Multiple selection of data using ITS URL?

Hi,
Is it possible to transfer mass data Via the URL. For eg for the transaction iW48 i want to multiple order nos (that are not in sequence). in R/3 i can do this by the multiple selection of order option and then specifying the Single values. Is there a possible solution where i can do the same by calling the ITS URL?
Any pointers in this regard would be of great help.

Yes indeed i am using a transaction iView with SAPGUI for HTMl. And it is using the an integrated ITS.
I am able to pass a range of values but being able to pass multiple values is the requirement.

How to search a .csv file for data using its timestamp, then import to labview

Hi, I'm currently obtaining density, viscosity and temperature data from an instrument, adding a timestamp and writing it to a .csv file which I can view in Excel. This works fine (see attached code) but what I need to do now is to search that csv file for data which was obtained at a certain time, import the temperature, density & viscosity values at this time back into Labview to do some calculations with them, while the data acquisition process is still ongoing.
I've found various examples on how to import an entire csv file into labview, but none on how to extract data at a specific time. Also, whenever I try to do anything with the .csv file while my data acquistion VI is running, I receive error messages (presumably because I'm trying to write to and import data from the .csv file simultaneously). Is there some way around this, maybe using case structures?
If you need to know my skill level, I've been using Labview for a few weeks and prior to that have basically no experience of writing code, so any help would be great. Thanks!

It sounds as if you are going about this a little backwards writing to a data file and then extracting from the file but its the weekend so I can't think of an improved way to do it at the moment.
Searching for a specific time with those specific values is quite easy, or if you wanted to select any time then you could interpolate the values to find any value that you want (This is where the contiguous measurement comes in, as you have readings at discrete times you will have to interpolate the values if you want to get the 'measured value' at a time point that is not exactly one of your measured points).
If you can extract the TDMS time column and the T, D & V then simply thresholding and interpolating each of your array/data sets should allow readings at your desired times.

Filtering of the data based upon the selection screen data using ldb

Hi Experts ,
I am using ldb pnpce, for my report ,and i created my own report category with selection paramaters
action type and payroll area
now the problem is when i am giving the action type as Z0 ,the data to be extracted is not getting filtered
based upon the action type ,the data consists the records having different action types other than Z0
Please give me some solution for this

I). I have two tables user and dept

II). UIX screen with two fileds
i. DeptNo =>messageInputText
ii. Uid =>shuttle (This shuttle should display user.username, but when insert data it has to update as uid)
III. Insert data to database
Using form, I give one dept no and select multiple Unames. When click submit, it has to commit the changes to the database. For eg: I am given DeptNo=10, and unames selected are "RAM","GEORGE","CLINTON", it has to update 3 rows in to the database as shown below

yes but I want a web-based tool that uses URL not like the client server ones. :) which are not allowed by security audit. As a development tools, I believe SQL Developer and TOAD (in addition to SQL*Plus) are what you need (though these are client/server tools).
Oracle Enterprise Manager is a good monitoring tool (but not for development), you as a DBA can use EM and access it through a URL.
I might not necessarily be using sqlplus command. but a stored program like the concurrent fnd programs.There is no standard concurrent request that can help in achieving this.

Creating a multiple selection image library using forms

Hi,
So, I have a client who I need to present with a pdf showing the images they hold currently. I have created an InDesign doc, which is 3 x 3, and has 19 pages. I have attached image for visual ref as to what each of the pages looks like.
What I am trying to achieve, is that with each image there are three tick boxes. Yes, No and Preferred.
When running the form through Acrobat, it picks up the fields fine, but each row is treated as one set of fields. i.e. I cannot select more than one tick box per row.
How can I split these up so the client can freely tick any combo of the boxes (so they can check Yes and Preferred if they want) - without having to manually go in and edit the name for each field (513 times).
Any help would be much appreciated.

The problem is you have very little control over how the Form Wizard behaves. Each group of check boxes does need to have a unique name. It's possible to automate the process of adding the check boxes by using JavaScript, but this would probably only make sense if you need to do this a lot.
If you do, you could create something that would automaticaly populate blank image fields with a collection of images, creating as many pages as is necessary, but this would involve a bit of programming.

How does a multiple-select list box record its value?

I assumed that the value of a MSLB would be based on all the values selected, similar to SharePoint column?
I have a MSLB with 15 choices and I want to hide a section if 2 of the MSLB options are not selected. I have tried a rule on the section using
MSLB Doesn't Contain "AUD-Public Co" OR
MSLB Doesn't Contain "AUD-Public Accountable" THEN HIDE.
This doesn't work, if I change it to Is Equal To, it works but it is in reverse to what I want. If I change it to Is Not Equal To, it doesn't work at all, it stays hidden all the time.
I created a Text box to be set when the MSLB is checked and it only displays the most recent selection and doesn't clear when all items in the MSLB are cleared. I read a few other postings that were trying to concat into a textbox but this is still only
showing the last selected item.
I just want to hide the section if 2 of the MSLB are NOT checked. I am hoping I don't have write a rule using Is Equal To for every option?

My next question would be, if I promote this field to a column in a SP Doc Lib, how will it be displayed. We are hoping it would be the same as multi select choice field on a regular SP list so we can filter by any of the values?
Or perhaps there is a better way to accomplish this?

In the table in the JSP page you add a checkbox like this:

</td>
This will render a checkbox in each row, with index number of that row as value.
When you submit the page the request contains the multiselect parameter when at least one row has the checkbox checked.
You can get the value of the multiselect parameter by calling sessionData.getRequestParameterValues("multiselect") in your action. The value is a string array containing the index numbers of the rows that have the checkboc checked.

I've set up an initial screen (selection screen) in my dynpro-program, with company code (BUKRS) as input field. This screen has been developed using the Screen Painter and is of the screen type 'Normal'.
I have managed to add a search help to the input field, but how can I <b>add a multiple selection screen</b> to it?

and use FM <b>K_CMPERS_MULTIPLE_SELECTION</b> when the button is pressed.

Multiple selection of parameter values (BIP 10.1.3.2)

I'm working with BI Publisher 10.1.3.2 and I'd like to use parameters allowing multiple selection. I've tried it with both data templates and SQL queries ... but I'm not getting it work ...
I've established a simple "Show me department name and id"-example according to my parameter selection (you can select multiple values e.g. Administration, Marketing, Sales ... and the "All"-option is activated as well), based on the HR/OE schema.
Here's just a quick note, where I tested the way the Publisher Engine copes with parameter selection in general

So, in 10.1.3.2 there's been an improvement concerning single quotes - in the case of multiple selection only. I do not know why there are no single quotes for a single selection, but it seems like that's the way it is ...

So, I couldn't find a way that all three possibilities are working ... and using data templates, multiple selection never worked. If I hardcoded the where clause in the data template,
e.g. where DEPARTMENT_NAME IN ('Administration','Marketing'), it worked fine (no matter, whether I place the sql statement within an CDATA section, or not).
Can anyone tell me, what I'm doing wrong here?
While testing my problem, I figured out that there's a difference of generated parameter output ... I just put the parameter in the select list, and depending on whether you use SQL query or data template, you'll get different results:
SQL statement
=> for each parameter value an own parameter
<_MYPARAMETER>Administration</_MYPARAMETER> in the case of single selection
<_MYPARAMETER8093>Administration</_MYPARAMETER8093>

Alright, I hope it was not too confusing. I would appreciate any help, since here @ the customer's site we need to use data templates inclduing multiple selection in order to establish a context for VPD.
The problems in summary:
- how to write a select statement to include all three possibilites of parameter selection (single selection, multiple selection, All option)
- multiple selection never worked using data templates

Is it possible to multiple/nested select statements in 1 query? Actually what I need to do is pull records for the last 12 months. The SQL that I'm basing my IR query from has multiple SELECT statements and uses the add_month function w/ a parameter ranging from 0 to -12.

First you have to change the selectionMode property of the table to multi.
Then you can use the following condition:

Where nodeTable is the datasource of the table.
