Multiple IFs in a function...

I'm having difficulties with the IF function in Nunbers. Here's what I want to do:
In cell C3, I would like to enter a percentage and have cell B6 change.
For example, if C3 is <=5%, I want B6 to display 30%. If C3 is >5%<=10%, I would like B6 to display 40%. If C3 is >10%<=15%, I want B6 to display 50%. And if C3 is >=15%, I want B6 to display 60%. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

OK. now add the following to your formula:
X <5 -> 30
5 >= X < 8 -> 35
8 >= X < 10 -> 40
10 >= X < 12.5 -> 45
12.5 >= X < 15 -> 50
15 >= X < 1000 -> 60

I have made implementation to the definition MB_DOCUMENT_BADI( material Document creation).
While executing this BADI I am getting short dum with this error Multiple call of update function module.
Here is the short dump--
In the FORM routine Buchen_Ausfuehren (program SAPMM07M), an error
message was issued by a Business Add-In (BAdI) or function module.
This is not permitted, because it could lead to data
inconsistencies. For this reason, the update of the material
document was also terminated with a termination message (dump).
Note that this message (M7 372) is not the responsible error
message.
Please any body suggest the way forward.

I have created one implementation to the BADI MB_DOCUMENT_BADI. This badi will hit while creation of material document.I have write the code in method MB_DOCUMENT_BEFORE_UPDATE such that it will act only for certain movement types specially for t-codeMb1a and MB31.
What problem I am facing i have used a error message "MB_DOCUMENT_BEFORE_UPDATE" in this method.If we got the erroe message then we dont need to post the material dcoument,but here problem is that if the material document could not posted then it corrupt the material and when we performing 261/101 we got error message like " Inconsistency between MM and ML for material and plant"
I have used following things like-
1-while updating the customized table using " Commit Work".
2-Call function vb_change_batch for updating the batch and not in update task.
3. Dequeue the table after updating the table.
Will thos things can create any inconsistency to the MM and ML.
Please suggest me uor thoughts.

Multiple ifs services each with its own agents

I would like to be able to do the following:
Ability to run multiple ifs applications on the same box (beefy one) each with its own set of agents. Ifs 1.0 config tool (ifsconfig) always creates IfsDefault.props file. Can I rename that file to something else and use the new name as the service name in the application?
What about the agents defs? Do I need different server managers? How do I tell which service relates to which server manager?
I would like to know how to do this on both ifs 1.0 and ifs 1.1.

One script to make multiple cells call one function or vice versa

Please help.
I need one script to make multiple cells reference one function or one cell reference multiple functions.
Goal: On the enter event of cell c1, I want to make cells (this, Header.c1, Example.c1, rLabel) highlighted, and this would be for every other cell that is entered into, their corresponding column header and row header will be highlighted.
I've tried combining cells: eg
colourControls.hdfieldLoseFocus(this, HeaderRow.c1, Example.c1, rLabel);
and I've also tried combining some scripts in the function:
fieldObj.ui.oneOfChild.border.fill.color.value = "255,255,200";
HeaderRow.fieldObj.ui.oneOfChild.border.fill.color.value = "255,255,200";
ExampleRow.fieldObj.ui.oneOfChild.border.fill.color.value = "255,255,200";

Also, I want to get rid of the multiple lines of script in every other cell.

I played around with the ExtendScript Toolkit and cutted and pasted the previous script from here until I managed to get a script that actually works like I was thinking. I then added a code from the CS4 Reference Manual to move Layer1 to the top (just to see if it worked).
I have no idea yet if the the code includes something that does not belong, but at least I get no errors. The current code is like this now:

Return multiple values from a function to a SELECT statement

I hope I've provided enough information here. If not, just let me know what I'm missing.
I am creating a view that will combine information from a few tables. Most of it is fairly straightforward, but there are a couple of columns in the view that I need to get by running a function within a package. Even this is fairly straightforward (I have a function named action_date in a package called rp, for instance, which I can use to return the date I need via SELECT rp.action_date(sequence_number).
Here's the issue: I actually need to return several bits of information from the same record (not just action_date, but also action_office, action_value, etc.) - a join of the tables won't work here as I'll explain below. I can, of course, run a separate function for each statement but that is obviously inefficient. Within the confines of the view select statement however, I'm not sure how to return each of the values I need.
For instance, right now, I have:
Table1:
sequence_number NUMBER(10),
name VARCHAR(30),
Table2:
Table1_seq NUMBER(10),
action_seq NUMBER(10),
action_date DATE,
action_office VARCHAR(3),
action_value VARCHAR(60),
I can't simply join Table1 and Table2 because I have to do some processing in order to determine which of the matching returned rows I actually need to select. So the package opens a cursor and processes each row until it finds the one that I need.
The following works but is inefficient since all of the calls to the package will return columns from the same record. I just don't know how to return all the values I need into the SELECT statement.

What you want is a Top-N Query , which you can do using the analytic ROW_NUMBER function in a sub-query, like this:

I suspect you'll really want to get one row for each group , where a group is defined by some value in a table to which you're joining.
In that case, add a PARTITION BY clause to the ROW_NUMBER function.
If you'd post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements), I could show you exactly how.
Since I don't have your tables, I'll show you using tables in the scott schema.

By the way, one of the conditions in the query you posted was
action_office     LIKE 'E'which is equivalent to
action_office     = 'E'(LIKE is always equivalent to = if the string after LIKE doesn't contain any wildcards.)
Did you mean to say that, or did you mean something like this:
action_office     LIKE 'E%'instead?

At the time of extraction put conditions that based on data call you inbound function modules. and process it.

Multiple bill to partner function in sales order

How can a partner function be setup that it can appear more than once in a sales order ?
Need to make a sales orders with more than one "bill to partner". When I add the same partner function with another customer in the header of the sales order I get error message VPD012 : "partner function ZX can only occur 1 times in procedure ZEXP (sales document header) .
I searched OSS, and debugged for a while to try to find where that "1" is coming from.
In function SD_PCHECK_PARVW_COUNT_OK, a counter is set to "1" based on the field TPAER-PAREI (line 86). Allthough the flag "unique" is not set in partner function ZX, I get this error.
Some further in the function, there is the comment :
102 * currently uniqueness of a partner is mandatory in sales docs, so
103 * if no CAS-Doc, partner has to be unique if not AA or AW
Perhaps, in sales orders it is not at all possible to use multiple partners with the same partner function in sales orders ?

Even after you created your order you can maintain different bill to party.
Go to VA02 screen
Enter your order number.Enter.
Goto item details Partners tab:
Now all the details are in editable mode.enter your bill to party.Make sure your bill to party is in same sales area and company code as of sold to party.After entering the taxes will be redetermined message will come.
Enter.
Save.
Now You do the same for all other items.

In Earthlink Webmail, the "check all" and "delete" button for deleting multiple messages no longer function (although they work in I explorer).

When using the webmail application for earthlink email, the "check all" option to select an entire page of messages at once no longer functions. Same problem with the "delete" buttons that are located at the top and bottom of the page with multiple messages. Consequently, the only way to delete a message is to open the message and delete it in that view -- extremely tedious if there are a lot of messages.
This is a recent change, in the last few days. Everything works fine in I explorer. Earthlink support suggested I start Firefox in safe mode and restore firefox default settings. I went through the process on the help page. It didn't help.
I'll provide the earthlink link, but it is my email page that is the problem.

- click the move button
- list of folders appears (witn account & cancel options that both still work)
- click on a folder
- mail flies to this folder (animated)
- list of folders remains visible
- the cancel button does NOT work
- the accounts button takes you back to the root "directory" of your accounts
- in my case "live" and "exchange"
- this screen is a dead end. Clicking on both the account names and the cancel button do not work
A complete restart fixes the problem

Forms hanging after multiple calls to Foreign Function Interface

Can anyone help me with this problem. I'm getting a 'FRM-92100:
Your connection to the server was interrupted ... Details ...
Java Exception:java.io.EOFException' error message when i make
two calls to a c share object file using the ORA_FFI package.
Forms will hang with that error message when I call the foreign
function more than once and when the ORA_FFI.LOAD_LIBRARY
function is executed twice.
I've tried using the ORA_FFI.UNLOAD_LIBRARY function at the end
straight after the load library plus my processes and it still
hangs with that error message.
I've got a temporary work around which is not ideal but it
works. I've made another copy of the C shared object file and
renamed it and made my second call to load this library.
I would prefer to have one shared object file and make multiple
calls to it from forms. Any suggestions?
note : running forms 6.0 on three tier architecture with web
browser.

Try incrementing a counter every time you call the function
and decrementing
it on the way out. When you hit 2640 times, stop calling it.

Multiple FlashVars in a function

I am trying to pass multiple FlashVars in a AC_FL_RunContent
function that provides the fix for the IE 6 and 7 problem. I have
three URLs on the page that need to be read into the Flash movie
but the movie only reads one. Does anyone know how to pass multiple
FlashVars in this javascript. The pages that I am working in are
JSP pages. This parameter works

add 2 more of these to go to different pages. Does anyone have an

You use the & to denote different variables in a
flashvars. For example
variable1=Thisvalue&variable2=Thatvalue

Multiple calls to the function

I have an adf faces table and I have set the "value" to a function in my managed bean to return a List of values.

But my problem is when I select a row in the table multiple calls are made to this function in the bean and data is fetched again and again. Though the table is not refreshed again. I am not able to understand why is this happening?

Yes. I have implemented a selectionListener. Based on the number of rows selected I am refreshing a button label with that number in that listener.

There are many good resources for Powershell tutorials. The MS help page for each cmdlet is usually a good place to start.
The suggested answer is very good and easy to modify to your needs. The linked article provides good detail on creating your csv file. If you look at their sample csv, you will see the column for LicenseAgreement and UsageLocation. You can change the script
to use the values from the csv instead of the same value for every user like so:
-LicenseAssignment $_.LicenseAgreement -UsageLocation $_UsageLocation
Basically, $_.<valuename> is the filled in by the value under the heading <valuename> in your csv file for the current user.
As for what msdivision, replace this with the correct domain name value for your organization. You can get the values for license SKUs from existing users by using the following:
Connect-MsolService
Get-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName <userprincipalname> |select Licenses

I am pretty new to actionscript and flex and one thing i am not entirly sure it is done is how to get the value in actionscript when returning multple values.
for example i have the following function:

To solve this problem you must use a object for storing complex return value.
You can do it using inline anonymous object:
public function sayhello():Object
     return {strHello: "hello";strWorld: "World"}
and accesing result as:
var obj:Object = sayhello();
var strHello:String = obj.strHello;
You may also create a custom class
class HelloWorldResult{
     public var strHello:String;
     public var strWorld:String;
and return a new instance of this class from your method:
public function sayhello():HelloWorldResult
     var hwr:HelloWorldResult = new HelloWorldResult();
     hwr.strHello = "Hello";
     hwr.strWorld = "World";
     return hwr;
