My Lightroom serial wont activate

Please could someone help me out? I have purchased Lightroom 5 form Curr's PC World. I think I downloaded the wrong software..Creative Cloud..so I uninstalled and followed a link for the perpetual licence. This download still wont accept the serial number I paid £100 for. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is it a serial number or an redemption code? Serial numbers are 5 blocks of 4 numbers beginning 1160 ( Do not post your serial number).

There are two different LR programs, one that is licensed by a serial number and one that is licensed by logging into CC.
You’ve probably installed the serial-number-licensed one from a download link on the Adobe Updates page and need to uninstall that and install the CC-licensed one.
Uninstall whatever LR you have now using the OS’s uninstall process.
Log out of the CC Desktop app—the one that looks like an infinity symbol, reboot, then log back into the CC app, and look at its Apps tab. There you should see LR with an Install button next to it. Install that and you should be ok.

Iphone suddenly says it needs to be restored, so i attempted to restore but now it says it wont activate?

Hi guys,
this morning my Iphone 4 came up with a message on the screen saying it needed to be restored, i thought it was strange so i rebooted my phone.
Then it just went to the 'connect to itunes' screen like it was a new phone.
I attempted to restore and failed a couple times, finally it seems to have worked but wont activate?
any ideas would be great!

Erased it remotely via Find my iPhone, and now that I'm trying to restore it, it wont activate. It's been this way for 2 days now. I get the "activation server is unavailable" error. I realize Apple is struggling with their servers during this software update and launch of the new iPhone 5, but really, 2 days now??

I recently updated my ipad 3 to ios 6.0.1 and there are a **** lot of problems. My imessage and facetime wont activate - it keeps saying couldnt sign in check ur net connection. And safari sometimes says it couldnt open the sight because it couldnt connect to the server. My net is going perfectly fine but ios isnt. And then i wont get push notifications for any app, no matter wat i do. Ive restored it twice, but nothings working watsoever. If anyone has any idea how i can sign in to imsg, facetime and icloud or get my notifications to come plzzz do tell me i cant find a solution anywhere!!!!!!!!

i think i know whats wrong. one thing you could do is: try holding the home butoon and the power button together and shut down the ipad. you have to press both of them together!!! then to switch it back on, do the same thing again. it should start up. if it still doesnt work, you could try going to setttings, then "notifications" and turn on notifications for the apps you want. About safari, if it doesnt work from step 1, you could go to wifi or cellular and just reconnect your ipad to the internet.

look... I start my iphone and and it goes to main LOCK screen where a message is shown, the message is "activation needed" . After I slide to unlock and write my security code it goes directly to the activation page , not to the very begging ,where you should select the lenguage but from the part where you have to chose a wifi connection . I connect to wifi and the activation process starts . On the screen is a message that tells me to wait a couple of minutes . After a couple of minutes there is another message shown on the screen where it tells me that the activation server is unreachable for the moment , please try again later . and this procedure can be repeated a hundred times and the same message will appear . It wont eaven reset . Any ideas wat is rong with it

Hi can anyone help - i passed on my old iphone 3gs to my son,who had it unlocked in a shop so couldnt update software i asked Tesco to unlock properly they sent two emails saying they had conteacted apple it was not unlocked so plkug it in to itunes and it would say unlocked - it didnt unlock so I asked in the apple store who said to try to restore it which i did but now thw phone wont activate -it sats no sim and even though i went and got a new tesco sim it is stillsaying no sim and wont activate

Was this officially unlocked legally by the phone carrier that the phone was locked to?
If not it sounds like the phone was hacked to unlocked and when you updated the phone it locked backed up again.

Couple of things it might br...
Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), use Disk Utility from there to Repair Permissions, test if things work OK in Safe Mode.
Then move these files to the Desktop...

You have run into Activation Lock, a security feature of iOS 7 designed to prevent activation of lost and stolen iPads. there is no way around Activation Lock. You need to know the Apple ID and password used to set up the iPad originally.
What do you mean when you say the original Apple ID is disabled?

Adobe Creative Suite wont activate

My Adobe Creative Suite CS5 wont activate as it says it is activated on 2 other computers... The computer I'm trying to install it onto now is the only one it should be on... it was installed on it a few times before and I had to reinstall as I was hit with a virus... any way I can install it?

You can NOT unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can legally authorize unlocking it and the Japanese carriers will not do so.
In order to be using it previously with a non Japanese carrier, the phone had to be hacked to illegally unlock it. You can not get help here.
Buy a new phone you can use.
