My phone is stuck on the on off cycle. I've tried the "recovery mode" steps I found on several websites but it did not work. What do I do??
my phone all of a sudden shut off. When I tried restarting it, it showed the apple logo then drifted off again. It has continued this process for over 3 hours now, I have searched several websites for what to do and all have said it is in "recovery mode." I followed the steps listed on those websites and the phone is still doing it. At one point it showed the "low battery" screen so I plugged it in, it started the on off cycle again. please help!

I would like to add:
you have incompatible software: start in SafeMode, read Woodmeister and see if it is free of issues.
Akamai is crap software needed or not, Huawei the same.
It is very possible that the keygenerator you used for generating a key for some softwares has infected your mac.
The non-regular software with the false key(s) are not compatible probably or generate malware. Luckily you can not update them automatically because the keygenerator blocked the software for contacting the developer... I propose to consider getting rid of those softwares by really good uninstalling.
You have a beautiful mac, don't degenerate it with crapped software. There are alternatives for expensive software, for example Adobe Photoshop has a free alternative (with a less beautiful interface) in GIMP. And so on.

Safari cannot open because the iPhone is not connected to internet. I do not believe I have changed any settings. I have turned off the phone and then on, but this did not work. Help?
For Safari to work, you need either Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Are you connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot?
If not is Settings > Mobile/Cellular > Mobile/Cellular Data: ON -

After updating to iOS7 on my iPhone 4 I cannot enable location services. How do I enable location services? I have tried turning off restrictions but that did not work.
I finally just resolved this after not being able to enable location services since upagrading to iOS 7. Posting the solution here 'cause I couldn't find it anywhere else.
I enabled Restrictions under Settings > General > Restrictions and created a passcode (I'm not sure if this was part of the solution, but it wasn't enabled for me by default.)
In Restrictions, under Privacy, Location Services was set to "Allow Changes" (This still didn't solve the issue of the greyed-out Location Services switch though - I still couldn't turn it on.)
Also in Restrictions, I also switched "Find My Friends" to "Allow Changes"
Once I did step 3, the switch under Settings > Privacy > Location Services was no longer greyed out and could be switched on.

I have a mid 2009 macbook pro and my issue is that I installed windows 7 and when I wan to install the drivers it says " bootcamp x64 is unsupported on this computer model" I tried installing the drivers with the bootcamp 4 but it did not work either it says that i have a newer bootcamp version. When I choose to open a new tab from a website, such as facebook, it always opens it in a new window. How do I change this to just opening a new tab. I tried changing the tab settings but it did not work. I did not have the problem until I started using firefox 4.

Are you saying that you contacted Apple support and they instructed you to backup and restore your iPad? Or do you mean that you picked up this information from an online support article? If you spoke to an Apple rep or received these instructions via email, contact them again for further help.
