I have a 3GS phone bought last January. It display gets magnified after synchronisation. when first it happened I sent the phone to authorised centre in Kochi,Kerala. They restorde the phone to factory level and sent it back to me.I lost al the data I fed to the phone . THe same thing happened yesterday. I want to get it corrected without resorting to restore.

You have Zoom activated. Double tap with 3 fingers to turn it off. To disable completely:
Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom > Off

I purchased the 30 day subscription of Adobe Pro for my Mac Air and downloaded the app and opened it as instructed. Nothing appears to happen after that and I have been unable to use Adobe Pro thus far.
I previously downloaded a trial version of Adobe Pro and had used it the last 30 days. Today I just clicked on the link from my purchase confirmation and downloaded some type of installer. Once I clicked on the installer and gave it permission to do whatever it needed to do, it just sort of stalled. I am running Mac OS Yosemite. I thought Yosemitie might be part of the problem because it has given me occasional problems with Word and some other programs.

Depends on how long your phone is in Airplane mode, and your carrier's policies. Any iMessages sent to you are only kept on Apple's servers for 24hrs, then deleted. Most carrier's have similar polices regarding SMS's, but they vary, carrier-to-carrier as to how long SMS's are kept before deletion.

Test the issue after each step. If the last one does not resolve the issue, it is likely a hardware problem. -
after sliding unlock my phone (5) freezes, i did a restart & restore, but same result. it happened with IOS 8.1.1 & 8.1.2
Both me & my dad are having this issue when receiving calls. you can press the accept buttin but nothing happens and the call just rings & rings. This has only started I the last few days for me (since 8.1.1 upgrade) but dads phoneis only a week old.

With Yahoo Mail, and anotare account (Inacap Mail), I can only receive mails but I can't send emails. I don't know if this is a problem of the iPad or it is a problem with yahoo mail, because using Gmail and the email of my job I don' have this problem.
Google them to confirm the settings that you need for the outgoing server, then check the setting you entered on the pad. Pay real close attention to the outgoing server name, and port. You may need to change in on the pad.

I am trying to import vcards, they are very simple - a name and contact phone number. No pic, no ancillary information, but I get an error then directed to this completely unhelpful page. The vcards are standard exports from another phone.
Try creating the vCard with the app My Contacts Backup, email it to yourself, then open it on your phone and tap the attachment to import the contacts.

My iphone 4 can make and receive calls but I cannot hear the person on the other end...they can hear me. I have tried plugging headphones in and resetting...any other ideas?
If you need to use the phone now, try using speaker phone until you can take it to an Apple store and have them further look into the problem.

After Effects and Premiere Pro, Which do you use first?
Hi. I use premiere pro to edit my videos and now I am learning about after effects and removing blemishes with AE.
My question is, do I edit my audio, colors, etc. in premiere first then do after effects for blemishes or vice versa? I don't want to start and do it backwards. I hope it all works as planned. I am going to try the clone stamp tool, if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. Thank you so much!!In most cases the most efficient workflow is to edit in Premiere Pro, pick the shots where you need to add effects or compositing that you can't do in Premiere then use one of the following techniques:
For simple AE projects right click on the shot in Premiere Pro and select Replace with After Effects Composition
For more complicated effects and compositing shots copy the shot in Premiere Pro and paste it into AE or render just the shot to a suitable frame based production format and import that into AE
For very complicated shots pick the take and trim the shot in Premiere Pro leaving handles (a few extra frames on the head and tail) and render them to a 10bit or better production format for use in AE
When you have completed your work in AE if you have used step 1 then just save your work and go back to Premiere Pro. For the second and third option, render your AE comps to a suitable production format and import them to Premiere Pro where you will replace the original shots in the sequence.
Note: MP4, H.264 and other MPEG compressed formats are not suitable for production, only for delivery. Don't render your DI (digital intermediates) using these highly compressed formats. -
After erase and installing when i try to use classic it says not installrd
I have tried to open classic in system preferences/system. It said that i do not have a version of mac os 9 installed.I have tried the imac software install and restore disk, followed the instructions. When I get to the install it says to put in the disk I am already using in. So I eject it and put it back in, and nothing happens. Just in case I have tried the hardware test disk as well, however the only file on inserting this disk is, read me first. so i am at a loss any help would be great.
If you have an external hard disk drive, formatted for use
with Mac OS (HFS+) you could attach even a USB 2.0
unit to a computer and have a Classic OS9.2.2 system
installed on there; and direct OS X system 9 preference
to look there to find it. If you can get a copy of OS 9.2
on such a drive, it will work adequately and that should
also have an Applications 9 folder with it.
Since you can drag/drop an OS 9.2.2 system (unlike X)
an external drive installation can be done from any Mac
with an OS 9 system folder. However, that may not be
a correctly licensed copy (unless a backup of original)
and from someone else's computer, it may have extra
OS9 apps and unneeded stuff cluttering it up.
You should be able to put the second original installer
disc into the computer and have the OS9 Classic system
install into your computer from there. The system is
small and for the most part takes little room on a hard
disk drive; be that an external or an internal one. I have
an OS9.2.2 system and Applications-9 folder on a small
external USB 2.0 HDD and my iBook G4 can see & use it.
(My iBook came with the OS 9.2.2 installer on second disc
but it was not installed on my computer; so I never put it in.)
With a system on an external hard disk drive, you have to
be sure it is properly unmounted and the icon representing
it which appears on the desktop when it is mounted, is not
there; you can 'eject' such a disk, or drag it to trash; after
quitting whatever you were running from said disk drive. At
some point, if it will not unmount, (as I found) you may have
to mess around and be sure to try to quit whatever app or
system - this may involve relaunching it again - to make sure.
{You have to unmount the external drive before turning it off
or unplugging it, to not damage the directory or contents on it.}
If you install direct to the computer's own internal hard disk
drive, and it is not partitioned, you should not worry about this.
On first-run of System Preference's 9 Classic start, your
system may have a dialog box saying something to the
effect that your Classic system needs an update, and do
you want it to do that? (not exact words) Click yes. And
then also, when you run Disk Utility to repair your OS X
system's 'repair disk permissions' notice under one of
the main Disk Utility menu bars, you can Repair OS9
Permissions. Do that, too. This can be done separate.

PS: There may be another source for drivers so you
won't have to install Classic OS9 to just use a basic
scanner. There are third-party drivers out there and
some of them are free. Sometimes, one from a similar
model number, at times, a few model numbers removed
may work fine in a slightly older model scanner or printer.
Some of the scanner drivers may cost a small fee and
are downloaded from a site online.
(Since Tiger is the last OS X system to support Classic,
if you still need most of Classic beyond peripheral drivers
weigh this before upgrade considerations to Leopard.) -
