Need Board/VGA-Drivers WinXP to operate Satellite A65 from US

Hi there,
Satellite A65 is not listed throughout the Toshiba-Site(s). But it exists and badly needs some drivers. This special one came from US to Germany and has lost all Recovery/Driver/Utility-CDs. I set it up w/ standard-XP-drivers, but shortly after installing VGA (ATI Catalyst) it produced blue screens.
Now it wont boot XP w/o blue screening. This maybe because I installed A60 drivers which seemed to be OK, but VGA wasnt.
Can anyone help me? Is there any link to drivers exactly for Satellite A65?

Your notebook name is placed on the label which can be found on the bottom of the unit!
Roll over the notebook and check the label details.
Depending on the installed OS the graphic driver can be downloaded either from Toshiba website or from another 3rd websites.

P4m266 (MSI 6786 V2) On-Board VGA drivers don't work with SP2

I have a Pinnacle Micro system in the workshop which required a re-installation of the OS. The client no longer has the original installation CDs from Pinnacle and the local Pinnacle branch have declined to make a copy available to me. The mobo is an MSI 6787 Ver.2 with a Phoenix BIOS.
I installed Windows XP Home (no SP) and had no problems. I then used the CD supplied by Microsoft to install SP2. On rebooting the display was horrific. The OS automatically detected the VGA card as an S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR and installed the drivers. However it is virtually impossible to see anything on the screen, the colours are distorted and very faded. I tried to download updated drivers using the LiveUpdate feature but the first problem arose when it wanted to update the Phoenix BIOS with an AWARD BIOS...I quit in a hurry.
I have tried several drivers for this card. I browsed through the P4M266 boards until I found one which looked identical to the board I have in the workshop. However, it doesn't matter which version of driver I use none of them will give me a reasonable display.
Please can somebody tell me where I can find the correct drivers?

Need WXP hardware drivers for Satellite L40-139

Hi!
It seems that there are no XP drivers available for the Satellite L40-139.
Could anyone please tell me where I can download drivers for the following devices:
-Satellite L40-139
-Audio device
-Graphics controller
-ACPI controller!
-Some chipset drivers (?) (PCI Subsystem or something)

unfortunately there are no drivers available from toshiba at the moment, but you can try using generic drivers from the manufacturers of the hardware
(e.g. if the soundhardware is a realtek soundcard then download drivers from www.realtek.com and so on..) and run the machine with these drivers.

There you should find drivers, tools and utilities for all supported operating systems.

HP15-R043TU VGA Drivers Needed

Product Name :- HP15-R043TU Problem :- I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit Operating System. But HP15-R043TU VGA drivers are not compatible with my OS. I don't want to install Windows 7 64 Bit OS. I don't work for HP so I cannot address your concerns.
I can tell you that HP will never release 32 bit drivers for their new consumer notebooks and they do not support many consumer PC's with any kind of drivers for Windows 7 -- 32 or 64 bit.
Having to support a consumer model with drivers for multiple operating systems would add to the cost of the product, and not make it competitive with regard to its cost in the consumer market.
Customers that have to use 32 bit operating systems or other operating systems, should consider purchasing a HP business notebook for which HP normally provides a full range of drivers for multiple operating systems due to corporate needs.
The easiest thing to do is to find a business PC with the same hardware as your model, and use the drivers and software from that.
The closest notebook to your model is the Probook 450 G1.
You can use the drivers and software from that, except the audio, BIOS and firmware files

2 Clean out older drivers

hi everybody,
please forgive me if i put this in the wrong place.
i have a system i put together awhile back with a 875 intel board, 2.8ghz p4 at 800mhz fsb. it needed a good video card and i put the msi geforce fx5700 vtd256 in it. it was doing great, but i wanted to get updated on the driver so i recently went ahead and downloaded the most advanced there was without being 64bit. i downloaded and installed vga driver 71.25 for xp as i have xp pro. i don't think this was a good thing compared to the original driver as the monitor now blinks or winks once upon startup and twice upon logging in on the logon page. this bothered me, but now i'm seeing videos are of poorer quality prompting me to join here and find out just what happened and how to remedy this. i am green when it comes to software ins and outs so bear with me and get me at least back to where i was if not anything better. i don't like using the way back machine called system restore, but i will if i have to. on second thought that may not work either. to better see what i loaded here's the link to the page. http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/download/dld/spt_dld_detail.php?UID=533&kind=2
the original file i believe was something like a number in the 2400 or 2500 range and after it loaded this one was i believe 7772. was it a case of i went to far skipping key upgrades along the way to that one? i need help soon so if somebody at msi picks up on this and can direct me i'd appreciate it, but any help is good.

You will need to know if your notebook has the Intel graphics or AMD graphics adapter and then install the applicable driver for whichever one your notebook has.

Whatever seems Toshiba driver page does not provide the W2k drivers for this new notebook but dont give up dude ;)

MS-6389M need manual and drivers

Just received new motherboard (purchased mail order)
NEED MANUAL AND DRIVERS.
This motherboard MS6389M is not listed on MSI website (anyhow, I couldn't find it)
I dont know if this is a new product, and not on site yet, or if it is an old discontinued product. This is the very first motherboard I have ever purchased that did not have manual and drivers packaged with it, and I have purchased MANY.

This board is killing me as well....

this is just a quick referance for it (it does have jumper settings and such)
I have gone to www.esupport.com to get an updated bios for it (but no reply from them so far)

Which windows vga drivers.

I have msi nvidia geforce fx5500 td256 ms-8911. I need vga driver update. I went to msi website try to download but it stops middle of the download. Do anybody knows where i can find a website i can that download. Heres my problem is i install my card than i try to play my game it's cuts off to my windows. I called msi company they told me to get vga drivers update.

I have Toshiba Satellite model A205-S4587. To me it is not necessary OS Windows Vista, and I want establish OS WindowsXP SP2. Because I have any queshion.
1. If at me is not present usb floppy drive as I can establish the driver for sata controller drivers . On site
2. For my model there is no support of drivers under WindowsXp SP2 on a site, only for Windows Vista. Whether there will be support WindowsXp SP2 for my model in the future and are how much compatible the driver from Windows Vista for WindowsXp SP2.

I dont know if I can solve your all problems but I will try to provide some useful hints;
Regarding the point;
1) You dont need the external USB floppy drive.
You can create an own XP booting CD. There is an freeware application called nLite.
Using this program you can integrate the additional drivers like RAID or SATA and MS service packs into a Windows XP OS.
Google simply for nLite and Im sure you will find useful and interesting blogs and website about this software.
2) Well, this is an US notebook and was designed for US market.
Therefore you should look for drivers on Toshiba US website.
If you will find nothing, then either you will try XP drivers designed for another Satellite A205/A200 series or you will search for single XP drivers on chip manufacture sites like Intel, nVidia, etc
