Both me & my dad are having this issue when receiving calls. you can press the accept buttin but nothing happens and the call just rings & rings. This has only started I the last few days for me (since 8.1.1 upgrade) but dads phoneis only a week old.

The Mac has never needed "Full Screen". It has done multiple screen Extended Desktop since 1987.

I have been trying for weeks to log into Centrelink web site but every time I get to the security question computer freezes and I lose connection. I then have to reboot router. Internet provider advised me to check site using Internet Explorer which I did and had no problems.

There is nothing to fix. The iPhone does this by design. If not connected to power, a short period of time after the iPhone locks, wifi goes to sleep. It has been this way from the very beginning.

Thank you so much for providing the details about the duplicate song issue you are experiencing. It sounds like you would like to remove the duplicate songs that will not play on your iPhone, but when you connect it to iTunes, iTunes only shows you one copy of the song on your iPhone.
In this situation, I recommend deleting the individual songs that do not play directly from your iPhone. I found the steps to do this on page 61 of the iPhone User Guide (http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf):
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

Only the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize your phone's official unlocking. However, none of the UK carriers will authorize such unless you are a current/former customer. Thus, I doubt there will be anyway for you to get that phone officially unlocked.
Send it back & have your girlfriend return it.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...

Since loading Itunes update my Itunes takes about 3 to 4 minutes to load and then when it loads it freezes for about 3 minutes and then unfreezes. This happens with every restart. I've have deleted and reload four times but still get the same results. t

Now when I try to open Itunes using the short cut on the desk top it takes about 4 minutes or longer for the Itunes to start and then it freezes for about another 2 to 3 mintues and then starts. This happen everytime I try to open Itunes now. I even deleted Itunes from my hard drive and put it on my SSD to see if it would work and still nothing. I've always been pretty good at sloving my problems. But this one has me stumped. Is there anyone who as had this problem that would be willing to help me out. Router25. P.S. It only happen with this one application of software. Everything else loads up fast. This comput is about 1-1/2 years old. Most people would love to have this computer. 9 out of 10. Restore from backup. If the issue continues, restore as new.

It's almost impossible to say whether it's the battery or something else. If you're running 6.0.1 and you've done a restore and set it up as new, there are no other software updates to try.
If there's no Apple Store near you, contact Apple Care. If you can't wait for a replacement phone, you may be able to get an express replacement (they ship you the replacement before you ship them yours, but they will put a hold on your credit card until yours is in their hands).
