I dropped my phone in a lake while boating and my phone was lying under 10ft deep water for almost more than 30 mins. After 8 hours I put in rice bag and its lying there for 28 hours till now. How much time do i need to keep my phone in rice to bring my phone back alive?

I see an ad on craigslist that some company in a shopping mall wants to get
all the failed, broken, or damaged ones it can. Probably for next to nothing.
Maybe a few larger bits survived the unfortunate incident at the lake. Ask if
you can trade it toward purchasing refurbished one at an Apple Store. The
most they can do is say No. - I remember when I worked in a pro camera
shop before the digital era and someone brought in a $2,000 camera in a
large plastic bag full of water. Of course, we weren't an E.R. facility.
Someone told me they saw a Cat-branded waterproof, shockproof phone for sale.
Figured that'd be good for outdoor or construction site use.

I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in. -

If you are certain that iCal is no longer present on your computer...
To reinstall iCal:
1. Insert the Leopard Installation disk into the computer.
2. The disk will appear on the desktop.
3. Double click on the "Optional Installs" folder.
4. Double click on the "Optional Installs.mpkg."
5. Click on (Continue) in Introduction.
6. Click on (Continue) in Software License Agreement.
7. Click on (Agree) to agree to the terms of the software license agreement.
8. Click on the disclosure arrow ▶ next to Applications.
9. Select (✓) iCal.
10. Click (Continue).
11. After iCal has been reinstalled, download and install the Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Update to bring iCal up to the most recent version. -

Hi, the App Store icon has been removed from my iPad even after synching and updating. Any suggestions on how to get it back to be able to update / purchase apps?
If you do not have, or remember, the passcode for Restrictions, the only option available to you is to reset the device to factory settings via itunes.

You were already provided the answer. If you do not have a backup of the phone while the photos were on the phone, they are gone. When you restore your phone from an old backup, anything that has been saved to the phone since that backup is deleted. Sorry.

DimitrisIt would appear that your system is somewhat mangled, and it is time for some general 'servicing'.
Start here:
Repairing permissions is important, and should always be carried out both before and after any software installation or update.
Go to Disk Utility (this is in your Utilities Folder in your Application folder) and click on the icon of your hard disk (not the one with all the numbers).
In First Aid, click on Repair Permissions.
This only takes a minute or two in Tiger, but much longer in Leopard.

If you were having any serious problems with your Mac you might as well complete the exercise by repairing your hard disk as well. You cannot do this from the same start-up disk. Reboot from your install disk (holding down the C key). Once it opens, select your language, and then go to Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. Select your hard disk as before and click Repair.
Once that is complete reboot again from your usual start-up disk.

Did you watch the movie on your computer?
You have 30 days from the time of rental to watch your movie, and 24 hours (in the US) or 48 hours (elsewhere) after you've started viewing to finish it. Once the rental period expires, the movie will disappear from your iTunes library.
