Modify log format for http_access_log in SAP Netweaver 7.1 CE

I am trying to modify formatting of http_access_log so as to log time take by any given http request.
I have done this before in apache http server, but not finding any way to do the same in SAP Netweaver 7.1 CE.
Will really appreciate if some can throw some light on the same.

I am not sure if this helps, but SAP_J2E_LocalAdmin exists in my system as a group not user.

Output Format for Amount in SAP Script PO

Hi,
In my Standard SAP Script PO Form 'MEDRUCK', all amount values are getting printed in the form 1.234.567,89 but I want them to be in the Form 1,234,567.89 .
For doing this I have gone in T-Code SU3 and set the default decimal notation as
X 1,234,567.89 .
I have also tried by giving the command
/: SET COUNTRY 'IN'
But still the amounts in the ouput format is coming in the same way 1.234.567,89 .
If anyone has faced similar situation, plz tell how to change the output format of amount in SAP Script.

Access Log format for Sun One Web Server 6.0 SP6

Is it possible to add the Process Id to the access log? If so, what is the proper format for the access log entry in magnus.conf. We would like to be able to see which process each request used, just like in the error log.

Question about BusinessObjects BI 4.0 & SAP Netweaver 7.0.
In my company we use NetWeaver for a year. We have some reports on portal, so we have some analysis via www. It seemed to me that this is enough for us.
Now on the market is available new version of BusinessObjects - version 4.0.
My question is :
Why should I use BO BI 4.0 for my SAP BW?
What will I gain by implementing BO BI 4.0 in conjunction with SAP BW?
Can I use existing reports on the new platform?
Can you give some links to documents, presentations and notes to answer these questions?

License key for Trial of SAP Netweaver app server ABAP 7.4 on SAP MaxDB

I am neither an existing SAP customer or a Partner. I am trying to setup a trial of SAP Netweaver app server ABAP 7.4 for using it as a data source on SAP Mobile Platform for OData services connection to ABAP system. On the Account creation screen, the system prompts me for the license key and secret key after Cloud service provide name (AWS). I dont have this keys. Can someone help to get me some clues as to what are the possibilities.

Can not log on after successfull installation - SAP Netweaver Trial JAVA

Hello,
I have successfully downloaded and installed the NW Java trial. (NW_JAVA_700SP14_SR3.rar)
I can see in SAP MMC that all the services was started. At http://vjm:50000 I can see the default page.
Unfortunately I can not log on to any page that need SAP authentication (eg. User management, NW administrator),
but can log to pages which needs just basic browser authentication (eg: Web Service Navigator, UDDI client, System Information).
The portal also does not let me log on (http://vjm:50000/irj ).
When I get the standard SAP NW log on screen, after entering Administrator with the correct master password, simply the log on screen appears again (the password field is cleared). I also tried some incorrect user name / password just to check the difference. In that case I got the correct error message.
I installed the software with WMware, Windows 2003 server, allocated enough disk space and 1.6Gbyte RAM. The installation finished without errors. Prior, I installed the MS loopback too (tried without it too). In SAP MMC everything is green, only have an open alert in J2E 00 -> Services -> Security -> Aggregated Data -> Invalid session count "262 > 200 last reported value above treshold".
I am using the standard internet explorer coming with Win2003 server.
Tried the users: Administrator, SDM, Guest, ADSUSER. I know that the password is correct, because I don't get any error if I use it, just getting the log on screen back ...
Could anyone pls help me how can I log on to the system? Or is there any security trace file or log which could help me solve this problem?
I am desperately trying to install this trial, I completely reinstalled the software 5 times but still can not use it

is your problem persisting?
CAVE: If you use a wrong user/pw combination > 3 times the account of the user may be locked!
try j2ee_admin instead of administrator or try adm together with your Masterpassword
Do you have to specify the users pw inside the installation procedure? In "normal" installations this has to be done.
If not the pw´s in the documentation of the previous answer`may fix your problem.
The sap mmc is irrelevant for user authentication.
Green means your system is running, nothing else.

I am editing the XSL-FO for the Standard Purchase Order.
I need to modify the promised date column to 'DD-MON-YYYY' , tried to use substring in below line but it didn't work

We're planning to build fiori system before starting I think we need to install the SAP NETWEAVER 7.4 ABAP ?
Also gateway 2.0 is also a prerequisite what I want to know is which s/w component do i need to select for installation of SAP netweaver ABAP 7.4 .
Is Component 51045590 SAP NWAsABAP suite under NW7.4 in SMP is enough or shal i need to install any other components as well gateway comes by default in nw7.4

downlaoded all files from service market place, and extracted to a folder.
started 'sapinst.exe'
sap installation master started and selected - sap netweaver 7.0 including Enhancement package 1 -> sap application server ABAP -> MS SQL server -> central system
defined parameters (SID / DBSID)
but in media browser -> software package request, while trying to select the export files from folder, where it says -will detect the required software packages on the media and check the package identification Corresponding LABEL.ASC files . If you want to copy the packages to your local disk, enter the target location in the Copy Package to column. " No matter "SAPinst on and check files. If you want in Package column."
