MV11gPr1 - some FOI themes do not show labels

in MapBuilder - labels are shown, but
in Oracle Maps using foitheme.enableLabels(true) not!

Only polygon labels can be automatically rendered by mapviewer. The demo #49 on the tutorial page shows how to display labels for points/markers.
