Manage Devices url not coming up on clients

After configuring OS X server. I try to access the URL for enrollment, the site will not coming up. Say cannot connect to server. Anyone have this issue?

Please launch the Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app tool on the server and issue the following non-disruptive diagnostic command:
sudo changeip -checkhostname
The output from this command will provide some information on the host name and network, and then whether DNS is correctly configured or has issues.  If your DNS has issues, you'll need to address those before working with the web server or any other services; OS X Server (and other servers) tend to get wonky when DNS isn't working.
With a server, you'll want to have a real and registered domain.  If you don't have that, then a bogus name can be used — that's not something I generally recommend, but it does work for folks just getting started — and you'll want to avoid using .local domains for your DNS, or any domain names you don't have permission to use.
Your client(s) will also need to be using your DNS server(s) on your LAN for host translations, and not sending DNS translation requests directly to your ISP or other off-LAN DNS servers.

    Hello there,
    It seems you have some problem with the config.xml file, do you have the previous one like if you had done any recent change in config.xml or server configuration it has a backup.
    So try rolling back the old config.xml file and start the weblogic, if that is not helping check if you ahve any chunk character in config.xml file.

    Please try the following options:
    1) Apply -D_Offline_FileDataArchive=true
    The WebLogic Diagnostics Framework creates the diagnostic store (DAT) file which is used for different purposes. The initial size of the store file is about 1M.
    Here are the details of the parameter suggested: -D_Offline_FileDataArchive=true
    The above parameter is a (undocumented and unsupported) system property that disables WLDF indexing on the log file.
    Engineering has delivered an undocumented system property to disable the file archive indexing task (-D_Offline_FileDataArchive=true),
    This property will disable incremental as well as full indexing of WLDF archiving, if property is not properly applied, you can see a File Indexer timer kicks in for every 30 seconds.
    2) WLW page-flow event reporter may be creating several entries in the diagnostics store
    apply -Dcom.bea.wlw.netui.disableInstrumentation=true
    3) Disable JDBC profiling. (Under JDBC/datasource_name/diagnostics uncheck all the options there)
    If JDBC profiling is turned on, it inserts profiling data into the diagnostic store, which can cause it to grow.
    4) Disable Harvesting (change the value for Profile Harvest Frequency Seconds to zero)
    5) try setting the "synchronous-write-policy" parameter in the server configuration to "Cache-Flush". This bypasses the "direct I/O" code in the file store.
    Servers--->Configuration--->Services--->Default Store you can set the synchronous-write-policy to Cache-Flush
    Synchronous Write Policy:
    The disk write policy that determines how the file store writes data to disk.
    This policy also affects the JMS file store's performance, scalability, and reliability. The valid policy options are:
    * Direct-Write
    File store writes are written directly to disk. This policy is supported on Solaris, HP-UX, and Windows. On Windows systems, this option generally performs faster than the Cache-Flush option writes.
    * Disabled
    Transactions are complete as soon as their writes are cached in memory, instead of waiting for the writes to successfully reach the disk. This policy is the fastest, but the least reliable (that is, transactionally safe). It can be more than 100 times faster than the other policies, but power outages or operating system failures can cause lost and/or duplicate messages.
    * Cache-Flush
          Transactions cannot complete until all of their writes have been flushed down to disk. This policy is reliable and scales well as the number of simultaneous users increases.

    I have installed OVM 3.0.1 manager and it used to work properly.
    But from last 2 days suddenly GUI is not coming up.

    Tried rebooting system, restarting ovmm service.
    Don't know how to check weblogic server logs.

    I cannot find the "Manage Devices" function in the iTune Account Information screen.  Any help?

    The Function not found error is thrown when the OS can't provide the pointer to the function in the library to LabVIEW for some reason. For more information and common solutions see:

    The only reason I can think of why the first time it works correctly is that the DLL is not correctly clean-up by the close functions. Thus causing a second request for the pointer to fail due to this. (closing LabVIEW will remove the DLL form memory and thus probably clearing the error).

  • Data Service Management Console (Administrator) not coming up

    Hi Experts,
    Was wondering if someone can help me a little. I am having issues with the Management console not coming up. This is what the address is:
    http://localhost:8080/DataServices
    The only message I see is : "waiting for localhost"
    I can see that the service Apache Tomcat for BI 4 is up and running.
    It was running up until yesterday but today the log-in page just does not come up. Would appreciate any help possible to look into this.
    I am also able to successfully click on Impact and lineage Analysis and navigate there. It is only the admin console that won't open.
    Just a further information, I setup a couple of real time jobs and thereafter probably something has gone wrong. Is there a way to disable RealTime jobs from outside of the management console?

    Your server start-up is indicating your environment is configured over 127.0.0.1:7001 (localhost) which is the default configuration for a local environment.

    i want to show FQDN.
    server is on Production so can not create new web app .
    Please help . i have already changed default zone url to FQDN.

  • Enterprise Manager console is not coming

    Installed Oracle XE, Weblogic Server, SOA Server and ran RCU and all software's installed successfully without any errors.
    After that i created one Domain in Weblogic with Different servers ( Admin Server, SOA server and BAM Server) after that started my Weblogic server and after that started SOA server with out any problem.
    For the first time i am able to see EM console and checked SOA server is running and able to depoly applications in SOA server.
    Next day started Admin and SOA servers and started successfully. But when i am trying to open EM console in browser it is showing 404 exception with below error in Browser

    After seeing above error i tried to check status of soa server in Admin console and it is in Running state.
    When i tried to update em.jar and activate those changes i am seeing below error in Weblogic console :

The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:

    - What version of the Operating System.

    Do I need an iCloud account, or an iTunes in the Cloud account, to see my devices?

  • Long Running ( 8Min) Reports are not able Preview in client browsers

    I have converted Reports 6 to 6i and is running on 9ias.
    Reports which are taking more than 8 min are not coming up in client browsers. I have checked in the report output directory and the reports are created there. if i manually browse the reports by giving the path they are coming. Quick run reports are working fine and are coming in cleint browsers.

    Looks like the browser is timing out. I suggest you to pre-create "long" report beforehand so that the users do not have to wait.
    The hard way out, of couse, is to optimize your report, if possible.

  • Exclaimer manager signature does not update sent items for outlook 2013 clients when using cached mode

    I have Signature Manager Exchange Edition 2.0.3.0 installed on the hub servers.
    I have enabled  Sent Items update.
    some clients are not getting signature update in the sent items of outlook while using cached mode.
    from OWA, and MS Outlook when connected online, the signature is updated in the sent items.
    I have two CAS servers and two mailbox servers. all with Exchange 2013 SP1
    I tested each CAS server for the URLs of Autodiscover and EWS, with no errors or warnings.
    I also test Autodiscover through
    https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com . I go successful result.
    Outlook clients are updated to the latest version 15.0.4701.1000
    for outlook clients; I deleted outlook profile, deleted outlook folder in the user profile, re-created the  outlook profile, with no luck.
    from Exclaimer event logs on the Hub servers. the sent items update is successfully updating clients. below is the screenshot of an event for one email message which is successfully updated from exclaimer but it did not update on the client outlook while
    using cached mode.
    Since the issue is with multiple users, I am searching for a centralized solution
