Need help with displaying content on multiple pages

Hi I'm kind of a dreamweaver newbie and i'm a little in over
my head. I'm trying to design a web site with the same content
appearing on multiple pages. Here's the current site...

I'm trying to establish the top bar and side bars of links
and the logo on each page from one point so i don't have to change
forty pages if i update a link.
I know there's a way to do this and i thought it was using a
CSS page but i can't figure it out and i'm running out of time.

Got it. Thank you. I'm having one other problem though. I
keep getting this bizare message every time i save or try to use
the template:
The is an error at line 41 column 7 (absolute position 2486)
of "~pathandfilename.dwt": Nested editable regions
The only thing at line 41 is the <body> tag. I took all
the formating out to try to trim this out... any thoughts about
this one.

I have a "Contact" organization issue I need help with. I organize multiple customers under their account affiliation. I place the people with their contact info under each account name by their dept/role in the notes section of their account. I am looking to be able to directly dial / email from this info in yet notes section located within a contact. On Blackberry, the notes area entered in a contact can connect directly but on the iPhone those numbers/emails are inactive. I am trying to avoid having to create each of these individuals as a separate contact and keep them under their account affiliation. It is easier to find them. This does not seem like that complicated of a request and hoping someone can tell me how or share an app that will enable the "notes" within a contact be "active". Hope this makes sense.

I seem to recall that this question has been asked before and I'm pretty sure that the answer is that you can't do what you want to do with the native contact app. However, there are lots of contact apps out there that pull from the built app's data but have other features. Perhaps one of them would meet your needs.

}it obviously runs the default constructor which then runs the other methods in the class but it doesn't seem to show can anybody help me to find out whats wrong? It seems to be there just before the main application launches but only for a split second. And when i am waiting while the thread is sleeping the area i have defined the Content pane for he cursor goes to the loading icon! I don't know if this makes any sence to you but if you can help me it would be most apreciated.

Help with header field on multiple pages

I am trying to print three multiple page documents. The first document in the dat file has data in a header comment field. The last two documents in the dat file do not have data for the header comment field. On the form I have defined this comment field as global. When I print the documents the first document comment is being printed on the last two documents that should not have comments.
If I remove the global condition for the comment field, then the comment is only printed on the first page of the first multiple page document. Is it possible to print the comment on each page of the first multiple page document and not print the comment on the documents that should not have a comment? Thanks for any help.

Need help with JSF table and scrollable pages

I need help regarding usage of <t:dataTable>
I have a List on my managed bean. It has 50 records.
I am displaying the first 10 records and need to implement paging.
I hear that there is a faces taglibrary called tomahawk which provides a <t:dataTable> and a <t:dataScroller> to implement scrolling.
Is there a sample implentation that I can take a look at to see how I can solve my problem??

Need help to display content in a KM folder

I need to develop a component which will accept a KM folder name as an input field from UI (for eg : \documents\folder1) and will display all the subfolders and files inside that KM folder along with its details. Need info on how i can implement this and if anyone has already done something similar please help.

AT300 - need help with display brightness

Hello! Help solve the problem with the AT300 tablet.
Balanced consumption charge off, automatic brightness control is also disabled. But when watching videos, surfing and gaming brightness still varies depending on the color of the image. If the image is dark, the brightness decreases, if the picture is brighter - the screen gets brighter. How do to fix the brightness?

I have the same problem like flash85.
When I scroll down on bright websites and a darker picture is shown on the screen,
the whole display becomes much darker and even the colors on the screen change.
Yesterday I've tried the same website on an IPad and the background and colors perfectly
stays the same.
Also the display permanently dimms down or up if the automatic brightness control is
enabled. This is also very disturbing.
I can't imagine that this behaviour is normal. I read many tests before and none of it mentioned this.

Need help with automatic printing of a page

I am looking for inputs for a particular scenario; On the Oracle HR Self-service pages, once the employee adds/updates his personal details and submits his changes to be approved by the HR manager, the final confirmation page should be automatically routed to a particular printer and be printed. Can this functionality be achieved with OAF coding for the Submit button?

Need help with Replace Metadata then multiple Save script

I am attempting to create a javascript to run on a folder of PSDs. I need it to:
1. Replace image Metadata with an existing Metadata Template called "UsageTerms".
2. Play an existing Action "Prep_PrintRes". (The action sharpens and converts to 8-bit)
3. Append "_PrintRes" to the filename. (ie OriginalPSDName_PrintRes.jpg)
4. Save the file as a 12 Quality JPEG to specific folder on my hard drive, "D:/Transfer".
5. Play an existing Action "Prep_Magazine" (The action resizes, sharpens, and converts to CMYK)
6. Append "_Magazine" to the filename. (ie OriginalPSDName_Magazine.jpg)
7. Save the file as a 10 Quality JPEG WITH NO EMBEDDED PROFILE to "D:/Transfer".
8. Play an existing Action "Prep_Screen". (The action sizes, sharpens, and converts to sRGB)
9. Append "_ScreenRes" to the filename (ie OriginalPSDName_ScreenRes.jpg)
10. Save the file as an 8 Quality JPEG to "D:/Transfer"
If anyone is available to help me get started with this I would greatly appreciate it. I can do a minimal amount of Visual Basic but Javascript is alien to me. Thanks so much!

I need help with Active Content running in the local machine

Hey. I'm in a dead line ... and I'm in trouble: I programmed
a web-site with a flash-menu that uses getURL to connect with the
pages. This web work in the internet but doesn't in the local
machine. I need to distribute it in a CD also, so i need the menu
working in the local machine. I'd tried all the tricks i found in

Of course I did. Anyway, in theory it will work only in
Explorer, but i have the same problem with the other navigators.
The problem is very simple: if I publish de flash-menu for
ACCESS LOCAL FILES ONLY I resolve the problem, but i lost the GET
variables than I'm using for trace the option selected in the menu
to mark it in the next page. In the other hand, if i publish for
ACCESS NETWORK ONLY simply the menu doesn´t work in a local
machine in any of the navigators.

Need help with Adobe documents - emailing multiple PDFs

Can anyone out there help an old man? I'm new to all things Adobe but the only thing I can't seem to master is sending multiple PDFs in a single email, from Adobe documents. What am I missing here?

You can either Create a pdf portfolio of those files and send a single file to the user or you can select all the files you want to send at once while uploading and then send them in one go.
Please revert back if you still face challenges in sending multiple pdf files at once.

Need help with Page Layout and Background Scaling

hello, everyone.
I am in the process of designing a new website for myself,
and while I was researching nicely designed pages to use as
inspiration, I stumbled upon this site:

incorporates a lot of web mechanics that I have been trying to
figure out, so I will use this page as an example.
one thing I need help with is backgrounds. as you can see in
the posted website, the creator used a seamlessly tiled paper
texture to display the bulk of his content on. also make not of the
pattern that is located to the left of the paper texture. how do I
create seamless backgrounds like this that will scale to fit any
amount of content or any resolution? I can't imagine that the guy
that made that site created a new size background every time he
made an update, so there has to be an easier way.
the second thing that I am having trouble with is general
site layout. I have read that most sites used series of invisible
tables to organize there content, but when I open the source of
this page in dreamweaver, he was using something different. div
tags? should I be using these? who do I use them? are there any
general layout tips that someone could pass on to me? perhaps a
link to a good tutorial?

I have a report that displays brief employee information. Among the information displayed is the Address. Right now, it's display as:
Mr X
Employee Id
Accounting Department
Address 1
Mr X
Employee Id
Accounting Department
Address 2
I would like it to display
Mr X
Employee Id
Accounting Department
Address 1
Address 2
1) I have thought of using the Break functionality; however, the function only allows break at column 1, 2, 3. As you can see Address starts at column 4. Also, Address has a few columns; Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zipcode.
2) Stragg functions - I'm not sure how to implement it since it has more than 1 columns.
Any ideas?

The example I gave you, using analytic functions is a simple one.
Now, you are saying:
1. some of the employees may have two adresses?
2. if this is the case, your employee appears in the report twice?
3. you don't want his name, employee id and accounting department to appear twice?
4. only his address has to be displayed?
If the answer to all the questions is yes, this kind of query will help you. I repeat:
SELECT CASE
          WHEN LAG (employee_id) OVER (ORDER BY employee_id) =
                                                    employee_id
             THEN NULL
          ELSE employee_name
       END employee_name,
       CASE
          WHEN LAG (employee_id) OVER (ORDER BY employee_id) =
