Need help on page layout.

Question

Hi all,
I have 3 issues like
1. I need to create 3 LOV's(these 3 values should come from VO) in the AF Query.
2. I have 2 tables, which radio button i have selected the related data should needs to come in the 2nd table. logic is ready I have written a method to call that vo but here my doubt where should i need to put i tried with attributeChangeListener of the 1st table but it's didn't work. and constructor of the page backing bean it's working when i click on any button on the page.
3. I need to divide my page into 4 parts like top, middle, bottom and middle should be devided horizontally 2 parts. i tried with panel splitter but user doesn't like it, then i tried with the

last i have added panel box with trinida table.
Here the problem is panel boxes are moving like if there is no result on the table then panel box is going small, i need to fix all these layout to page
Can any one help in all these.

Use a panelStetchLayout to get the various area (top, middle, bottom) then in the middle/center you can use either a panel splitter or another panelStretchLayout.
Don't forget to set the sizes for the various facet of the panelStretchLayout.
