Multiple Shipping Addresses for a single Ship-to-Party

Hi all,
How can we maintain multiple addresses for a single ship-to-party.
The customer has 4 locations and whenever he places a order he wants the goods to be delivered to one or more than one address .How to do this?
I tried to find it in the forum but I din't get a satisfactory answer.

You may use Text for your requirment...
Better Create a text type say Shipping Address... and assign to a sales order....
Keep that in the Incomplete Log... so that when ever you process the sales order end user is in need to complete the Address....
Another way is Ask ABAB er To change some field relevent to the customer as a Shipping address or may be Z field and use the same to the address..
I have not used this check with your ABABer

Hi Chris,
If my understanding is right, you must be using the master data of vendor Code(Which has an attribute to store Email IDs).
You can add multiple email ID to the same master data separated by semi colon ";"
If you are using user IDs instead, I dont think it is possible to use multiple user ID in the same attribute.
in this case you need to enhance the master data with a new attribute to store the second user ID and the create a separate setting for this attribute.

How do I select multiple email address for a single person in my address book when creating a new email?

I am coordinating a large group of people and created a group list of over one hunderd people. The group is families and each person in the address book has several e-mail addresses. How do I select all the email address under each person in the address book so every family member recieves the e-mails?
It appears I can select any ONE email address but selecting multiples from any one person is not allowed, why is that? Any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

ACE multiple mac-address for a single IP (solaris ipmp)

Dear All,
We are triing to load ballance smtp traffic to solaris mail servers that are using ip multipath in bridge mode configuration.Multipath is configured so that only one of the redundant interfaces replies to arp request. Therefore all of the traffic come to the solaris from the ACE on the primary interface, but solaris uses the secondary interface too with different mac address to answer.The load ballancing working correctly it does not matter if solaris answers the request with its primary (MAC known by ACE) or secondary interface (MAC not know by ACE). But if the solaris wants to create a tcp session that is not balanced but go through the ACE with secondary interface which mac-address is not know by ARP in the ACE, the packets are silently discarded. There is no logs about it.
Please if someone could know this behavior answer.

If you do a 'show np 1 me-stat '-socm'' you will see a counter catching the packet drops.
Drop [mac lookup fail]: 30 0
Drop [route lookup fail]: 14316 0
We can't setup connection for unknown mac-address or if we do not have a route.
We need to first learn the mac-address through the arp request/response mechanism.
This is during this process that the encap id is associated with the mac-address.
Without that encapid we can't create the connection to flow the traffic.
You can try to disable normalization to see if that could help, but I can't guarantee it.

a delivery adedress has nothing to do with a certain supplier, except you are talking about subcontracting (do you?)
a delivery address specifies an address where you want the supplier to send the goods to.
if it is a third party PO, then the delivery address is derived from ship-to partner of the sales order.
in case of a standard order to stock, the delivery address is coming from the storage location address (if maintained). if no storage location address is maintained, then SAP takes the address from your plant.
You can manually add a delivery address in MEAN transaction and then manually assign in POs delivery address tab.
here you can as well take the address from any address already in your system (e.g. any customer or vendor).

How to create the multiple spool requests for a single report.

Hi gurus,
I have one requirement to be completed , i need to send the out put of the report via mail in pdf format. for that what i did was, iam executing report in background and creating spool request and converting it to pdf and sending the file.
now the problem is, its a customer ledger report, for each customer i need to create a new spool request and send mail to that particular customer, now my dought is how to create multiple spool requests for a single pro and how i need to go about it.
And one more question is can we create a spool request for a report which is running in online.

output_options-tdnewid = 'X'.
and then using
job_output_info-spoolids
create a pdf using
call function 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'

Sorry, but Address Book does not allow you to select more than one email address to send to in a group. There's really no reason why people need multiple copies of a message, anyway; they have the option of forwarding email to another email address of theirs.

Multiple PO's for a single PR reg

Hi,
The system incorrectly allows multiple PO's for a single PR.Then,I configured message no 00 06 076 & 400 as a error message and system is not allowing mutiple PO's for single PR and if PO Qty is greater than PR it's not allowing and it's ok.
Now the issue is If PR qty is 2 and as per requirement 1 qty for one vendor and one more qty for some other vendor and two PO's are to be created and the system is not allowing and throwing error message.
Can you pl.throw some light on this issue.

It is not incorrect to have multiple POs for single vendor as we might have different vendors for the same item. Secondly the message setting what you have on 00/06/076/Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full- E is used to stop POs being created from the PR once PR quanitity gets consumed.
Now i do not think system will ever stop you from allowing to create multiple POs for a PR if you are distributing the Quantities between different vendors.
By setting the message 00/06/400/Materials/services for requisition & & already ordered with & & to E mode you are blocking the PO creation with altaernate vendors change it to warning mode.

E4200 v2 - Uses multiple MAC addresses for the same device

This unit seems pretty good at first but on looking at the Web interface I noticed that it was using multiple mac addresses for the same device and showing devices on the lan on the Wireless side and other odd things.
After a week of running it the home server network started to get erratic, it would seem to all point to dns and dhcp issues in the router.
Seems the V1 had the same issues that they did not fix on this.
The Cisco connect software shows 5 devices the Web based utility shows 3??.
Its pretty bad that they charge nearly $200 and cannot be bothered to finish the unit or address the issues that were in V1.

I am afraid I didn't get the clear picture of the issue mentioned in the post. Could you please elaborate a little bit? If you connect a device/computer wired and then later you connect it wirelessly. It is obvious that you would get to see two different MAC addresses for the same device, one for the LAN adaptor and other one for WLAN adaptor. If that is what you are referring to?
Secondly, may I know, what issues did you face with DNS and DHCP in the router? Is it not able to resolve the DNS or something else or DHCP is not sending IP address to the clients?

Change my shipping address for a repair of my iPod touch?

The home button on my iPod touch fourth generation was stuck down and unresponsive so I contacted Apple. They sent me a box and all and the next day I took it to a Fed Ex center. The problem is, they sent it to my boyfriend's house because I thought I couldn't get mail at my street address. Upon later discovery, it turned out that I can. I want to change the address that the iPod will be shipped to after its repair so it will be shipped to my house instead of his house. How do I change the shipping address? I went to the Apple ID page and I changed the shipping address but apparently that didn't change the address on the page of the repair information.

Contact Apple. or just let it by shipped to the other address and pick it up. The rair documentation should say how to contact Apple. You have to give them the case numberor similar identifier for the repair action.

Business Account shipping addresses for international partners

I have a business paypal account, and I upgraded it from my personal account so that I could use it for my business now. I'm a general partner and the company's US agent. However, my other partner lives in Turkey and so he obviously has an address in Turkey. I added him to the new business account, now Our business account, but I can't seem to add his address since it's outside of the U.S. It's telling me that if I've moved to a different country, to make a new paypal account. We've had this same problem with eBay. Sometimes things will need to use our US address and sometimes things will need to use our Turkey address. Keeping separate accounts isn't really possible since our business finances are with our business and shared by both of us. I want that things shipped to Turkey would have his name or our business name, and things shipped to the US would have my name or our business name. And whether his purchases or my purchases, our business account would be used. Right now the business account is in my name and since I have a US address, I'm unable to add his address or have anything shipped to there. He has his own personal PayPal, but it's nearly useless for our business because Turkey only allows funds to go into Turkey through PayPal - not out. So, he can only use his PayPal to send money or purchase from people who are also in Turkey. What can we do? Thanks in advance for any help on this

Multiple Ship to parties to Single Slod to party.

Hi Friends,
In my Client business process : One Slod to party have more than 4000 ship to paries and one Sales order delivered the min 3000 ship to paries at time and almost same material also.How to map this process In sap.
And finally all deliveries combin single Invoice along with single line item and track the also Delivery nos to the Invoice

In the sales order, based on the number of shipt to parties, create one line item for each ship to with order quantities for that ship to and change the ship to details in the Item level partners details (Item-Partners tab) removing the ship to defaulted from the header. Do not change the payer details at item level. When creating the delivery, different delivery will be created for different ship to. During billing, invoice will be created for all the delivered quantities since the Payer is same for all the order items in the sales order.

2) Is there any system restriction from the side of SAP on how many could be attached ?
3) If yes, then, please let me know what is the upper limit.

You can attach as many as you can.There is no limit for this.
But we can control the number of ship-to-party's to 1.Not only "SH" but also any partner function can be controlled to 1 only.
If you want to maintain more than one an error message will be displayed.
The path for this is:
SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Partner determination>Set up Partner determination-->Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master.
Double click on this.
Check the Partner dertermination procedure assigned to your acount group.Select that one and click on Partner functions.Search for SH,there is a check box called as "Unique".Check this one.
Save.
In this case it will allow only once.
Coming to your question we can maintain unlimited number of SH's.
From SAP there is a restriction for one only but not more than that.
The upper limit is unlimited.

Each item in a PO has a tab called delivery adress.
If your SapScripter has not done something odd, then this adresses are printed below each item in the PO form.
