My IPhone 4 won't switch on but when i put it on the charger it does work i've tried everything but it won't work. Is something wrong with my charger or is it my Phone
An obvious possibilty is a dead battery. They don't last forever. Take it along to an Apple store and get it checked out.

Yes I've connected it to iTunes.. Reset the phone completely and synced phone again. It's also turned off twice today and when it comes back on its saying searching in the top left corner were your signal and network carrier should be?

I want to set up my iphone to sync with my macbook but when I plug it in via USB my iphone doesn't show up under devices in itunes even though it is plugged in correctly and is charging through my computer. How do I get it to show up? I've tried restarting my computer.

My iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.3 keeps crashing at 45%!when my iPhone nears 45% from a full charge it suddenly says the phone is 20% then 10% then 1% and then it goes dead.when I plug in the charger instead of waitin a few minutes for it to turn on,it instantly turns on and says the battery is 45%!this is OK at home where I can keep the charger plugged in but what about when im on the go?PLEASE HELP!!!
This is most likely faulty battery. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

My iphone 5 won't turn on but when plugged into power source it keeps showing apple logo?
My iPhone 5 won't turn on at all and then when I plug it into a power source either into a plug socket or into my laptop with the USB cable it keeps showing start up screen with apple logo over and over again on a loop.
I have tried holding the top and front button together, this didn't work. I have also tried connecting to my laptop and following the reboot steps that I found on another discussion forum. Neither worked for me. The phone just won't reboot and it keeps continuing to loop the apple logo screen over and over without me touching anything.
The iPhone won't even connect to itunes and so itunes seems to not recognise my phone because its not even turning on (just continually apple logo screen appears for 5 seconds, goes to black screen and then repeats).
I don't know what is happening to it! Can anyone help? Is it a fault with the hardware or have I dont something to it? The next appointment at the genius bar for me is monday so I'm going to keep looking for any more recent ones until then but I really need to get it sorted before then so if anyone can help that would be great!

Press and hold the Home and On/Off buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo, then release. This may take up to 10 seconds. This is the equivalent of a re-boot and you will not lose any data.
See if it will charge after this. -
ok guys i have done my fair share of reading and i am so lost. on my box it says i have a 16 gig iphone 4 verizon white. my question is everytime i plug my phone in it pops up with a little tiny AutoRun icon and i hit open files. well it shows that i have 13.4gb of 26.2gb. but in iTunes it only shows my phone with 13.4 with 12 available for apps and music. why is it that my phone realy has 26 gigs and i can only access half of that?
Is my phone realy using 13gb just for software? that is way to much for me. any body else see this, what about any fixs or what not?There's no way a 16GB model phone has more than than capacity. I have no idea what you mean by AutoRun icon. Is that an app you downloaded? Did you jailbreak?
The "advertised" capacity of all storage devices is based on a decimal definition of "Gigabytes" where 1 GB is defined as 1,000,000,000 bytes. However computers see and calculate storage based on binary definitions where 1 GB = 1,073 742,824 bytes. Thus a 16 GB "decimal" device is only 14.9 real, binary gigabytes.
Also, there are additional loses due to formatting overhead and the iOS. RAM memory is separate and not used from the supplied flash disk. -
This problem has developed all of a sudden. I unplugged the computer from the charger and within minutes I got the message "Running on Reserve Power." When I plugged it in the battery percentage read 80%. After few minutes the green light on the charger was lit. The next day whne I got the same message I plugged it in and it showed 44%. Is this a battery issue? Or something else?

So I charged my phone yesterday but it didn't seem to get charged because the battery percentage went lower instead of higher after I plugged out my phone. Then the battery percentage subsequently got lower even faster, jumping from 28% to 15% within ~a minute. It was very hot too, so maybe overheating was the problem. Then I tried charging my phone again after leaving it to cool but it won't charge and keeps flashing the Apple logo.
I've tried to no use:
1. pressing the Power button and Home button together for a long time
2. restoring my device (on iTunes it says that my phone's updated, but it still won't turn on)
Should I just send my phone to Apple for them to fix it or for a replacement?I'm sorry, it seems that the problem is that my phone WON'T restore. I just tried restoring again and it keeps giving me the 2001 error. Help.

So i updated my phone yesterday to 7.0.1 or 7.1.1 but im sure it was the 7.0.1, making sure I had enough storage as it had asked me before to update. This then meant that my iPhone turned off and came up with a charger sign pointing to iTunes. I've looked everywhere and tried everything, ive restored it (didnt back it up as i didnt know this would happen) on my other laptop and downloaded the newest iTunes but at the end it went off and nothing was done after. I really need help I don't care what I need to do! I'm going to Apple today but have a funny feeling they wont have a clue what to do. I'm going to attempt it on my other laptop to see if this makes a difference, any help is good thankyou.

I reset my iPhone 4S and my photos have now gone, the albums are still there but no photos even though when I look at my storage and plug it into iTunes it still says that majority of my memory is to the amount of photos I have. Can anyone tell me how I can get my photos back?

Clean the iPhone charging port with a clean dry toothbrush. See if better. If still problem and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up service and take to Apple. If no coverage, clean again with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol. If still problem, next step would be to replace the iPhone charging port with attached flex cable. Apple would handle this with Replacement iPhone 4S for $199.
