Map ID maximum numeric value?

I have created approximately 6 RoboHelp projects and combined into a master project.  All of these have context-sensitive help.  The master - child projects are working fine.  All of the WebHelp files compile fine, but there are quite a few Map IDs that do not bring up the correct context-sensitive item and bring up the main .htm file instead.
After further evaluation, the Map IDs that are 1 - 30000 seem to be working fine.  It is the larger numbers that are not working.  The Map IDs are created automatically when the software is generated and the software developers do not want to change them because the same software is used in multiple applications.
Some of the Map ID numbers are as follows:

If you have only alphabets in the strings other than digits, you can try this.

SQL> There is another REGEX solution also for this.
But what is your business rule if the string containst something like this? '12ABC18'
