Need help with preloder in CS5

Question

i have been trying to find a propper tutorial on how to make a preloder on CS5 but the ones i found were for CS4 and did not work. can someome help?

Here is a really basic one that I have used and it works fine:
For this I have an instance on the stage named "lbar_mc" and I have an event listener waiting for my object to start loading then it runs the function and and scales "lbar_mc" on the stage and once it is loaded you can specify what you would like it to do in the if statement at the end of the function e.g play the next frame. And it shouldn't be to difficult to add dynamic text if you need it.
