Messed up tabbed pages

Hello there,
I have this weird problem. I don't know if it is a bug or that I'm doing something wrong. I'm building an application in which I use tabbed pages. On these tabbed pages I have put buttons, textfields etc... When I start up the application, all the buttons and textfields are messed up i.e. like they are stacked on top of eachother on the first tab page. First I must click through the tabbed pages before I see only the buttons, textfields etc... for that specific tab page.

Venting your anger at the users here who are just trying to help other users is also a waste of time.
With one or two exceptions (some people do bizarre things like condemn the app and give it 3 stars) all the recent reviews are 1 star. It is steadily eroding the high ratings given Pages before Pages 5 and ultimately will drive the message home to Apple which otherwise doesn't care what its users think.
Until they stop buying.

Tab pages not changed when selecting from TAB LIST

Hi All,
I have a form which has 15 tabs, 1st 10 Tabs are dynamic (enabled at new form instance, depending on configuration) and 11 to 15 are Static tabs visible for all.
My problem is when i am clicking on tabs iam able to switch tabs, but when I select tab from Tab List I am not going to the selected TAB.
Ex: when I am in TAB 1 and Select TAB15 from Tab list My form Still Stays in TAB1 and not moving to TAB 15
Please provide me a Solution.

In your trigger, you are doing a SHOW_VIEW ('HDR_CANVAS_FIXED'); before you select the :GLOBAL.HEADERS information. I'm not sure what HDR_CANVAS_FIXED is, but I am wondering if that is what is messing you up. What happens if you either comment that out:

How do I get back the "old" new tab page with 9 tiles instead of 8?

I find the 8/12 tiles (If pressed Ctrl+scrollwheel down) annoying, is there any way the get the classic "new tab" page with 9 tiles back?
Ps I already tried changing the number of colums (5 to 3) about:config / browser.newtabpage.colums I got 9 tiles but it looks awful

Tab Page got dismantled

I am using APex 4. I created a tab page using Ape 3.2 and used one of the pre-defined theme. After importing that in 4, we switched the theme to another pre-defined one in ver 4 and then the tab pages messed up.
How to put it back correctly.

You can drag an history item as well (e.g. from the history sidebar), so yuo do not need to bookmark a website.

How Do I Pin A Tile To My New Tab Page, Instructions On Here Do Not Work.

These new FF updates are going to drive me to drink. It's a simple question, one would think, yet I cannot find the answer. FF29 has "tiles", I suppose they are called, when you click on "new tab page". At one point, I had them all on there...how, I don't remember.
Now, my "tiles" are disappearing. I have changed NOTHING. How do I re-add the websites I want to those tiles?

Those instructions do not work. I do not have any little pin in those squares. When I go to a website that I usually go to, the only option I get is "Pin Tab" but that only adds a tab at the top of the browser window, it does NOT add it to the tiles, like I want.
I've tried the "Show All Bookmarks" route, and tried to drag the bookmark to a tile, it does NOT work.
There are 9 tiles. If I want to change them around, or re-add the 4 that have mysteriously disappeared today, HOW do I do that? Again, those blank tiles do NOT show a "pin" anywhere. They were set up, then they started to disappear. Again, I've changed NOTHING. It should not be this difficult to add a website to my tiles on my new tab page.

I know how to open my about:config, this isn't my first time on the internet.

I know how to use about:config & have had the usual problems with newtab page tiles but this is more like a bug- using 33.0.1. Doesn't show tiles icon in top right corner just shows a gear that is used to hide the empty tiles that I can't fill with sites. First it would only show 2 rows of 4 columns even though I had it set to 5 & 6 then few days later for no reason they went empty with a serrated line around the tiles & can't drag from the bookmarks---- really bloody annoying!!!!!!! Possibly a setting in the about:config but i can't fig it out?

Addition of a field in tab page t-codes FPP1-FPP3

Hello Gurus.
During creation of a street (t-code SR20) there is opportunity, together with street name, maintenance of street type (field "Street type").
But during creation of the Business partner in role "Contract Partner" (t-code FPP1) field "Street type" on tab page "Address" not exist.
Inform, please, how to add this field by standard means (without collaboration with developers)?

this is a quite hard task! Only experienced developers should give that a try as it contains several steps. In order to include own fields at BP level (or contract account level) the BDT techniques should be used. BDT stands for Business Data Toolset - for details please see http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_03/helpdata/EN/35/696d360856e808e10000009b38f839/frameset.htm
(in case nothing shows up, go to help.sap.com and search for BDT and use the entry with the developers guide.) In case you want to have additional fields only for the role MKK - this is also described there.

Excise Invoice Tab Page/ Document Info Tab Page is not appearing in MIGO

For a particular job work PO , with account assignment category F & item category L, non valuaated material, when we are doing migo, excise invoice tab page/ Document Info tab page is not appearing in document header. From The said tab page we can select the challan.
In J1ID, I have maintained Vendor PAN number and also material chpter id combination.

With the latest Firefox update, the number of tiles is now determined on screen size - if you zoom out or expand the window you can have more tiles appear.
If you want to set a fixed number of tiles, you can do so with the following extension:

Within a SAP Portal Tabs are not used like you want them to
By default Tabs are used inside an iView and not to "tab" between iViews on a page...
The most straightforward solution would be creating a custom PageLayout that you can assign to your page.
I would sugest to implement this custom PageLayout with DIV layers and trigger "tabbing" via JavaScript eventing.

Is there a way to create multiple New Tabs pages and name them?

This feature is great but I would like to be able to create multiple new tabs pages and label them. This would be more useful than tabs groups that all load at once.

No that is (currently) not possible.
It will be possible in future Firefox version to specify the number of rows and columns.

You can achieve this. Please refer to the dev guide for the Tab functionality. You have to create the Menu for this. Refer the topic "Tabs / Navigation" in dev guide.
