You need to refresh the page (F5) to update the items in the download menu. Apparently YouTube refreshes the page in such a way that the extension doesn't gets notified, so you need to refresh the page manually if you want to download a media file from this page.

Me thinks you have tried to connect to a shortcut folder and not a genuine folder.
Note Mac OS X in Mac OS X 10.4 has 3 popular folder shortcut locations:
The leftmost column of the Finder window.
The horizontal toolbar on the top of the Finder window
The translucent bar which can be anchored on the side or bottom of the screen known as the Dock. These are not true folder locations, but only locations for shortcuts. When you click on a folder for a volume that is not mounted, or is a folder which was deleted it will behave in this fashion. Often if you click on it the right fashion, it will change to a question mark.
In addition if it is an alias to an existing folder that has no contents, it will behave this way from the three shortcut locations.
If you right click instead of the left click a folder, it may think you want to do something to the folder which you can't do. Make sure your mouse button functions properly as a Primary button on Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse.
Also make sure Universal Access is not turned on as it too can cause funny behavior in the mouse click actions, in Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Universal Access. -
Help the iMovie on my iPhone 4S which the latest version and I'm running the latest software won't upload HD videos to YouTube it just keeps failing in failing and failing again but it will post lower quality videos but I really want to post HD movies so someone please help me also please tell me if this is been happening to you
THere has been a few people on these forums complaining of the same issue now and then.
The easier fix is to export to the camera roll, and send to You Tube from the photos app.

Photo Downloader does not detect Thunderbolt connection. Help!
I am using Bridge CS5.1 on MacBook OSX 10.8.3. I bought a Seagate Thunderbolt Adapter which works with 2.5" eSATA hard drives (Seagate Backup Plus). Instead of connecting a 2.5" eSATA to this Thunderbolt Adapter to my Mac, I am doubling this thunderbolt connection as a CF card reader by swapping the eSATA portable drive with a CF to eSATA Adapter instead. Photo Downloader does not detect anything connected through thunderbolt!?
When the CF card or portable drive is connected via the TB adapter, it appears in Bridge and Finder. The Canon's Image Browser (Memory Card Utility) detects only the CF card (not the portable drive) as a Camera and downloads the images from the CF card via the thunderbolt adapter with no issues. I would prefer Bridge to download the images due how the folder names are created by Bridge. (I have been using Bridge for few years now and dont want to change the naming convention. Can't seem to find a way for Canon to name it exactly the same as Bridge. It does YYYY_MM_DD amd I cant get rid of the underscores in Canon's software)
How can I get Photo Downloader (File: Get Photos from Camera...) on Bridge CS5.1 to detect the Thunderbolt connection as a Camera?
Excuse my messy desk, here's a pic of the set up with the CF card plugged into the CF to eSATA adapter : and onto the Seagate TB Adapter. and the TB cable goes into the MacIt works perfectly well. My issue is getting Adobe Bridge 5.1 to recognise the CF card via thunderbolt in photo downloader.
Despite having bought a MacPro just a few months ago I still have no Thunderbolt connection so i can't confirm this.
I do know Photodownloader has not changed a bit since it was presented long time ago and definitively needs a lot of improvement.
It is very possible that Photodownloader is not capable detecting thunderbolt connections and Canon software doing so does almost proof APDL does not do so.
You can try to dive in the user library (by default hidden, use menu Go and press option to reveal it) and in the folder preferences find and delete the Photodownloader plist file manual.
restart photodownloader and try again.
The other option is to use a USB 3.0 or Firewire (both also pretty fast).
The third option is to use Bridge itself for renaming the files you imported manual. Using the sort order creation date and batch rename use the option for shot date (yymmdd-number or other info) and either organize with stacks or create folders.
There is also a nice app (not free but cheap called 'big mean folder machine" from the same team that offers 'A better finder rename'.
Both offer plenty of options that makes life easier, such as producing folders with specific naming and order in no time -
Two days ago I logged on to Firefox. I recieved a message that told me that I was using an out dated version. I had to up grade . I followed the instruction and when finished fire fox crashed. I am unable to delete firefox, reload it, or use it. I am forced to use Internet Explorer to use my computer. I have lost my book marked sites, and I am at a loss as how to retrieve what I have lost. I have tried to follow the instructions to fix the problem but I have not been able to fix the problem. I sent the crash information but recieved no responce.

Why would you not be able to use your existing Apple ID and iTunes account on a new laptop? If you authorized the computer - you should be able to use your existing account - unless you already had 5 computers authorized with the existing ID - and that was why iTunes would not accept the ID. However, I'm sure that you would have received a popup message from iTunes telling you that you had reached the limit.
I just received a new MBP and my daughter did as well. My entire family shares an Apple ID and we had no issues at all with my Apple ID and iTunes on our new computers and I did not have to sign up for a new account. Did you even try the old ID? -

It's not just Download Helper v4.8.3, it's also RealPlayer: the download display window shows .mp3 files downloading, but nothing shows in the folder when it is done downloading.
Also in the '''Properties''' window of Windows Explorer I '''no longer have the Details tab''', so I can't update my mp3 files with Artist, Album, Genre, etc. But the details tab does show up when I access it thru Windows Explorer.

Did you before "purchase" a free app and then make in-app purchases.? Many free apps have in-app purchases the cost money. Did you pursue with iTunes the "unauthorized" purchases that you sad you did not make?

(iphone 4 and iphone 4s)So I just did this on my iPhone 4 and it worked like a charm it unlocked it immediately. My phone was put into recovery mode and I know that not all data is deleted it just puts the phone into a sort of hibernation in order for the files to stay uncorrupted. I went to http://www.recovery-ipad.com/iphone-stuck-in-recovery-mode.html downloaded the software it unlocked my phone in a matter of minutes. Calls, messages, photos, apps, and voicemail was all there as if it never happened If you leave it unregistered you don't have to pay for it works for either windows or mac. Hope this helps!

I get a notice that says a security and stability update is recommended for Fire Fox 3.6.15. When I click to update a bar appears showing attempt to contact but nothing ever updates.

For all people struggling with connecting their iPad to their router, constantly getting 'Incorrect Password' even though you have entered the correct one - this may be your solution as it just resolved my issue.
In your router settings online (usually found at 198.168.1.1) change your security from WPA2 or WEP to WPA. For my iPad it for some reason only accepts WPA but now it is running without problems. Let me know if this helps.
