Mobile Scenario Package

Hi all,
i've read in a new SAP document ("HowTo_Add-Ons_iPhone_.pdf") that exist an package for mobile scenarios: "SAP Business One Integration Component - Mobile Scenario Package" that is a standard web service for retrieve data from SAP business one.
Where i can found this package?
I need to develope an integration from iPhone to B1.

Marco,
The mobile scenarios available come with B1ic. You can view the documentation on the mobile scenarios as part of the download package for B1ic when you unzip the B1INTCOMP1000_00.zip file and then in the \Documentation folder under "Setting_Up_the_Mobile_Scenario_in_the_Integration_Component_EN.pdf".
The documentation for the iPhone integration using B1ic can be found at this link ...

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!

I'm using PC with Windows 8.1. I got onto the Creative Cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)". <--- That would be the file. I can't open or run it from CC and I couldn't find a file in my computer either.
I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens.

The adobe crative cloud app says that I have an upgrade for Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging. It has been failing for as long as I can remember. How do you download and install the update?

Mobile Workbench - Packaging Assistent

Hello guys,
I have some problems with the Mobile Workbenchs Packaging Assistant (Oracle 10g) under Windows XP. Everytime when I try to create a "jar" package and try to bundle the sql scripts, I get only an archive with my war file, the web.xml and the PACKWIZ_MADA_RES_TEMP folder. There are no sql scripts bundled in the archive. It seems to be that I did something wrong, but there are also no error messages. The distribution of the jar when published on the Mobile Server works flawless, installation on a client is no problem, but of course synchronizing the olite leaves me with a ORA00942 as there are no table structures created. Creating them manually works fine and after that also syncing is no problem.
Does anybody now what am I doing wrong - Thanks in advance,

After several trys and lots of problems with the MDW (Mobile Database Workbench), I have decided to use the API for the publication. Actually Rekounas and his blog pointed me in this direction ;), so thanks a lot for this helpful resource.

Now only one question is popping up, is there any "GOOD" documentation out there for the API. I looked into several places (mainly the oracle site) and did found lots of tutorial-like informations, but a simple javadoc was missing...
For example it would be really nice to know which string values (should not that be an enum or if defined as string static constants of the including classes?) define the refresh mode in the method createPublicationItem. Rekounas blog post includes this useful sife info:

So I already know two of the parameters, but the MDW also defines a third one, which is custom. As the MDW GUI behaves a little weird when saving this, it just resets back to "F" after loading the mpj, I would just guess that the API does not cover this value?
Second up how do I set a publication item to read only, this should be done in addPublicationItem, but actually I could not even find any docs about that.

Import scenario package not working

Hi exports,
On a test environment i created a scenario which i now would like to transfer to another server.
I exported the correct scenario, but on the other server, the import is not working.
I can submit my package, it shows that there is no current version of this package, but hitting the "IMPORT" button doesnt do anything.
Im using (on both servers) SAP B1 9.0 pl 08 with the same integration framework.
Any idea's on how to solve this?

Yep, thx for the hint.
Looks like i put it on th test server in compatibility mode, but not on the real server.
Changing this with F12 to IE 8 did the trick!

Flash Builder 4.6 Mobile Application Packaging and Exporting

Hello Everyone,
I'm novice to Flash builder,using Flash Builder 4.6 to develop android application.
It runs in desktop no error occur. But when I export it or try to run it on my
SAMSUNG GALAXY Y S5360 phone it doesn't run. It's Android version is 2.3.6
I plugged the USB with pc and tried to run on app on my phone.
First builder ask that Do you want to install ADOBE AIR to device I select the "YES" option then after it go for 57% and show me an error
Error occurred while installing the applicaiton: pkg:/data/local/tmp/Runtime.apk Failure[INSTALL_FAILED_CPU_ABI_INCOMPATIBLE] 3261 KB/s (8653085 bytes in 2.333s)
And when I Export and Release Build for .apk file.I select the Captive Runtime.
Then it shows a message
The package(s) were successfully created but the application could not be installed on one or more devices: Device ID 0123456789ABCDEF(Google Android): Problem Occurred while installing ADOBE AIR.
Please guide me...

After searching on internet and have hands on this problem, finally found the solution.
SAMSUNG Galaxy Y S5360 has CPU 830 MHz ARMv6 and minimum requirement of minimum system requirements for AIR 3.3 Beta on Android :
CPU: ARMv7 processor with Vector FPU, Minimum 550MHz, OpenGL ES2.0, H.264 & AAC H/W Decoders OS: Android 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 & 4.0 RAM: 256MB RAM
Later I used a Motorola mobile handset with higher version my .apk file worked well.

Mobile App Packaged as Desktop (with air runtime)???

Okay, so I have this application that is basically the ubiqutous page turning component you can find online, but modified for mobile. It's for kid's storybooks. It's a mobile flex application in FlashBuilder 4.6. When I export release build for my mobile project, I see an option for desktop .air packaging rather than mobile. Works and looks great....but you can't sell a .air file on Mac App Store. I want to bundle the air runtime to create a .app, which hopefully I can get on the app store. However, this option is not available in a mobile project. I've tried figuring it out via commandline...
java -jar adt.jar -package -keystore ./jamesabrannan_cert_development.p12 -storetype pkcs12 -target bundle ShortBook.app ShortBook-app.xml ShortBook.swf
but that results in.... no such file /Users/jamesabrannan/Documents/test/ShortBook.app
So then I saw that perhaps some of the google results might be wrong/outdated and I was actually simply supposed to indicate the folder the app was to be created in, okay, so....
java -jar adt.jar -package -keystore ./jamesabrannan_cert_development.p12 -storetype pkcs12 -target bundle . ShortBook-app.xml ShortBook.swf
But that results in....
Files "/Users/jamesabrannan/Documents/test/ShortBook-app.xml" and "/Users/jamesabrannan/Documents/test/ShortBook-app.xml" have conflicting package paths: /Users/jamesabrannan/Documents/test/ShortBook-app.xml
What I want to do is take my mobile application and package it with the OS X runtime for adobe air. It must be possible, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out. Looks like I have AIR 2.6, or whatever is standard in FlashBuilder 4.6
I'm trying to avoid creating a desktop app, adding the mobile framework, and then transfering my code to it.
Any help would be appreciated. This would be a great boon, as some tablet apps would be totally applicable - with a few slight modifications - on a desktop.

Where did you get the installer from ? Opera Mobile doesn't seem to be compatible with your Device. Not on the Opera site..

SCCM / Mobile Distribution Server

Hello there,
I am planning to create a mobile SCCM server. My idea is, that I can ship this client to new company sites and help rollout the new clients and save bandwith. My question now is if someone already went through such a process or can give me an idea about what I have to think about, what is necessary and what problems I might get.
For instance I have no idea how I setup the Boundaries (I am now using the AD sites and services) but in a "mobile" scenario I see problems there.
I would appreciate ideas and help in this one.

I was thinking of 3 possible scenarios. All taking into account that no domain trust can be made untill all the computers are secure. Thanks already for the Intune tipe, I was unaware of this tool.
If there would be a wan connection between the 2 domains, a laptop with a preconfigured and loaded with all packages, secondary server that can be used then to distribute the client and updates,... which would also allow information to flow back to our head
office.
If there is no wan connection, a laptop with a preconfigured and loaded with all packages,primary server so the settings can be configured then on the site.
Or settings up a new Sccm inside that domain, creating the packages for updates, AV and distribute them then. When everything is secure, and a domain join can be done, to connect that Sccm server to the current structure.
Am I looking at this in the correct way for a possible solution, or are there any obvious or non obvious technical burdens that would prevent this?

B1iF File to Sales Order Scenario

Good day all,
Does anyone have scenario steps or templates to create the following scenario in B1iF:
- Incoming .txt file must be transformed using Regular Expressions
- Resulting file must be processed into a Sales Order in SAP Business One.
I have tried a simple scenario that picks up a .xml file and create a Business Partner in SAP Business One just to gain some understanding about how the scenario packages work, but, I'm afraid, without much success.
When I drop the file in the IN folder, it gets picked up, but is then filtered out with the following result message:
no scenario step (vBIU) associated for this step for the incoming system (SysId)
Any guidence to in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Mobile iPhone Application for SAP B1 Documentation

SAP releases the following statement on their landing page for their customers about using iPhone App in version 8.8. Direct copy and paste:
I am already using SAP Business One. Are there any requirements to be able to use this app?
You need to be running SAP Business One version 8.8 with a professional user license. Before you start using the app, make sure your SAP partner configures the mobility settings in SAP Business One.
Where is the documentation that is the checklist for installing and getting the mobile app up and running? You know, the usual documentation from step A to Z - go to Add-ons and do this, go to User and do this, etc. All I can find are videos/documents that are marketing oriented. I have the user guide "Setting Up Mobile Scenario in 8.8", but it is woefully lacking in several steps (ie, it says some fields are mandatory, but SAP does not even mention what "code" column is supposed to mean).
Anyone else have any luck digging out the pertinent information from SAP sites which SAP should have prominently highlighted to its partners before rolling this out? Where can I find it?
This all seems to be a rather disconnected roll-out.

Until it is changed, select "Updates" (not the other areas stated in some documentation, videos, and threads) and select "SAP Business 8.8", then "B1 8.8 Integration Component", and then it can be downloaded.
I will add more info as the process goes along, if there is anything more...

Wait for a file and start execute a scenario process

What is the best way to achive: Wait for a file and then once the file in droped...execute a scenario process.
Sample scenario:
- Admin user ftp the file to a target directory on Unix (export/home/odi/input/files)
- A scheduled scenario package will be running/scheduled daily
- In the above scenario, The first step is to have one OdiFileWait (with options: Dir:/export/home/odi/input/files, File: xxxxx.txt,wait time and loop over..etc)
/* But for some reason OdiFileWait is not waiting/checking for the file presence define in the option. It seems to run immediately without checking the presence of the file and passing it to run the second step) */
- The second step is the "OdiStartScen" (This will run an interface generated scenario) and since the file doesn't exist as a source to load that this interface uses...its fails.
What's the common practice to accomplish this? Appreciate your feedbacks…

Update:
I increased the timeout and Pollint setting in OdiFileWait option and its working fine now.
When the file exists (or) ftp within the timeout the process goes to next step (OK). But, say the file doesn't exists and the timeout finished...how do i set a KO to OdiFileWait and stop/complete by existing at that step itself with out failure.

Google Analytics worked when .mac, but not now its mobile me... help!

Hi all,
My iWeb 08 publishes to my web space within my mobile me package. After the change to me from .mac, I stopped using my @mac e-mail address and have started using @me instead. Further following a few issues when updating web galleries I decided to delete my published web site from Apples servers and re-publish it to mobile me. This has all worked fine apart from my google analytics. I deleted the html code, set up a new web address within my google account and copied and pasted the code into a fresh html snippet within iWeb. Once published the whole site works apart from info being sent to google for my analytics. Is there something different I need to do to get it working again? We move house at the weekend and I'm not sure when we shall have broadband set back up - therefore I'd like to be able to get stats on my sites visitors when web access is back available.
All help very much appreciated.
