My iphone has been stolen and I have never backed up my phone so how cn I retrieve my contacts as I have no recoed of the sim number
The iPhone doesn't save contacts to the SIM card so I don't know what good knowing the SIM card number would do you. If you have no back up of the contacts, they are lost.

Hi there, My iPhone has been stolen. I have managed to get a replacement SIM with the same number. Is there any way I can have the data on the stolen phone deleted or have it tracked and stopped of its use. I did have Find me App but I am not sure if it was set up. Use your computer and the Find My iPhone on www.iCloud.com and see if it locates your iPhone. If it does then you can wipe it remotely. If not you have no way to do so.
Be sure to change all passwords for sites that were accessed from your iPhone. -

If they were "unused", then it is very unlikely that "Find My Mac" or "Find My iPhone" is set up in order to locate, erase and/or remotely disable the systems.

you will have to wait until you can try again,
i believe the only way if you don't know the passcode is to factory reset through itunes which you will lose everything from your phone if it hasn't been backed up -

The SN will only help identify the iPod as yours if it is recovered.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing

- set up the Find My iPhone feature before the iPhone was stolen
- set the iPhone up to a corporate Microsoft Exchange account.
- set up a password on the screen lock with the option to wipe the data after ten failed attempts at login.
then the data could be wiped from the iPhone If you did not do any of those, there is no way to clear the data from the iPhone.

If you turned on Find My iPhone prior to theft, log into iCloud from any computer and wipe it from there.
If you didn't turn on Find My iPhone, there's nothing you can do except change your passwords and contact your carrier and police. -

I hope you enabled "Find My Mac" on that computer, because with any luck, Logging into your iCloud account could yield its location if the thief tries to use the computer. It ain't much, but it's a far stretch better than just "reporting it" to the police. -

If you turned on Settings > iCloud > Find My before it was stolen, login to your iCloud account from a computer or device with the Find My app, go to Find My Phone, and see if the device shows up. If it is turned off or not connected to the internet it will not show up.
Be sure to report the theft to the police and change all passwords associated with accounts on the iPod.
