is rediculous that Adobe has made it so hard to find extensions that were created with Adobe Extension Builder 3. I have some I created, but want to delete them. Any extensions that were installed with Extenstion Manager go into the Photoshop application folder Plug-ins. Other developed extensions are in some mysterious location.
Thanks - Sam -
Save as extensions scrambled on PS CS6 Mac Lion
When I select save as after editing a file brouight in as a PSD or RAW file if I choose TIFF as the file type the extension appended is PNG. If I choose JPEG the extension is esd. I just updated to be sure I have the latest version. The connection between finder and photoshop doesn't seem to be working right. Another example being when I choose to open a file the menu that opens requires me first to select the type of file I want to import before it will allow me to select a file type. There is no default.

It's highly improbable you'll ever see that. Plug-ins should NOT be "migrated" at all. Fresh, updated versions should be installed from the original media, through their installers or by following the 3rd-party vendor's instructions. -
CS 6 Extension Manager Update fails on Mac (10.8.1)
Hi
Weeks ago there was an Ectension Manager update in Adobe Application Manager.
This update keeps showing up and keeps failing to install with:
"Adobe Extension Manager CS6 Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7"
Adobe recommends to download and install manually, which fails the very same way…
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1p7-installing-updates-ccm.html
P.S.
I can copy paste images while editing the forum post, but they don't get saved… workaround save file, import files, delete files… no WEM…

Hi everyone,
My mac mini is new. I have a few issues with it.
But the most annoying is the malwares that infested it now. I have only been using it for about 3 weeks or so. Of course, I thought everything that popped up are safe to click and just standard to click. I don't know yet what's best. Either, I figure out how to remove these ads / malwares or I just thought of reformatting it and start anew with it.
What would you guys recommend and please include steps for me to follow. I'm no techy.
By the way, I do not see these extensions on my Finder files (Conduit, also known as Trovi, MyBrand, or Search Protect, etc.) As a matter of fact, my extensions folder is empty except for the Adblock and AdBlock Plus that I recently installed to kill the ads. However, it worked but it didn't stop MacKeeper and Facebook ads from popping to a new window each time I click a link, or just a space on a safari)
On YouTube, when I watch a video, every second, the other videos are pushed down for as long as i watch, they are kept being pushed down. These are done by ads that are being stopped by the AB and ABP. yes, the ads do not appear. Just a white space forever adding up. Very frustrating. Please help.
Thanks in advance! How to uninstall MacKeeper - updated
How to Remove MacKeeper
Helpful Links Regarding Malware Problems
If you are having an immediate problem with ads popping up see The Safe Mac » Adware Removal Guide, AdwareMedic, or Remove unwanted adware that displays pop-up ads and graphics on your Mac - Apple Support.
Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click on Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If this stops your problem, then re-enable them one by one until the problem returns. Now remove that extension as it is causing the problem.
The following comes from user stevejobsfan0123. I have made minor changes to adapt to this presentation.
Fix Some Browser Pop-ups That Take Over Safari.
Common pop-ups include a message saying the government has seized your computer and you must pay to have it released (often called "Moneypak"), or a phony message saying that your computer has been infected, and you need to call a tech support number (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it resolved. First, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and your computer has not been affected. This "hijack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so do not pay any money, call the listed number, or provide any personal information. This article will outline the solution to dismiss the pop-up.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.
This will not work in all cases. The shift key must be held at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window reappears. In these circumstances, after force quitting Safari, turn off Wi-Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then relaunch Safari normally. It will try to reload the malicious webpage, but without a connection, it won't be able to. Navigate away from that page by entering a different URL, i.e. www.apple.com, and trying to load it. Now you can reconnect to the Internet, and the page you entered will appear rather than the malicious one.

From user Joe Bailey comes this equally useful advice:
The facts are:
1. There is no anti-malware software that can detect 100% of the malware out there.
2. There is no anti-malware that can detect everything targeting the Mac.
3. The very best way to prevent the most attacks is for you as the user to be aware that
the most successful malware attacks rely on very sophisticated social engineering
techniques preying on human avarice, ****, and fear.
4. Internet popups saying the FBI, NSA, Microsoft, your ISP has detected malware on
your computer is intended to entice you to install their malware thinking it is a
protection against malware.
5. Some of the anti-malware products on the market are worse than the malware
from which they purport to protect you.
6. Be cautious where you go on the internet.
7. Only download anything from sites you know are safe.
8. Avoid links you receive in email, always be suspicious even if you get something
you think is from a friend, but you were not expecting.
9. If there is any question in your mind, then assume it is malware. -
Does any one know how to remove pop up and malware. There is a lot of pop up on my mac book air OSX 10.10

Helpful Links Regarding Malware Problems
If you are having an immediate problem with ads popping up see The Safe Mac » Adware Removal Guide and AdwareMedic.
Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click on Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If this stops your problem, then re-enable them one by one until the problem returns. Now remove that extension as it is causing the problem.

I'm worried because one of my friends opened a website that seemed weird and i dont know if i could of gotten a virus or malware.
If your friend was using your Mac to visit this web site, you really should only allow your friend to use your Mac from the guest account. If you do that everything they do in the guest account will be erased when they log off you Mac. Also being on the guest account will prevent them from installing anything. That can really be helpful in preventing any such problems.
To do that just use Fast User Switching to login to the guest account and then give it to them.
My answer if they don't like that solution is to tell them to go find someone else's Mac to use then.

AIR 3 RC Native Extensions On Mac OS X Error
I'm getting an error when trying to compile a native extension (.framework) for Mac OS X 10.7 with XCode 4.1; I've included "FlashRuntimeExtension.h" in the project but not sure if i'm missing something else as there is a lack of documentation for Native Extensions with XCode for a Mac Framework (the error I get is "_FRENewObjectFromBool" - symbol(s) not found for architecture i386.
I have AIR 3 RC and the latest Flash installed on my machine.
I'm not sure what i'm missing?
Thanks!Hi lemonility,
Could you try the following steps out and let me know if they help?
1) Select the project in the project navigation window which will show project summary on right
2) Select 4th tab build phases
3) Select Link binary with library option
4) Add framework for which you are getting
5) Move the framework from main folder to the frameworks folder
6) Build it again and errors should be gone.
Thanks,

Mac question: where are extensions stored
I'm shortly going to be upgrading to a new Intel iMac from a
G5 desktop Mac. I need to know where all the extensions are stored
on the Mac, so I can make sure I don't lose them! (Still using
Dreamweaver MX2004)
Can anyone let me know?
thanks
susiesusie,
The original .mxp file can be anywhere! You should search all
of your
folders for .mxp files.
If you disable all of your extensions, DW will generate
alternate .mxp
files from the .mxi, but these may differ from the original.
HTH,
Randy
