Move files accross directories

Hi, I'm in Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - 64bit Production HPUX
I have two Virtual Directories DIR1 (/data/dir1/) and DIR2(/data/dir2/) .
DIR1 is filled with Source Code backup from all stored procedures, functions, etc.
I generated the file name using DBA_SOURCE.OWNER||DBA_SOURCE.NAME||DBA_SOURCE.TYPE
Is there any command that we can remove all files which are currently in DIR1 to DIR2 without having to retrieve the name again one by one from DBA_SOURCE.
the goal is DIR1 will store today backup. DIR2 will store yesterday backup.
this task will be run by schedule job every afternoon. both directories will be overwritten everyday.
Please let me know if you have any solution about this.
