Didn't know if that meant that MAX woudl not be installed so I deleted from the target system and it showed up again after deployed the new build and it talks to the 488 instruments. So I am not sure what to make of this error. Maybe MAX will work but some esoteric feature will not work?
Inquiring minds want to know....
Thanks,
jvh

I cleared the product cache and tried again and now get more errors.

This is probably happening because there could be something wrong with the sdl files in schema.Delete the file assets and let it load again when CA server starts.
Delete the entries from epub_file_asset and epub_file_folder tables and restart server.

  • Field /SAPAPO/MARM-GEWEI unit missing for product 000000008660000814 PAL

    Hi Experts,
I found CIF error in SMQ2. The error states "Field /SAPAPO/MARM-GEWEI unit missing for product 000000008660000814 PAL '.
I checked the data in MM03 , where alternate unit of measure is PAL. One PAL Is 96000 EA.and i found  GRoss Weight and NET Weight is showing Zero.
    I checked the same in /sapapo/mat1 , it is showing 1PAL = 5760 ea.and i found  GRoss Weight(2, 078.440 and NET Weight(1,800.32) .
How to rectify thsi error. Please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Manasa.

    Hi Rishi,
Thanks. Please check teh OSS Notes Note 1519355 - Field /SAPAPO/MARM-GEWEI unit missing for product and advice me.I am pasting the same notes below.
    Summary
    Symptom
Field /SAPAPO/MARM-GEWEI unit missing for product
    Other terms
    /SAPAPO/MAT067, UOM
    Reason and Prerequisites
The reason of the error is, that the 'Unit of Weight' is missing for the alternative unit of measure(UOM) in the material Master Data.
    Solution
    From R/3 perspective,
    If no gross or net weight is maintained in a unit of measure, it is not nessesary to maintain a unit of weight. However CIF in APO checks the field GEWEI for all entries of table MARM. If the field GEWEI is blank in any of the MARM entries then you will get the error message . The following are ways to correct this error;
    1) Delete the alternative UoM in APO for the product in /sapapo/mat1. Afterwards process the faulty queue and all alternative UOMs will be correctly available in APO and thus, the masterdata is consistent.
    2) Maintain the 'Unit of Weight' that is missing for the alternative units in the material masterdata in R/3. Afterwards retransfer the masterdata to APO.
3)use the userexit EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001 (where you can change
MARM and MARMX values) and maintain the missing 'Unit of Weight'so that MARM-GEWEI is filled before transfering the masterdata to APO.

What can be possibly wrong with the file ? BTW, deployed fine on Tomcat.

    Hi,
Please check if the JRE being used is for Java 1.3 or 1.4.
How are you deploying the application? Using weblogic.Deployer or through the admin console? If the former then ensure that your classpath and path refer to the JDK 1.4 files/folder.
This is what comes to mymind at the moment, do try and see if this works.
    Regards,
    Rommel.

  • Discussion Forum Missing New Product Link

I've installed the Discussion Forum Portlet from the Integration Tools version 9.0.4.0. No errors deploying the .ear file or other problems at install time. After registering a new user so that I can use the discussion portlet, I only have a link for MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. The link for NEW PRODUCT is missing. I added 2 users and see the same results. Anyone have an idea what could have happened here? Thanks.

    Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. However while trying to edit the defaults I cannot add users apart from just typing them into the user field and clicking add. I also cannot delete any users that have been added by this method. Another odd one is that the LOV popup for the users do not contain any usernames. The OID settings fields are blank so my hunch is that might be the reason why the user LOV is blank. I tried to setup the Forum OID setting with the Portal OID settings but it doesn't save the info when I click on 'Apply' or 'Ok'! Anyone out there getting this sort of wierd behaviour? Cheers

  • Personalize link missing in product search.

    Hi All,
personalize link is missing in the product search in portal. Could you Please guide me how to add personalize link in the Product search as Im new to portal.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Swetha

    Hi,
What do you mean "product search"?
If it means F4 help mode of PC-UI, you can't use personalization function in the screen.
Take a look at sorce code.
    Line:77
    Method:RENDER_PAGE
    Class:CL_CRM_BSP_FRAME_SRES
to display link is controlled intentionally.
    Regards,
    Yohei

  • Missing Deployment context in Ear deployment

I am using JDev 10.1.3.3 and I am missing the context root when trying to deloy to ear file. Can anyone help me?

    Hello Alex,
I reinstalled NI 12.0.1 onto my cRIO, however, i still cannot deploy the axis and gain access to the tuning panel.
I'm getting the same error message as previously (see attached pictures).
I have LabView 2012 32-bit on my PC and 12.0.1 on my cRIO.
Any idea of what the next step might be?

  • Missing deployment summary list

    Hi,
I've done deployment on my environment and it was successful.
When I browse to the managed server deployment tab, it is listed. But when I go to Deployment Summary, the application I deployed is not listed there. Hence, I'm unable to delete the deployment since it is not listed in the summary table.
Any idea why it has gone missing? The deployment is there, application is running, it is just not being listed in the summary table.

    Thanks for your quick response.
I've tried that, but the list is still empty.
Yes, I have more than 10 deployed application, but the list still shows empty.
On the Deployment -> Monitoring tab, I got a message saying
"The object that you were viewing has been deleted, either by you or another user"
Even if I go through the Managed Server -> Deployment tab and select the deployed application, I can get to the configuration page for that app. But once I clicked on the monitoring, it gave the same message above.
It seems like the app is already been deleted, but it is still there where all servers are running without issue even after restarts.

  • Missing deployment plug-in cRIO 9082 and NI 9514

    Dear all,
I'm trying to use deploy a C-module 9514, which is installed in a cRIO 9082.
I would like to get access to the interactive test panel, but whenever i try to do this it won't let me deploy the unit.
I get an error message as follows: "LabVIEW: (Hex 0x80DF001E) The deployment plug-in for this item cannot be found. Verify the proper software is installed. Deployment completed with errors", which leaves me unable to access the test panel.
I have LabView 2012 and NI RIO 3.3.0 installed. I also tried updating the firmware on the 9514 itself using LV without any changes.
To see the software installed on the cRIO, see the attached image.
Any idea of what i'm doing wrong?
    Best Regards,
