how to fix my ipod touch, because everytime i use or i play games sometimes it will turn off/closed/lock....how to fixed that problem
Try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
if still problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -
Whenever I connect my 4th generation iPod thouch, all of the playlists on my iPod get deleted. This is very frustrating. Someone please help me? I searched the settings on iTunes and couldn't find anything.
Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

PremierePro CS6 crashes everytime I use it... everyday. Help!
I'm having an issue with PremierePro CS6 not responding. This causes me to force quit. It's become part of everyday routine. None of the other applications on my Mac OS X crash. I have checked the amount of memory dedicated to the application PremiereProC
Thanks a lot for your response Scott, I really appreciate it.
I have downloaded the 7.4 protools, but not installed because the 7.3 software cause instalations errors on the computer and the digi is not recognized.
Anyway I wanted to start familiarizing with Logic 8. I thought because Logic and Mac are from Apple they would be totally compatible...and of course they are not!
In other hands I spent 6,300 dollards in new equipment to avoid this kind of problems...but at the end you get all the same traubles whatever you buy or not (crack) the things...so.
Anyway, now my computer it seem to be damage... the fan never stop and I am geting some wierd icons over some folders (stop icons) so...
By the way, I bought everything in SweetWater if anyone wants to know, and so far they seems to be only available to put their hands to get the money but they are always too bussy to help and solve all this crap they did to me.
I bought logic studio, mac pro 8-core 3.0 and digi 003 to them...any of these are working!!! nice!!! and after one waste month they didn't give me any other solution besides to wait and wait and wait days and days in order to talk to any of the technicians...It seems their technicians only have time to ensembly equipment to sell it as soon as they can...nice!!! -
Use previous "Delete from hard disk" checked state?
Is there any way for the program to use the previous "Also delete selected item(s) from the hard disk" checked state in the file deletion confirmation dialog? It gets tedious to check it every time I want to delete a file and if I forget to do it I will have an extra file sitting on my hard disk not in my catalog.
A quick shortcut that I use is to hit the spacebar (checks/unchecks the "delete from
hard disk" option), then hit the enter key to complete the process.

Hi, I've just purchased a Lacie Extreme D2 external hard disk, I'm looking to use it to move film clips from my Mac G5 to my Sony Vaio laptop. I'll connect the Mac using Firewire 1 and the PC using USB 1.
I understand there is an issue with setting the compaitibility of the hard disk to either Mac or Windows format but I'm wondering if I can set it to both, so it's possible to transfer these files? The hard disk is Windows and Mac compatible but does it have to be partitioned a certain way?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
AlexFormat the drive as FAT or use the Mac format (HFS Extended) and install MacDrive on the PC.

Let me suggest another possible way.
That is use iPhoto in it's alias mode on each of the machines. Then store your source files on the external HD and let each machine create an alias based library of those files. Each machine will have an independent, unique library whose edits, slideshows, etc will be unique to that machine. Those machines can only delete the alias files from their library, they can't touch the original source files. The only caveat is if the external HD is not mounted the library will only be able to be used in a limited way, viewing thumbnails, adding comments and keywords only. You can put a few photos in a folder on the external HD and create a test alias library to experiment.
I've created some Tutorials to assist users in converting over to an alias based system. -

Can i use WD My Book hard disk in WD My cloud EX2?
I am planning to purchase "WD My Cloud EX2 Diskless Personal Cloud Storage - NAS (WDBVKW0000NCH-NESN)" but without the pre-installed hard disk.My question is: i have "WD My Book 3TB External Hard Drive Storage USB 3.0 File Backup and Storage (WDBACW0030HBK-SESN)" already, can i take the hard drive from my WD My Book and put it in the WD My Cloud EX2? also, will i be able to access my existing data like this? or do i need to do something else?
Pawan72 wrote:
Thanks ERmorel for your response. I was under the impression that when you put in the new hard disk in EX2, it gives you the option of whether you want to format or not, the new drive. Isn't this true? Also, since the data is encrypted in WD hard disk, can I just copy the encrypted data into some other (Seagate) drive, plug in & format WD disk and then copy back the encrypted data in this formatted drive? Are there any other options where I can use the disk in EX2 and still keep the data of My Book drive? It is impossible. -
Is it possible to use iPhone as a hard disk?
I want to know if there is a way to transfer files to the iPhone, such .ppt and such and use part of the memory as a usb stick or hard disk to carry information? In that case, how can I make it appear in the finder of my computer?
Thanks.Check the App Store for applications like AirSharing, Files, and DataCase.
Note that due to limitations in the SDK, all such applications use WiFi to transfer from PC to iPhone (some may use cellular data to connect to cloud storage, but none can use USB to connect directly to your PC).

Thanks.I don't know about a Mac; but on my PC with Vista, when i connect my iPhone, it shows in "My Computer". I can access the iTunes data files, but I haven't tried to transfer files to the phone. Knowing Apple, it may be set up as Read-Only. I'll have to check it out and post the results.

Will Rebuild Index (use brspace) also release hard disk space ?
Dear all,
I use brspace to rebuild my SAP Oracle table weekly, I just want to know :
Other than index reubuild, will brspace also release hard disk space to me because I found some times, after having index reubild, my free hard disk space increases.
Am I correct ?> I use brspace to rebuild my SAP Oracle table weekly, I just want to know :
Why the heck are you doing that? Too much time?
> Other than index reubuild, will brspace also release hard disk space to me because I found some times, after having index reubild, my free hard disk space increases.
Whatever freed space on your harddisk, it had nothing to do with the Index rebuilds!
Once allocated Oracle won't ever release space in the filesystem unless you drop or resize datafiles.

IPod gets corrupted everytime it's plugged in.
I've got an iPod classic and a giant music collection. Initially, I just copied everything in my library on to it. The problem is whenever I plug it back into my computer to add new music, iTunes recognizes it as corrupted. So I restore the iPod and recopy all of my Music onto it. Next time I connect, it's corrupted. This keeps repeating. It's like plugging the thing into my computer corrupts it. Otherwise it works just fine. I feel like something in my collection is busted. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

- Try another cable
- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store.

When my iPod gets to around 18 percent, it just turns off. Help?
When it gets to 18 percent it shuts down telling me to charge it
Try cycling the battery, as pointed out in link below. If that does not help, you may have a battery issue. Contact Apple if you are in warranty.
