[Muse] Problème : les accents ne s'exporte pas en HTML

Bonjour,
Après avoir réalisé mon site avec Muse, lorsque je l'exporte en HTML ou que je le télécharge directement vers hôte FTP, les accents, sont directement converti et impossible de les affichés sur mon site.
Exemple: le "é" devient sur la page "Ã©"
Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution SVP?

Please contact your hosting provider. It seems they are specifying a character encoding of iso-8859-utf-8 while the content generated by Muse uses utf-8. You can pass on this information from the W3C validator to the provider:

Either you can Export it as HTML and Share the exported folder with client or you can Publish a temporary site using Publish option with Business catalyst.
1. Export as HTML:
Go to File > Export as HTML , Select the location where you want to export the file and click OK.
This will give you HTML and all other related files to view the newsletter.
2. Publish a Temporary Site:
Go to File > Publish or Publish to Business Catalyst,
This will generate a temporary link as example.businesscatalyst.com and you can share that link with your client.

i have a problem with exporting pdf as html by Acrobat 9.2 on windows 7.
after exporting, images and text may have wrong positions or wrong width and height of the images.
is the problem in the compatibility between acrobat 9.2 and windows 7 ?
what can i do ?

thank you, but i think that i can get 90% representation of the pdf,
but that didn't occure,
also i saw examples for some tools which can do that, but for pdf version 1.5 and i think that is on old windows too.

How to import pdf with hyperlink and and maintain its hyperlink while exporting it as HTML?

We can import pdf in indesign either using plaacemultiplefile script or using place submenu under file menu but both of them import pdf as graphic object and lost its all hyperlink. no doubt when i again export its as pdf than hyperlink are there as it is but when i export it as HTML,IDML or other format than than all hyperlink are lost so is there any way to maintain this if no than is there any way to write some new script utilities which will do the same .one solution i think is first convert pdf into docx and than import it as docx indesign import it as text frame and maintain all hyperlink but in this process pdf file lost its some formating while converting it into docx .

I probably should've remembered "rtfm" before writing all that. It seems to me now that I need to create a Master Page for each of the different layouts, then dynamically select the one I want to use at run-time, maybe with a script event ? The Master Page creation is a bit messy ... the only way I seem to be able to get multiple Master Pages is to open each Word doc, let Livecycle import it, then copy all the content into a new Master Page in my main document. That is, there doesn't seem to be a way to import a series of Word docs directly into separate Master pages of a single Livecycle form. I'll continue with the "read" part of "rtfm" ...

Manual backup of bookmark json file is empty, export of bookmark html file "self-deletes"

I'm now using Firefox 17.0.11esr in Win 7 at work and 26.0 in Win XP at home. I tried 24.2.0esr at work, but had to return to the earlier version, because of this problem below, which also happens with my home machine:
I cannot save, manually or automatically, a usable bookmarks json file for use as a backup. The files are always empty.
When I try to export a bookmarks html file, it begins to create and save it, but then "self-deletes" it before it's done.
Why is this a problem with 24.2.0esr and 26.0, but not 17.0.11esr? What can I do about it?

You can try to create a new profile and keep both profiles open at the same time.<br />
You can do that by starting the second instance with the -no-remote command line switch (see further down).
Then you can do a copy and paste of the bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) from the current profile to the Library of the new profile to create a new places.sqlite database file.<br />
If that works then you can copy this places.sqlite file to your current profile folder.<br />
You will lose the history, but it is possible to copy history items to a bookmarks folder in the new profile.

MUSE : problème de calage avec les ponts d'ancrage

je suis en train de découvrir MUSE, c'est vraiment un bon logiciel pour des gens comme moi qui ne sommes pas familiers avec le code
j'ai tout de même un soucis, je suis en train de réaliser un site ONE PAGE, car j'aime bien ce principe; j'ai donc besoin de mettre des points d'ancrages, jusque la tout va bien, j'active le chemin des boutons du menu vers les liens, cela fonctionne car cela bouge, mais ce ne va pas exactement au niveau du oint d'ancrage, soit cela va trop haut soit cela va trop bas
pouvez-vous me donner la solution pour que cela aille exactement au niveau du ou des points d'ancrage

and then reset the photoshop cs6 preferences?
You'll have to test it out on newly created text layers.

problème ne se présente pas: ce qui me fait dire qu'il ne
se situe pas au niveau de la configuration de Wampserver.
SVP, est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait me dire s'il s'agit d'une

j'ai trouvé l'explication à mon problème
je remets dans le contexte :
je travaille actuellement sur un catalogue de 300 pages avec des textes en francais et en anglais ... je m'oriente donc vers un système de textes conditionnels en désignant le francais en conditionnel/bleu et l'anglais en conditionnel/rouge ... je n'ai pas trouvé d'autres solutions plus simples ...
chaque fiche produit est balisée par code produit (par exemple AAA), qui fait lui meme fait référence à un texte conditionnel/jaune ...
dans mon sommaire ainsi que de mon index, j'utilise un objet interactif du type référence croisée pour pointer sur le code produit (donc AAA) correspondant à la bonne page ... le système de tables de matières ne semble pas adapté puisque j'ai un sommaire à plusieurs colonnes ; chaque colonne correspondant à une gamme de produits (exemple, une désignation de produit se retrouve dans une gamme A B et C ... la aussi, je n 'ai pas trouvé d'autres solutions plus simples ...
pour revenir à mon problème :
lorsque je décide d'afficher mes textes conditionnels francais, anglais et code produit = tous les liens fonctionnent parfaitement
lorsque je décide de n'afficher que le francais, je cache 'anglais et code produit = les liens ne fonctionnent plus
explication :
lorsque je cache les textes conditionnels anglais et code produit, le lien n'est plus actif car le code produit n'est plus présent
il faut donc que je laisse afficher le texte conditionnel code produit pour que mes liens fonctionnent
voila, j'espère que mon explication aura été assez simple et que ce post pourra servir à quelqu'un

Muse crashes every time I try to export to HTML

I have taken a long time to design and develop a huge site in adobe Muse and now im encountering a rather worrisome problem. When I try to export the site to HTML into a folder on my computer to test it out, it crashes every time with a dialogbox that says "adobe muse has stopped working"
I originally thought this was due to missing assets or incorrectly sized assets but after fixing all that it still continues to crash.
has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

It's not possible to print from muse? Print as a PDF or export as jpg or psd? Nothing???? I cant belive it!

It's any way to get my website out of Muse? I need to send the desig to my client before develop and, as I'm using it for the first time, I've found that I can't export it in anyway!!! How it is possible? No printing neither????Does anybody know how can I do it as I could do in Fireworks?

I created different sites with Muse, and I never felt the need to print them completely. In this case, I normally would use the test sites, which you can use for free as a Muse subscriber.
But if you want and need printing command badly – why not post a feature request?

Accented characters in exported images getting munged

Lightroom 2.x, OS X 10.5.6, G5, Nikon D80, Raw/NEF/DNG
I'm trying to sort out a problem I'm having that looks similar to other issues with international characters, but is a little different. My problem is specific to keywords.
I don't think this should matter, but I generally import as DNG and never save metadata to XMP. I mainly export to JPEG (to a folder that I zip up) in order to upload photos (outside of Lr) to a sharing site.
What I'm finding is that if I tag my photos (in Lr) with keywords that have accented characters (which I use a fair amount because I often travel to Francophone areas to take photos, and my IPTC data and keywords use correct French spelling) upon upload to any photosharing site I try, the keywords will be munged, duplicated and/or generally messed up. For example, I have a keyword "café". Upon export I can see this correctly in the IPTC Keyword metadata (via a third party EXIF/IPTC viewer, and also using "Get Info" in the Finder). However, as soon as I upload this JPEG to any photo sharing site the photo will end up with a series of keywords applied to it: "caf, cafe, cafã©"
Similarly, a keyword like "naïve" will end up as two keywords: "naã¯ve, nave" I get similar results with HTTP uploaders as well as uploader plugins inside Lr. And so on for è, ô &etc. In the case of Flickr, there will be one "copy" of the keyword that is correct. The others will still be present.
I've read hints that suggest that the IPTC metadata stored in the exported file by Lr might not be Unicode-clean, which causes anything that parses and normalizes select metadata (as all online sharing sites will want to do) to choke. I've heard rumours that the XMP data is properly Unicode clean, but most sharing sites ignore that data, since they are pretty much interested only in EXIF or IPTC metadata (and rightly so, I suppose.)
Is this a defect in the way Lr creates metadata in exported images? Or is is a problem with the way all these sites suck in and normalize the metadata stored in the image? Or is it a subtle interaction between the two that results in incompatibilities?
I haven't tried experimenting with creating or finding a JPEG with no keywords at all and manually inserting IPTC keywords with accents, just to see what Flickr (et al) do upon upload. I've also tried various permutations of the keyword options in the Lr export dialogue with no significant change in behaviour.
I'm interested in who else might be seeing this problem. Is it a Lr only thing, or is it Lr-on-Mac? Or something specific to the two sites I upload photos to?
I should point out that I've been seeing this behaviour since Lr 1.x.

(Jao, AdobeRGB is an experiment. I have a colour managed browser, so I wanted to see if I could tell the difference. This is a test photo from my junk pile.)
I think I see the problem. With something like ExifTool you can see that the keywords are stored in a number of places in the EXIF/IPTC header: Keywords, Subject and Hierarchical Subject. It is the Keywords section that is not Unicode clean, apparently. This is even more apparent if you show the output encoded in HTML entities:
Keywords : Franais, Test Shots, Wings of Paradise Butterfly Conservatory, butterfly, cafŽ, l'h™tel, na•ve, tests
Subject : Français, Test Shots, Wings of Paradise Butterfly Conservatory, butterfly, café, l'hôtel, naïve, tests
Hierarchical Subject : Français, Test Shots|tests, Wings of Paradise Butterfly Conservatory, butterfly, café, l'hôtel, naïve
So, it depends on what section the keywords are taken from. It appears that both Flickr and 23 will try to find the keywords in as many places as possible. This explains the many duplicates I am seeing.
So, now I just have to figure out why Subject is so wrong, and how to correct it (or leave it blank.)
