Need change something? Seperate configuaration file required ?

Hi Dinesh,
Based on my research, the issue is caused by you are running a SSIS package with a connection manager that has a space-character in the connection name.
To work around this issue, please refer to the following two suggestions:
Rename the connection manager in THE package to not include certain special characters (spaces, dashes). Note that the connection manager name can be changed without having to edit any property of the connection string itself.
Escape quote the connection name, such that
/CONNECTION "server.conn 1";"..."
becomes
/CONNECTION "\"server.conn 1\"";"..."
The following similar issue is for your reference:
https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/510869/dtexec-commandline-fails-when-connection-is-passed-to-commandline-and-connection-name-contains-a-space

  • Connection string not in the command line argument.

    Hi,
    I found myself constantly looking for the debug connection string and to enter it in the "Command line arguments".  I decided to create my Add-On base class from which all my add-ons inherit from.
    In the constructor of the base Add-On class I determine the connection string based on whether the code is in debug more or not.
    Example:
    string connectionString  = string.Empty;
    #if DEBUG
        _connectionString = "0030002C0030002C00530041005000420044005F00440061007400650076002C0050004C006F006D0056004900490056";
    #else
        // Get the log info
        if (Environment.GetCommandLineArgs().Length > 1 )
            _connectionString = Environment.GetCommandLineArgs().GetValue(1).ToString();
    #endif
    I hope this help.

  • Fresh install (2012/11/01): Not reaching the command line after boot

    Hi
    I just installed the latest 2012/11/01 base + base-devel Arch, but after booting in. the process stopped at the point were the last messages from the kernel were printed in the console. The boot process never reached the shell command line for logging in. I re-installed, thinking I did something wrong but again I had the same problem. Eventually. I accidentally found that by keying Enter, I could get the shell login request and I could login OK, having a seemingly functional base system. However, the console font I specified in vconsole.conf did not take effect and the halt command would hang, although reboot worked OK.
    I have of course little experience with systemd, but I get the feeling the all this is due to systemd not running properly. I read whatever documentation I found relevant but since there is so much of it, I believe I must have missed the relevant info.
    Please help me to get my new install run properly and please clarify whether  have to explicitely enable systemd after completing the official installation instructions.
    My thanks in advance.

    Please always post your configuration files if you reference them.
    neok wrote:the halt command would hang
    The halt command does not turn off your computer. The "poweroff" command does.
    Writing "systemctl poweroff" is not necessary, as /sbin/poweroff is a link to systemctl poweroff.
    Last but not least search for suspicous lines in the log files. You can read them with this command.

  • SQL 2012 SSIS package runs from the command line (dtexec.exe) and completes right away ...

    Hi
    I’m upgrading our SSIS packages from SQL 2005 to SQL 2012 .

  • Execute Package Utility Requires Integration Services

    Hi,
    I am trying to run an SSIS package from a client SQL Server Management Studio 2008 and am getting the message "The Execute Package Utility requires Integration Services to be installed by one of these editions of SQL Server 2008..."
    I installed SP1 and CU6 on the PC and am still getting the message.  Any ideas?  Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello,
    I was getting same error message and This post helped me.
    I got more info from below:
    http://www.rad.pasfu.com/index.php?/archives/41-Minimum-Requirement-To-Execute-SSIS-Package.html
    Minimum Requirement To Execute SSIS Package
    A very common question is that :
    what is minimal requirements for run a package?
    Minimal Requirements to run SSIS package is :
    DTEXEC which can be installed
    with Integration Service at the SQL Server setup media. Note that you should Install Integration Services, because if you install DTEXEC without Integration Service then you will got this message when you try to execute a package from DTEXEC command line:
    The SQL Server Execute Package Utility requires Integration Services to be installed by one of these editions of SQL Server 2008: Standard, Enterprise, Developer, or Evaluation. To Install Integration Services,
    run SQL Server Setup and select Integration Services.
     This is same operation on a machine who has Integration Service Installed:
    Another option to execute SSIS package is with BIDS, you can select it during SQL Server setup steps.
    So as a result you need to have one of these options to run a package on a machine: SSIS or BIDS.

  • Proper installation on Windows 2003 - SQL Server - SSIS Package

    We are attempting to access an Oracle 10g database from a SQL Server 2005 installation through SSIS (Windows 2003 x64). Our admin has installed the Oracle 11g client tools, we are developing in VS2008 (on XP x86). We seem to be connecting to the server through VS, but when running the package on the server we get errors as follows:

    We suspect the issue is in the initial installation steps. (BTW - we used a TNSNAMES.ORA that worked on our local machines.)
    Can anyone help?

    The errors you are showing are Microsoft errors not Oracle errors. You should take this up with Microsoft support.

  • [823] [HY000] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The operating system returned error 1450(Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.) to SQL Server.

    Hi,
    I am facing an issue while loading fresh data into SQL server database.
    we are able to load data into staging area, but while processing stored procedures system face bellow error message :
    [823] [HY000] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The operating system returned error 1450(Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.) to SQL Server during a write at offset 0x00000243bd0000 in file 'E:\SQLDB\DBName.mdf'.
    Additional messages in the SQL Server error log and system event log may provide more detail. This is a severe system-level error condition that threatens database integrity and must be corrected immediately. Complete a full database consistency check (DBCC
    CHECKDB). This error can be caused by many factors; for more information, see SQL Server Books Online.
    we use windows 2008 R2 with SQL server managment studio 2008.
    Appreciate your suggestion.
    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Manorath
    Manorath

    Hi Manorath,
    Based on my research, this issue can be occurred in the following scenarios:
    You are running a DBCC command on a large database. For example, you are running the DBCC CHECKDB statement on the database. At the same time, you run many DML statements on the database.
    You create a database snapshot for a large database. At the same time, you are running many DML statements on the database.
    In these scenarios, the SQL Server service stops responding. The DBCC CHECK statement is never completed, and you receive the error message repeatedly.
    This issue occurs because the sparse file for a database snapshot file has exceeded the file size limitation in NTFS file system. When the operating system error 1450 occurs, SQL Server enters an infinite retry loop.
    To fix this issue, please download and install Cumulative update package 1 for SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 1. Besides, because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous
    SQL Server 2008 fix release. We recommend that you consider applying the most recent fix release that contains this hotfix.

  • Edit command line parameters without restarting LabVIEW

    Is there a way to edit the command line parameters passed to a VI WITHOUT having to restart LabVIEW?  Perhaps I'm accustomed to how it works in just about every other development environment, but having to do so is quite frustrating.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    ronbrown wrote:
    I'm just surprised that LabVIEW doesn't have just a simple "command line parameters" option somewhere in the VI options for debugging purposes, just like Visual Studio and other deveopment environments.
    If memory serves, Visual Studio runs the compiled program as a separate process. That should make it easier to give it separate switches. In LabVIEW, if you let the user change the parameters, you would have to do some conflict resolution, since this is a global setting (e.g. did the changes you make affect everything or a single VI/hierarchy/app instance, are the original switches lost or can you get them back somehow and when).
    If you want a workaround, I suggest you create a simple subVI with a 1D array output and a 1D array control on its FP or BD. If the control has something in it, use it. Otherwise, use the CLA[] property. Alternatively, you can check if you're running in the IDE or use a boolean, etc. Personally, the only time I think I needed to use switches, I believe the code was simple and I simply tested it by building the EXE. It probably took longer to figure out that I needed to explicitly turn on CLA support for the EXE than the actual testing.
