My iphone and my Mac have different accounts. How can I change my iphone account to my Mac account and keep everything together on one account?
I have the new Mac Book Air and The Iphone 4s. I also do not want to completely get rid of my account on my iphone.

You would have to change it back to your old email address in order to turn off "Find My iPhone" on your devices. After you changed it back to your old address and deactivated "Find My iPhone" (activation lock) you could change your Apple ID to your new address again. Now it should wok on all your devices.

Try pressing the sleep and home buttons both together for about 5 seconds and reboot the device. Once the iPad reboots you should be able to go into the mail settings for that account and update the credentials.

I should have looked closer at your system info on your OP. You're on 10.7 (I'm not) and apparently things are set up differently there. My apologies. I hope someone else will post here. If not, you should probably start a new thread in the 10.7 forum. Good luck to you. -

What id shows in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores if you are on iOS 6) ? If the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with your new id. But any content that you have on the iPad from your old account will remain tied to that account, so only that account will be able to re-download its content or download updates to its apps.

If you know the answers to your security questions then follow the instructions on the HT5312 page that you posted from :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset, before you can then do the above for potential future use.

Oh, or, if you mean you ordered while in the US and are not there now - sorry, I don't know what else to offer. Looking at the online US store's "contact us" section, there is only phone numbers (which, as I say, is typical of how Apple does support). -

But here's the deal:
My itunes on my computer > correct apple ID
Setting on phone > correct apple ID
I have synced my phone, I have turned on/off my phone, I have read every "how can I change my applie ID on my iphone" article on the internet and STILL the app store will NOT update, so all my apps have updated that I can not access.
Please help, I'm loosing my mind! ; )If you are asking how to change the iCloud ID on your device, your go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. -
I have 2 iphones 4s's, ones my wife and one is mine. we have different apple IDs, can we share one itunes account?? if so, how??
If you haven't set up your own Apple ID already don't. I suggest you use the same apple ID as your wife's. The alternative is to do this http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1848. It's not efficient as you have to swap apple id's to update apps under both IDs. 20/20 being hindsight, I would have never created a 2nd apple ID for my wife.

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -

You don't have to do anything with the first iPod that you don't use anymore. If you are planning on keeping it, put in a drawer in your house and forget about it.
You don't need a second account to use with the new iPod. I use one Appl e ID and iTunes library for two iPods, and two iPad. I have different content on all four devices. You can select exactly what you want to sync to each device and it can be different content on all devices.
