My computer was reformatted. Now I cannot register my CS5 Extended. How can I re-register?

As I mentioned in my last response, you appear to have the term "registration" confused with "activation"   Registration is done once for any software product purchase.  Activation can be done as many times as needed, though in the case of Adobe licenses you can only have two machines with activated installations at any given time for any one product.
I do not see anything in the link you point to that indicates an Adobe policy at all.  What I see in that is an illegal activity whereby someone is showing how to illegally activate an Adobe product.  I am removing the link.
