Material search by List Price

Dear SAP Guru's
I have a Client requirement. When creating a sales order we can go for list of materials by pressing F4, client requirement is to display List price also along with the other information
ex:
Material Desc Language Material No. List Price
Can anybody through light on this.

Hi Rajam,
In your case the display would not be easy.
You will have to go for ABAP customization of the serach screen Material by Sales area. This is the only place where you can get the sales area combination and hence relevant price could be picked.
The seach screen change is not big thing, ask your ABAP folks they would know that. Now you would need to tell them that in the result screen of the serach, they would need to add one more column, which would display the price depending upon the sales area and the material. The data would need to be picked for the specific pricing condtion from the pricing condition table AXXX( you need to prvide him the table name which carries the combination of sales area and material number).
The ABAP changes would not be diffcult to do, but you will have to test it throughly for all combination of parameters present in the search parameters.

Hi,
Is it possible to put a formatted search inside a Price List which will auto-update?
I created a query which looks at Special Prices tables OSPP and put an FMS in Price List 10. However, this FMS does not auto-update - it only updates when I click the "magnifying glass" of the formatted search. It would be cumbersome to click all items one-by-one.

I understand that your formatted search is applied to the price column in your list of Charges 10. You've proven that their execution is made when leaving the modified column "Manual"? ..
This column can fill it with one and then clicking on the column header.

ICW -Contract Follow On - List Price

Hi All,
I am new to CRM and Interaction Center Webclient and there is a requirement
to provide a link to the list price value in product details in 'contract follow on', if the list price is "0.00"
Currently the link appears for the list price only if the value is greater than 0.00. If list price is 0 , the field 'list price' is blank for corresponding product id.
The BSP application related to this is CRM_IC and the html page is SoBasket.htm
Could anyone please help as how to populate the list price value, if it is zero instead of displaying nothing.

Hello, LAC schedules a job that will create the quotations in SRM when the auction comes to an end, if this job fails for some reason the quotations will not be created.
To investigate your problem further you should search for the job that should have been creating the quotations, this job is called BBP_LA_QUOT_<client>_<auction id> and it execute report BBP_LA_BATCH_JOB_SCHED, that if called with the parameter gp_jobtp set to 'QOT' generates the quotation upon the ones made in the auction
Check the spool of this job to see if there is any error.

Hi all,
My client needs standard way of Printing LIST PRICE from SAP. I know we can use V/LD pricing reports but is there any way to print Price List by customer/Material except using V/LD reports.

I don't see any standard report apart from using V/LD for pricing report.
Or you can go for Z report for it.
In my experience, TCode V/LD, pricing report is the best possible solution for your requirement.
For Customer/Material, use 28 - Conditions by Customer (Internal Table: /1SDBF12L/RV14AK28).
This include data from Condition Tables:

Special Price + Formatted Search for Special Price.

Hi all,
Appreciate some help here. Our client is using SAP B1 2007 Patch 38. AU/NZ localization, Local Currency = AUD.
Scenario:
Item A, Price List 1 = $2795, Price List display = 4 decimals, Price List Currency = USD
Special price for Item A has been set up as follows:
Step 1 - Go to Item> Price List> Price and Volumne Discount
Step 2 - The price and volumn discount screen opened. From the drop down, select price list and then select Item A by double clicking the line.
Step 3 - Period Discount screen opened. Valid from = 9th July 2008. Price = $2795.
Step 4 - Double click the line, Volume Discount Price List open, with the following details maintained.
Quantity=1, Discount=0, Special Price = $2795.
Quantity = 10, Discount=7.1556, Special Price = $ 2595.0010
Quantity = 100, Discount=10.0179, Special Price=$ 2514.9997
Question: we intend to put in Special price = $2595 and $2515, but SAP just does its own round up. Is there a way to work around?
Scenario 2:
To deal with the problem from Question 1, we have created a formatted search in the sales order and formatted search to round up the value in Line Total.
Column = Line Total
Trigger by = Quantity
Query = SELECT (case when $[$63.0.0]='USD' then Round($[$38.23.number],0) else $[$38.23.number] end)
Column = Quantity
Trigger by = Discount%
Query = SELECT $[$38.11.1]
The above set up works fine, if the user enter the quantity correctly the first time.
Eg:
User enter Qty = 10, SAP will display Discount = 7.1556 % and Line Total = $25,950.00 (Round up from $25950.01).
If user notice the quantity is wrong and then enter new quantity = 100, the discount remains at 7.1556%, it should be 10.0179%.
Question: Is there a way to work around this?

a.Administration --> system intilisation --Document setting -- currency or by document --
b.System initiliaisation ---> general settng --->Display
c.Administration set up->Financial currency ---rounding --???
Currency setting overides the rounding method of procedure B
Scenario2
Since your trigger is dicount percentage , You will not get the desired output from the formatted search . Try to get the trigger at quantity .

Hi,
By giving item category as TANN in VBAP, you will be able to get all material numbers, and the document numbers.
Using document numbers, get the doc condition no, in VBAK (VBAK-KNUMV)
Now
VBAK-KNUMV = KONV-KNUMV and
VBAP-POSNR = KONV-KPOSN for VBAK-VBELN=VBAK-VBELN
you should be able to extract the value of PR00 from KONV table.

Error while adding a 'Ext No' field to Activities Search Result List on UI

Still my issue was not resolved, could you help me to find the exact error.I have enhanced the component, view and context node, still i couldn't able to add attributes to the context node BTQRACT.I tried to add several fields, but it is giving the same error 'METHOD CL_BT126S_A_APPTSR_CTXT' CREATE_BTQRACT DOES NOT EXIST'. I have checked the OSS messages and found 2 relavant to this component. I have implemented both the Sap Notes 1363752, 1226612. Still after implementing the OSS note, i am getting the same error.My guess is one of the method is missing. Please help me out?

How to change search result list entries?

Hi together,
I'd like to fit the TREX search result list to my own requirements. I've edit the Search Result Renderer Settings, Search Result Layout Set, Search Component Set and the Search Option Set. But that's not enough.
1.) I would like to display the relevant index name, in which the document was found.
2.) For special indexes (not for all!) I want to change the content link:
For example: if TREX is finding an xml-File in index "abc_index" I would like to change the content link from
"https://portalserver/irj/go/km/docs/folder/p76.xml" to
"https://portalserver/irj/go/km/docs/folder/p76.htm"
and from
"https://portalserver/irj/go/km/docs/folder/p76_data.xml" to
"https://portalserver/irj/go/km/docs/folder/p76.htm"
3.) I'd like to display a special part of the document as a explanatory text in the result list.
I think point 1 and 3 are possible with properties and HTML-extractors. But point 2 I'm afraid I have to create my own component.
But how to manage this? I cannot find any code snippets or tutorials or pattern to copy and develop further.
Is it possible or advised to write a WebDynpro? Are there other possibilities? I don't know how to start.
I would be pretty delighted to get any idea...

2) Documentation will be send in a matter of minutes.
3) I also think the web property extractors only work with the web repository manager, because as far as I know that is the only repository manager, where you can select a web property extractor upon creation. I guess you could open an OSS to SAP and ask if its not possible to extract properties in your scenario just to be sure if its not possible. But my guess is that you either have to develop your own repository manager or publish your files on a web server in order to meet your requirements.

List Price Not getting displayed in B2B Webshop Product Catalog

Hello Experts,
We have done all the required configuration to view the LIST PRICE in B2B Webshop product catalog.
We have done following settings:
1. Pricing Procedure assignment to the PRODUCT CATALOG VARIANT
2. Initial Replication of the product catalog
3. Shopadmin setting for List Price (radio button selection on the GENERAL Informaiton Tab)
4. XCM Setting - No IPC
5. For the defined variant, we have maintain an entry in the Parameter for List Prices - ZPR0 and table as CUS506 and Catalog Price type as List Price.
6 Downloaded the required condition record from ECC to CRM with correct validity period
But still we are not able to see the LIST PRICE. Any other change (say addition/removal of product from CATALOG areas)in the CATALOG is getting dispayed correctly in the WEBSHOP product catalog except LIST PRICE. That means we feel there is no issue from TREX perspective.
Any other pointers will be really helpful.

What are the fields for CUS506? During replication if the list price is replicated from this table then all the key fields mentioned in this table should be available during replication for this table.
What my wild guess is that maybe this CUS506 has a field e.g say SHIP_TO or SOLD_TO etc.. Now at the time of replication.. there are no shipto or soldto hence no values/price will replicate to TREX.. hence u will see nothing in catalog.

Hi,
Try T.Code: MC.9 and MC.5 etc. These reports will give you total value of the stock but not unit price.
If you are looking at unit price please write a small query using SQVI or append the relevant info structure.

Different Color Text of Topic Titles by Child Project in Search Results List

Does anyone know how I can change the text color to indicate the source project of a topic as displayed in the Search Results list?
I have followed Peter Grainge's directions for setting up a parent project that has several child projects, one of which contains outdated version-specific information. Thanks, Peter!
I would like it to be obvious to the user before they open a topic from the Search Results list that it is from the old legacy project.
I have found where the font is set, (thanks to the RoboWizard), but I am not a Javascript programmer and am uncertain how to code the "if document is from this project, then use this font" logic.
I would also like to put a "caption" below the "Search Results per page" line to explain the purpose of the color change.
I am using RoboHelp HTML 8.0.2. I generate WebHelp output which is then FTP'd to our server.

     Let me make sure that I understand your suggestion - I should change the title of each topic in the "legacy" knowledge base so that they each include a short identifier, such as "First Topic - Legacy"? If so, I suppose that would work, but I'd have to change 1,000 topics. The topic titles would no longer match the filenames (I'm trying to freeze changes to the old knowledge base to which there are many links from our user forum), which I suppose is not a big concern at this point. I'll run some tests.
     That has also raised another question in my mind, but I'll post that separately. It's about the way Robohelp selects the text that is shown immediately after the title of the topic in the Search Results list.

Add hyperlink on the field txt in Search Result List to access Detail View

Hi, SDN fellows.
I have a PCUI requirement stated the following:
1) In the line item of the Search Result List (table), there is one hyperlink in field 1.
2) When click on the hyperlink, it will trigger the action to open up Detail View (Object Data Pattern 1 - ODP1) of the line item.
3) Problem: When the value of the field is null, there will be no hyperlink to open up the Detail View.
4) For work around, my requirement is to make the other fields (i.e. field 2) to have a hyperlink to trigger the action for opening the Detail View of the line item.
I am not strong in PCUI. Please advise how to do so, while I am exploring the guide in the PCUI Book.

check out the settings of the Field Group element where the link is already active. Copy that settings to the Field which you want to be linked too.

I've upgraded to Firefox 8.0. I no longer have ANY search engines listed for my search bar.

When I click on the drop down in the search bar, all that's there is "Manage Search Engines" - the Yahoo, Google, etc icons are NOT there. When I select "Mange Search Engines" and bring up the "Search Engines List", NOTHING is listed. There are absolutely no search engines installed - no Yahoo, Google, etc, etc. How do I get them back/installed?

I resolved my issue. Renamed search.sqlite and reinstalled Firefox 9.0.1
All default search engines are now available.

Goto Transation SE16
Table :TSTC
in Tcode :Give A* or V* or anything...and find the relevant transctions and data.
