My email address was cloned

My email address was cloned and my friends are receiving emails with my name and address, as if they were sended by me, but I didn't send them. And these emails have links (virus) attached to them.
How can I solve this problem as soon as possible? Is it recommended that I close my current email account and create another one?
Please, any help will be appreciated.

Don't go through this hassle. It's extremely unlikely your account was hacked: as Thomas says, forging a 'From' address is very easy and this sort of thing happens all the time. It will probably stop after a bit as the spammers move on to another forged address.

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iCloud.
If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download to your device.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.
Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your device.

From the information that you have provided, it sounds like your Apple ID has been disabled. You can read this to see how you can troubleshoot that issue.

You can try signing out of your ID on the iPad and sign in with his ID and see if that works.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Then sign in with your husband's newly created ID.

Email address was changed now iMessage won't work

my email address was changed from mine to my dads. he had changed my apple ID over to his email (i allowed him to use my ipad and this is what happened). i just changed my password and email back to mine and now my iMessage will not work. it keeps saying that my messages will not go through. i turned my imessage off and then back on and it is still not working!

DId anyone figure this out, it just happened to me about 5 hours ago.
I can now send from my macbook but still not my phone.

I set up my email the way the phone and iPad do. Very simple. It works most the time, but I am usually on wifi also. I ran into problem saying email was rejected by server, and it put email in my outbox. I looked in here to see if anyone had a good solution, then realized after reading the post I never actually checked my servers. My actual servers were different than the defaults that were set up. Example : the default server was mail.roadrunner.com, but the actual should be pop-server.roadrunner.com, and same for the smpt-server.roadrunner.com. Based on the ISP, must have the correct servers. But I was always able to send while on wifi. That part I did not understand. But since I fixed the servers, I have not seen any problem sending on either the iPad or iPhone. If you have not found fix, hope this may help if still having problem

I was waiting to find out the correct email address of that person, put in in and then sen it...Is there a way to get it back somewhere on the ipad or in some cached folder?

There is no cache where the emails would be stored on the iPad, but you could try quitting the mail app and then launch it again and see if the emails return.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Tap the home button. Then try mail again.

First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone?

Iphone 4S- getting "the recipient email address was rejected by the server", any one a suggestion?

I have tried everything from reading different online suggestions (that is going into setting-mail, contacts, etc. and look at outgoing server and making sure setting is correct...) and still getting "the recipient email address was rejected by the server", I have tried resetting network and also hard reboot. It could be a typo in the 'return adress' field, a setup problem by the sender of the email. Unless you can reply to the same email sometimes successfully. Have a look at the actual address you are trying to send to, often he errors are obvious.

If you have the original receipts, you can take them to an Apple Store and they may be able to remove the activation lock. A good lesson learned to have an employee clear a device when leaving.

Verify you have the correct user name and password in Mail, Contacts, and Calendars
Also check to make sure you have your username entered into your outgoing server option.
Mail, Contacts, Calanders > Email Account > Account > SMTP > Primary Server > Verify your username and password are entered in here.

Cannot update apps, old email address was hacked - phone will not accept new email

Settings > Facetime > AppleID > Sign Out... then sign in with the correct credentials.
