My iphone4 Safari won't let me sign into any websites (email, school, commercial). What can I do to fix this?

Sorry just re-read your original post and realized that my answer doesn't address you problem:
"If the problem is that Safari won't display a login screen when started, try going to a different website than is displayed when you start Safari. When I have this problem, I select another website from my bookmarks and am redirected to the login screen. It's strange, but it works."
So..., what is happening that it won't let you login? Keyboard not popping up? Website won't accept input?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. you can try this: boot your MacBook Pro into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as it starts up. Once the Mac OS X Utilities menu appears, select Disk Utility. On the left-hand side of the Disk Utility window, select your internal disk’s boot partition (typically called “Macintosh HD”). On the right-hand side, press the Verify Disk button if it’s not greyed out; if it is greyed out, or if it reports that errors were found, press the Repair Disk button. Once the verification/repair is completed, exit Disk Utility and select Restart from the Apple menu to restart in normal mode. Does it still freeze after a few minutes?

Won't let me log into any websites

Dear sir/madam,
I'm a new member of firefox as I decided to give up with google's terrible cutomer service but I have tried several times to log into websites such as twitter, google, tumblr and many others however none of them are actually logging in. I can confirm all the usernames and passwords are correct however everytime I type them in it just goes back to the homepage of the sites but not with me logged in.
I tried to reset the passwords to see if that help but still no progress, what should I do?

Details like websites remembering you (log you in automatically) are stored in a cookie.
*Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
*Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.
*Rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections.

I got Adobe Premiere Elements 9 about a year ago from my brother's college and suddenly it won't let me sign into Youtube on 1 account. I'm pretty sure the unauthorised attempt, which contained the correct user naem and password, was Premiere Elements. I think Google has made me a victim of its ubiquity. As though managing passwrods were not already difficult enough.

You can't install Safari 3 on your 10.3.9 OS.
You must use the DVD installer to re-install the older version of Safari found on it.
You can update your operating system buy purchasing Tiger (10.4) and get a more modern version of Safari.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. That's a problem that all users of a second-hand Mac released after the OS X Lion launch have. OS X, iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand are registered to the Apple ID the first owner used to register the computer, so you can't use them legally without repurchasing them. Furthermore, there's a bigger problem: you have to get iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand on a DVD, because the App Store makes impossible to purchase these applications on a second-hand Mac.
Nothing will happen if they are already installed, but you won't be able to reinstall and update them, so I recommend you to delete them and buy iLife '11 on a DVD to install the applications from there. Also, take note that you can't also reinstall OS X, so if OS X gets damaged, you will have to take your computer to an Apple Store.
Open  > About this Mac, and tell us the OS X version you have. If you are using OS X Lion, you can upgrade to Mountain Lion with your Apple ID, so then you will be able to reinstall OS X
