First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

If you cannot connect to your incoming mail server, then you need to check your mail account and the incoming mail settings. What is the rest of the error that it shows about not being able to connect to the server. It should provide you with more info.

I am trying to download and install OSX Mavericks but everytime i input my Apple ID it keeps asking to review my account and then starts looking for credit card info, I do not have a credit card, also I thought OSX Mavericks was free, some help please.

Firefox updated this morning and my fonts are all out of sync .want it back to what it was.
ok firefox updated this morning without me agreeing to it. once updated i notice the page i was on the font is huge. I then check in to facebook to find that page is totally different with regard to font size and form size . the games i play on there are now un playable due to the size of screen that i am used to .
i have tried changing settings on firefox to a reasonable size font and yes on some of the pages i visit regulary they are fine but still not the way i want it .and facebook well just looks horrible. i would like my fonts and pages i view to look the same as they did the night before the update. i am now running 22.0 i believe .See the following question and ensuing discussion with suggestions how to fix the problem:

whille creating my apple id account I entered a wrong email and didnt notice till the verification email was sent.
so i just made a new apple ID with my correct email, but now i am worried about the other wrong one, cuz it got my credit card info.Don't worry about it, you'll be OK.

Then i saw a vid on youtube and it shows there that there is a "none" selection at the end of the part where you select which type you of payment you want. Any help? This morning I noticed my time capsule was blinking amber. I opened utility and I found that all of the airport devices needed a firmware update.
I ran that with no problems. I then found tonight that my time capsule had "delayed" backup and said it couldn't find the disk. I re-pointed it to the TC and it says I have no backups and wants to start from scratch. This is a concern and a bit annoying.
Any way to find my previous backups and reconnect it?
Thanks.Looking in the time capsule preferences, it looks like the name of the disk has slightly changed to add a "3" at the end. Not sure how to change it back.
When I use airport utility and look at the disk, it says something like half the disk has been used, so obviously my backups are still there. Just not sure how to re-connect so backups aren't lost or duplicated. -
How do I get the ipad to ask for my New Zealand province after I went back and changed my location to New Zealand. Until I get that right I won't be able to use the istore.

Tried to instal an auto update this morning and I got an error message
I got the usual auto update message this mortning, so I clicked install!
Now all I get is the error messages.... Program:C\program File(x86)iTunes\iTuneshelper.exe
Error 6034
Then I get another popped up stating. Windoes error 7
Windows error 1114
I deleted iTunes and started to reinstall :-(
Half way through I get an error message saying something about unable to instigate Mobile device (or simnilar)
Eventually, after clicking twice to retry and getting the same message, I clicked ignore???
Now each time I try to open iTunes I get the two messages reappear in quick succession???
I tried to 'ring' support... what a flippin' joke?
Even though it related to me PC I was asked to imput my device serial No.???
I did so, went through their process to call... and eventuall got told (by message), that they couldn't help me????????
I went through the same process.... 'Welcome back' the message said.... still the same outcome????
Why can't I call to speak to some-one???????

My battery was fully charged. The notice for an update came up so I told it to start. Then the phone shut off and won't turn back on. When I plug it back in, I can hear it "revving" but it still won't turn on. Any ideas?
Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
