The way that Adobe activation and serialization works is kinda like signing into a website. When you log in, a cookie is left on your computer so that you don't have to sign in every time. With Adobe activation and serialization, you get similar cookie files, that way you never have to go through that process again. Adobe never touches those files again, it just checks them to make sure they are there.
You issue you are encountering is the result of this sort of cookie file being deleted, damaged, or invalidated in some way. In most cases, it is because of cleaning software treating it like a website cookie, thinking it is unimportant, and removing it. However, there are many other possibilities including files becoming corrupted due to disk or file handling errors by the system and major system changes.
To take care of the problem permanently, we have to find out exactly what the source of the issue is on your computer and eliminate it (or mitigate it if removing third-party software is out of the question).

You can authorise your computer's iTunes via Store > Authorise This Computer

This morning when I tried to open Photoshop again I got a message saying the license didn't support the software anymore and I would need to check with my IT administrator or contact Adobe. I tried calling Adobe but the recorded message said CS was not phone supported. I know it took me a long time to get back to school, but it seems sad to waste the $1,000 I spent on the software. Hello, Can someone assist me with trying to figure out how to locate previously purchased songs on my itunes library that are showing up with an exclamation point infront of the titile. I try and play the song and i get a message stating that Itunes cannot locate the original file... HELP:/

This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

The iPad can not play some video formats such as WMV or FLV. Those would need to be converted on your computer to something the iPad can play, like M4V or MP4.
You might ask the person who sent the message to you to do the conversion and send it again.

The apps you are trying to update were purchased with (and therfore permanently linked to) someone elses Apple ID. If you do not know the password then you need to delete the app and redownload/purchase it with your Apple ID.

usb to usb does not work nor does the tornado device - that is - so far - just pc to pc.

FireWire between the two (get appropriate 800-800 or 400-800), Target Disk Mode on the old one, appears as an external disk on the new one. Drag everything over, or use Setup Assistant if first start of new one, or plain old Migration Assistant. You really don't need a display to see a prancing FireWire icon, do you?

This is the 4th time I have had to reset my password in 2 months, this is being generated by apple not me. I keep getting emails as well telling me to reset my password. Is this due to a hacking attempt or a virus or perhaps IOS ? What is going on??

I have a problem with my Apple ID password. I have been asked several times over the last few months for my Apple ID password and then when I go to enter it tells me that it is incorrect and I have to through the whole thing again.

If you are receiving e-mail messages telling you to reset your password, you should never click links in those e-mail messages and enter your password there! That is a common phishing attempt, and entering your Apple ID and password on the page you are directed to would give it to the hackers behind it.
It could also be an error of some kind (someone is trying to reset what they think is their Apple ID) or a malicious attempt to reset your password (stupid, since you'd get the reset e-mail, but some folks aren't that bright about this sort of stuff). In either case, turning on two-factor authentication will prevent anyone from even attempting to reset your password without additional information. See:

If you keep getting the reset e-mails after turning that on, it's phishing and you should just delete the messages.

Also, when I do try to drag it out of the Trash to put it back into Applications (on the Finder sidebar), it asks me to authenticate with the administration password. I enter it, and then a window appears saying that I can't do that because I do not have permission to modify iTunes. Please help.

You can't using Adobe Reader. It looks like whomever created the form used the same identifiers (names) for various fields. Each field with the same name will populate with the information used in another field of the same name. This is intentional.
Normally when I see this, it tells me that someone created an initial field then copy/pasted it to make additional fields but forgot to change the names.
