We want to change SD Scheduling Agreement mass change header and item level.please provide me t-code for the same.
    Regards,
    Arun Somase

    There are many ways
    1. Try MASS tcode with object BUS2032
    2. You can try creating a CATT for the same if the changes are for only few thousands. Just explore on CATT on google, you will get lot of materials. Some of the links for the same are
    http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/print46b/en/data/en/pdf/BCCATTUT.pdf
    http://www.sap-img.com/sap-catt.htm
    http://www.thespot4sap.com/articles/CATT.asp
    http://sap-f3.blogspot.com/2009/12/create-or-change-scheduling-agreement.html
The last one is specific to scheduling agreement.
    3. If there are more records, y ou can use LSMW. Again search for LSMW in google, there are lot of materials available.

  • Change Net Price of Scheduling agreement (ME32L/MEK2)

    Hi,
I need to modify via ABAP program the net price of scheduling agreements.
My current program edits price conditions through batch-inputs on MEK1 / MEK2 but they don't automatically update the net price.
The ME32L allows editing of price conditions and automatically updates the net price, but is not suitable for a batch input.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks and regards
    Francesco

    Dear Frans,
As per i know You can use ME32L for batch input,. you can try to record the script using SHDB.

  • MEKL - Update prices in Schedule Agreements

    Hello,
Do you know a link to check the steps I need to folllow to excute that transaction?
I ran it, but does not do nothing....

    Hi,
    Try the following steps:
First of all, you have to create a Schedule Agreement with a material number, just for test.
Use Net value for this item = 1000
    1 - Tcode MEKL
    2 - Enter Purchase Organization
3 - Enter Vendor and, if you want, enter Schedule Agreement number you have just created
4 - Sched. Agreements w/o Materials and Test Run does not need to be selected for this test
    5 - Enter Absolute Amount
6 - Sign = +  That means system will get Actual Schedule Agreement Value (PB00) + Absolute Amount you have entered.
So, if you created a Schedule Agreement with one line 10 - Material xxxxx - Net Value 1000, and you entered Absolute Amount = 1000 and sign = + that means, system will change your Sechedule Agreement to 2000.
Sign = - if you want decrease value
7 - Gross Price  should be selected
8 - Scale lines does not need be selected
9 - Supplementary conditions does not need be selected
10 - Condition valid on = today (the day you have created your Schedule Agreement)
    11- Press F8 or run
System should give you a table result with your Schedule Agreement
If everything is ok, press Save Button
Now, go to ME33L and check new values.
    I hope it helps you.
If you have any doubts, please, let me know.
    Best Regards,
    Natan

  • Unable to create new price validity in Scheduling agreement

    Dear Experts
    We are SAP 4.7 version.
We have 4 companies and 17 plants in same client server. We are facing problem in a particular company having two plants not able to change price in scheduling agreement with validity period. But in other company code allowing to create new price validity period.
Any configuration missing out please help us to resolve the issue.
    Most urgent
    SS

    Hello Suresh,
    There are two possibilities
    1. Missing authorization :Check if you have the same authorization profile for maintaining data in all company code/plant/purchasing organizaiton.
    2. Release streatagy: Check if you have activated release procedure in such a way that once it is release it will not allow any changes in scheduling agreement.
    Hope this helps.

  • Mass change for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA

    Dear All,
There is a need to do mass change in value for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA. Some of them have PO history. If we have PO history system wont allow to change conf. ctrl key. Also since it is a production system we can not cancel previous po histories. This is in SAP 4.7 where we dont have mass change tcode for Scheduling agreements.
Can we maintain the values thru table entries. like using se16n maintain entries check box. This option is greyed out. can we activate that & do this requirement.
    please suggest.

    hi Greetings!
The confirmation control key can not be changed in the scheduling agreement if GR for item had already been posted. If the GRs can be canceled , it is possible to change the confirmation control in the SA item.
Version 4.7 do not support Mass change of scheduling agreements, hence you have to either create a SCAT or BDC to perform the task.

  • Price changes in Scheduling Agreement

    Hi,
What is the best way to handle price changes in a Scheduling Agreement? From what I saw, the validity periods of the prices maintained in a scheduling Agreement is based on the GR date. Is there any way we can change this? The requirement is to make the validity price work on the delivery schedule date.
Right now, whenever a price change happens, we have to add a new line in the scheduling agreement. This doesn't seem right. Please advise.
    Thanks
    Ranjeet

    Hi,
Your date for pricing is controlled by Pricing date category u maintain in Vendor master >Purchasing view
If you select delivery date as your pricing and if there are many delivery dates the first delivery date is taken as
    the reference for pricing
But if there is no much price variation between delivery schedule date and Goods receipt you can keep that as
    goods receipt date
    Check out whatever suitable

  • Price update in Scheduling Agreement

    Dear Gurus,
I am seeking valuable suggestions reg the price update in scheduling agreement.
I am aware of the fact the the same can be done in the below mentioned ways-
    1) Manually
    2) Through condition records
I would be seeking the best possible option to the update the price in scheduling agreements, options would be
    1) Manually @ item level
    2) Changing condition records ( VK12) with same validity period
    3) Changing condition records ( Vk12) with new validity period ( closing the old validity period)
This is because to avoid any inconsistency in the future.
    Regards,
    Ajit

    Dear Ajit,
    1.Manual entry -
Manual entry will be applicable in only some cases and you cant able to track if some one has changed the price and it is having limitation .
    2.through condition records-
where as if you maintain the price through the access sequence and user cant able to change the price manually and for different combination and different material you can maintain different prices .here there is no limitation and you can extend this price for different combination in future .
Based on the above points you take decision.

  • Changing buyer on PO or scheduling agreement

    Hi All,
In SAP you have the functionality to send a mail to the buyer when an invoice is blocked for price differences. This mail is being send using the ME partner profile and it determines the buyer from the PO or SA to send the mail. My question is how can one change the buyer that is assigned to a PO or scheduling agreement?
We are making heavy usage of scheduling agreement which run for more then one year. Now it happens that a buyer leaves the company and his work is taken over by another buyer so we would need to have these mails send to the new responsible person.
Could you experts advise on how this could be done? We don't want to re-create new scheduling agreements each time a buyer leaves the company.
    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi Jurgen,
The purchasing group, ok that one I have but this is not the field that is used for the sending of the mail on price differences after posting the invoice in MIRO. This is the buyer name, aka the creator of the document.
Now we have a buyer that is leaving the company and the mails need to go now to the new buyer and we don't want to changed all the scheduling agreements and PO's created by this buyer.
I find it strange that SAP gives the option to send mails to buyers but does not offer any option to change this data if needed.

  • Expired Scheduling Agreement could not be changed

    Hi Experts:
I am trying to mark the delivery completed box of an expired Scheduling Agreement because the quantity still appears in MD04.  However, I could not change it because it says " validity of contract expired 28.05.2008". How could I change an expired Scheduling Agreement.

It seems earlier for the line item the conditions was not maintained ,Due to this you are able to maintain the price for condition PBXX.
Now PB00 condition is automatically comming means ,there should be some info record or contract is maintained for the sku.So system is picking the price from any one of master data.Check in conditions from there you will come to know from where is system is picking the price.Change the price in master data then it will pick changed price.

  • Error when trying to change scheduling agreement

    Hi gurus,
I have created a scheduling agreement via me31l and all is ok.
I'm finding an issue when trying to change the agreement via me32l.
If i add a new item and save, all seems ok, but the new item is note created and the below error is raises (sm13):
    Function Module: RV_KONDITION_SICHERN_V13A
    Status: Update was terminated
    Report: LV13AU02
    Row: 209
Error details: Class: VK - Number: 211
VK 211: UPDATE error Table KONM. Return code 4
The curious thing is that if we add an item with the same material, the error is not raised and the scheduling agreement is properly updated.
Could you suggest me how to solve this issue?
    Thanks in advance,
    Valentino

    Hi RAVI,
the issue was solved with the maintenance of material inforecord. There was only one price condition mainteined with the flag "scales"... We have removed the flag from the interested material, then it has been possible to change and create scheduling agreements.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Valentino

  • Scheduling Agreement-View Changes Made with a T-code

    Dear All,
I have a requirement wherein our client wants to view the changes or updation that has happened over a period of time in the scheduling agreement, ie changes in quantity and changes in dates.
For example; we have MM04 wherein we can see the changes that has happened to a material.
Kindly suggest if there is any standard T code to view the updates or changes in a scheduling agreement.
We change Scheduling agreement with VA32; its like they want to see the list of changes.
    Thanks and Regards
    Adithya

    Dear JP
    It was a very helpful answer, but more specifically speaking;
For example; A customer  XYZ has a scheduling agreement with the company for over a period of 12 months to buy 1200 quantity. Every  month 100 quantity on date 5th to be delivered.
Now, after 5 months, the company wants to check the status of the scheduling agreement with respect to that particular customer.
Just want to know is there any standard T code to check this or some other way to check it.
You can say just like a report they want.
    Thanks and Regards

  • Change partner defintion in scheduling agreement VA32

    Hello all,
we have created a scheduling agreement in VA32 and assigned several partners in Goto - Header - Partner.
One partner is the Ship to partner.
Now, we want to change the partner definition which is empty now. We want to add a value, so we changed that in the customer master data. But of course SAP is not going to take that change in the scheduling agreement which was created before that change was made in the customer master.
My question now, is there a way to change the partner defintion in the scheduling agreement? Right now the field is gray, so we cannot make any change. I have also tried to change the customer and then change it back to the original, but it didn't show the "new" partner definition.
    Thanks,
    Anne

    Hi Anne,
I tried this and so would suggest you to rather close the scheduling agreement and create another new  agreement and go ahead with the acitiviities as if not this solution then u may have to change it using table entries, but that is not advisable.  Better go with the first option.
