My iphone switched over to my moms phone and my number and all my contacts picture..etc is gone..how do i get it back?
I plugged my iphone into itunes for the first time today, and when i did it asked me if i wanted to start a new account or use an existing one and since i already have an account for my ipod i clicked existing one. However as soon as it did that it started backing up to my moms iphone so i attempted to stop it and ended up just unplugging it from my computer. As soon as i did that the screen turned to the black screen with the apple on it. When i turned it back on my phone had switched to my moms phone. All my texts contacts and pictures were gone...her number is now under 2 phones..mine and hers. My number is compltely non-existant at the moment and i have no idea how to get all my stuff back. Please help me!
Reinstall iTunes application.
Copy /Music/iTones/ folder from your backup you made before you wiped the computer, to /Music/ then open iTunes.

Only way to get it back is to restore your phone from a backup, if those pics were included in that backup.
But most likely those pics are gone.
What you should've done was import http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 the pics to your computer and after you restored from your old backup, you could sync those new pics to your phone via itunes. -

Yes, you can delete them from your phone by tapping the icon until it jiggles, then tap the black x. You can verify that your Apple ID is still correct for future purchased by going to Settings>Store>Apple ID (at the bottom). If it's wrong, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using your ID. Then you should be good to go.

Your contacts should be available on your computer. Were the contacts lost in the address book on your computer that is supported for syncing contacts with your iPhone?

The voicemail system used for the iPhone is different from the voicemail system used on the rest of the Verizon Wireless network. When you activate the iPhone, you lose your saved voicemails from the other system. When you activate a non-iphone, you lose any saved voicemails from the iPhone voicemail system too.

Try going to file-devices-restore from backup, if you dont have a backup then you may redownload past purchases (movies, music, apps, etc) from their respective stores by visiting "purchased" section.

I recently forgot a new passcode on my phone so it became locked. i went to rest this via itunes but when it came to restore the phone non of my data including contacts, apps, messages, photos etc are available. There's one other variable, although it shouldn't really come in to play but worth checking anyway. Is it possible that the backup was made using a higher version of iOS than the one you are running now? For example, if you were running the iOS 7 beta, then restored to version 6.1.3, the backup would not be listed as you cannot restore to a backup made on a device running a higher version of iOS. If that's the case, you would have to update to the same or higher version of iOS in order to access your backup.
