This certainly implies that the alias is not required to be your registered name, and only becomes the prefix for a new @me.com address. There might be something going on with the servers right now as they are probably very focused on getting ready for the iPhone 5 pre-order release, which is supposed to happen any minute now. You might have better luck if you waited a while.

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

I had 5 videos that I could see in videos apps. But after your last OS update I can't find them on my iPhone. I can see them on the pc in itune when I connect the iPhone and go to videos directory.

When syncing, check the Movies/TV Shows Tab in the iPhone menu, and make sure ALL movies are synced (or select the ones you want to sync)

Error 23, 28, 29: These errors may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow the steps in this article. Also attempt to restore while connected with the white USB Dock Connector cable that shipped with your device, on a known good computer and network to isolate this issue to the device. The MAC address being missing or the IMEI being the default value, (00 499901 064000 0), can also confirm a hardware issue. two things to be looked upon in this case. First thing is about the battery. Once the battery has enough charge in it we can try a force restore on the phone to re-install the iOS.
> Try a hard reset of the phone (Press and hold the HOME button and the Sleep/Wake button until the phone restarts and comes up with Apple logo). After trying this step, try charging the phone and see if the battery holds the charge.
> Once battery has enough charge in it then we can force it to DFO mode and perform restore. For restore refer to this link.

Thanks for the response. There is no cloud icon next to them. All of the songs play on the phone still and no song was purchased through iTunes. I added them manually and tried to remove them manually. According to my iTunes they've been removed but they are still on my phone and working.
