Need Help on Document Service Integration

Hi!
I'm currently trying the webcenter tutorial specifically in Integrating Content and I've already configured a repository connection based on oracle content server adapter.
However using the Document Service, I can't edit (buttons were disabled) the content being displayed from the list. Tried adding new content, denied as well.
Checking the content server logs, I got these:
Event generated by user 'Lisa' at host 'CIS'. Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in. User 'Lisa' does not have sufficient privileges.
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.

Is it really possible to edit a content from content server accessing it thru a webcenter application? Like an external user having the privilege to read/write/delete ?

Hey,
I think I can expand somewhat on how the user interaction between webcenter and UCM works when using the documents service.
When you create the connection via the documents service a CIS (or RIDC depending on your version of webcenter) connection is created between the Webcenter app and UCM. By default when using CIS or RIDC a trusted connection is made between the app server and the content server over standard sockets.
When the documents service makes a call to UCM it will assert the currently logged in user as part of the request. When doing your own integration you also have to assert this user. The content server then looks up the permissions for that username and authorizes (grants persmissions accordingly).; If the user can't be found it applies the "guest" content server role by default, hence why your checkin wasn't working.
The usual setup is to have both the weblogic server hosting webcenter and UCM looking up their user info from the same directory server (LDAP). This way whenever a user is asserted from the app back to UCM the lookup is successful and permissions are applied.

Need help configuring Excel Services

I've configured both the Excel Serives and Secure Store Target applications and continually receive the following error message when trying to view the Simple Projects List sample report:
An error occurred while accessing application id ProjectServerApplication from Secure Store Service. The following connections failed to refresh:
Project Server - Simple Projects List
The Server Logs show the following errors:
Access Denied: Claims stored in the credentials did not match with the group claim for a group app.
The Microsoft Secure Store Services application Secure Store Service failed to retrieve credentials. The error returned was 'Access Denied.' ...
Access is denied. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Office.SecureStoreService.Server.SecureStoreServiceFault)
SSS has failed with the following exception: Access is denied.
Unable to esablish a connection using credentials retrieved from SSS. This could be because the Unattended Service Account is not configured or because the credentials retrieved from SSS are not valid.
I've repeated the steps to create these configurations a few times, and continue to get the same errors. Any help would be appreciated!

my first problem: Excel is really open, and the user can see the sheet. I dont want, that excel is visible...is there a way to start excel in no_visible mode?
second problem: The sheet have makro aktiv...at start from excel, there is a popup, which ask 'makros activate' oder not activate... i dont want this popup... is there a way, to say it from abap, that makros always active?
third problem: i see, that the content Table have this components:
TYPES: BEGIN OF SOI_GENERIC_ITEM,
         ROW(4) TYPE C,
         COLUMN(4) TYPE C,
         VALUE(256) TYPE C,
       END OF SOI_GENERIC_ITEM.
But my excelsheet have more then 10000 lines....
forth (and biggest) problem: i need the selected data into an int. tabelle. The table have the components:

i dont know, how can i do this...

Is Adobe Credentials file always needed for Adobe Document Services

Hi,
We are setting up Adobe Document Services in our SAP ME 6.0 Environment.
We are getting this error in Default trace file when printing an adobe template:
"Unable to locate any credential aliases associated with CS credential
alias: ReaderRights"
In the help for ME 6.0 chapter "Setting up printing" it is stated that you install a credential file. But according to SAP Note 736902
you should only need the credentials file if you are running interactive forms, which we are not. We only want to print a PDF template which we have mapped against the file created from SAP ME.
Can anyone help me and tell me if I really need the credentials file or if I don't need it how I can proceed with setting up ADS without the credentials file?

I didn't quite understood your issue.
Are you trying to delete the content in PDF file?
You cannot edit the content of the PDF file using Adobe Reader.
Or are you trying to delete the document(PDF) file?
You should be able to delete the PDF file like any other file on your computer.
Please explain your problem in detail, this will help me to find a resolution quickly.

Help Adobe Document Services capabilities

Hi,
1. Can Adobe document services be configured for continuoulsly monitoring a folder "watching a folder" for xml files (which is data source)
2. Once a xml file is placed into the folder ADS should pick up the file and merge it with the xdp file (livecycle designer) template to create a pdf file.
Please let me know wheather it is possible in ADS ?

I need help with 'Documents & Data' taking up all the space on my iPhone

Hello, I have searched for days on the internet for a way to solve my problem but nothing and I really mean NOTHING seems to work at all.
I can't buy any software either.
When I go into Settings>iCloud Documents & Data are off and have been off all the time. Yet I STILL have Documents & Data taking up 5 GB of my phone and I don't have much space either.
I have hopelessly tried deleting most of my messages and NONE and I mean NONE of the space has been given to me, nothing changed but my messages completely disappeared. No I do not use iCloud and I have the latest software updates. My phone is not jailbroken. I even tried deleting most of my apps and installing them again but that didn't work either. Photos take a small amount of space on my iPhone.
I really hope someone can help me this is a really big issue for me and I do not fancy resetting the phone back to its Factory settings.
I am new to the apple forum so sorry if this isn't in the right category or something. Thank you in advance. I also do not really fancy going all the way to the centre of the city to go to a Genius Bar.
By the way, a few minutes ago I tried backing up my iPhone and syncing it again and a message popped out telling me that I need additional 4 GB of space in order to let it sync and I do not understand this, Documents & Data take more and more of my space every time I look. Also all the messages I delete come right back when I turn the phone on and off.

Need help in URL Service Data Control

Hi Everyone,
I'm working on JDev11gUp2, ADF-RC
I am using URL Service Data Control to fetch data from CSV File and i got success but I need to know that is there any way to pass File Connection URL Dynamically at run time, As i know we have to provide URL string at design time, but i have multiple files to pass at run time , Then?
And one more question that Once the data is uploaded into af:Table from my CSV file. then after Any data change in CSV file must reflect in af:table with that change like other iterator refresh functionality. but I'm not able to do that, Simple question is, How to Re fetch the data from CSV file at run time?
Your answer would be really appreciated as it would really help me.

Hi Fizz,
Not sure of the answer to your specific question. A couple of thoughts, though:
You could try putting some code in a backing bean action listener to get the data control from an iterator binding (where you have added an iterator binding to your page definition) and then using the debugger to inspect the runtime type of the data control returned - then look to see if that type has a setURL method.

Need help developing web services on Jdeveloper

I'm having some problems developing a particular web service using jdeveloper 10.1.2.1.0 (build 1913).
The web service is located on a remote computer (windows server 2003 SP1), deployed on a jboss3.2.5.
I got the following error:

Would really help if you could provide the wsdl and also steps to reproduce this exception, for us to try it out locally.
You could also try to install the latest JDev 10.1.3.1 available on OTN, to see if it works on it.

I need help accessing documents in Photoshop CS5 Win

Photoshop is crashing when I do multiple calls to a function using the documents member of Photoshop.app.
One or more images has to be open in PS.

I have now discovered that this problem only exists on Windows Server 2008 standard (x86). On OSX and Win 7 everything works fine.
WS2008 is not important for us, it just happened to be my desktop OS.
