Need New Bios with New ME 8.1.40.1416

May I request a bios to be made up for use with the forum flasher?

Currently running bios 17.10
But you could package the new ME firmware, 8.1.40.1416(believe its correct), in with the newer Beta bios.

I did download the bios on the forum here equivalent to 17.10 on MSI site most likely and it had the newest ME firmware with it see below
flashed with the forum flash tool and it shows now newest ME at 8.1.40.1416 in my cmos/bios now
I did bios A and bios B
then did from within windows the ME 9.0.0.1310 driver instal package
this forum is prolly better place to get the bios as you people do the ME for sure instead of MSI downloads
Should be good to go?

New to Solaris administration - Need some help with some issues

Hello all,
I am a new to Solaris administration and need some assistance with a few things. I was going to make separate posts but decided it would be easy to keep track of in one. I really do not know much about the OS but I do have a little Linux background so that might help me out. I am going to number my problems to keep them sorted, so here we go.
The machine:
Sunfire V880
4x 73GB HDs
PCI dual fiber channel host adapter
Attached RAID array:
Sun StorEdge T3 Array with 9x 73GB HDs
Sun DDS4 Tape Drive in a Unipack
OS: Solaris 5.10
Updates: Updated everything except 2 patches (Updating is a real pain isn't it? At least it seems that way to me.)
1. So I might as well start with the update issues! These 2 updates will not install:
-PostgreSQL 8.2 source code, (137004-02)
Utility used to install the update failed with exit code {0}.
-Patch for mediaLib in solaris, (121620-03)
Install of update failed. Utility used to install the update is not able to save files. Utility used to install the update failed with exit code 4.
No idea why the PostgreSQL update is not working, but the medialib patch seems to not have enough hard drive space.
2. Where are all the drives? I don't know how to find the RAID box or the other 3 internal hard drives. When I installed the OS, I think I installed it on only one hard drive and that might be part of the reason why the medialibe update above says that I don't have enough space.
3. I probably need more space for the OS and updates, is there a way to "add" space onto the hard drive that currently is running the OS?
3. Once I see the other hard drives I wish to combine them to make a RAID 0 and RAID 5 array, how do I go about doing that?
4. How can I find/see the tape drive?
5. Does my swap space really need to be 64GB? I know the book I have read suggests it, but I only made it 5GB because it didn't seem to make sense to make it 64GB.
Thank you in advance for the help. I know these are a lot of questions to ask but please go easy on me :)

Exit code 0 means there were no errors. When you run showrev -p 137004-02, does your system show that the patch is installed? You can check the log for a particular patch add attempt in /var/sadm/patch/+patch_num_rev+1- A bunch of stuff shows up, here is a portion (I am not entirely sure what it means, there must be a least a page of stuff like this):

When you run format command, how many drives are listed? Identify your root drive (compare with output of df command you ran earlier) Please post here.2. Output of df-hk, looks like I ran out of room. Should I just go ahead and reinstall the OS?

3. So I guess the general consensus is to reinstall the OS, is that correct?
4. There is nothing in \dev\rmt, and unfortunately I don't have a tape to test it with!

And they still won't replace the laptop for me worst buy ever but i have had a imac for 2 months and nothing at all wrong .

You could try calling Apple and ask for Customer Relations.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're users here and do not speak for "Apple Inc."
Some basic printer troubleshooting steps before worrying about a printer driver:
1. Have you tried turning the printer off and back on?
2A. Is the printer attached with a cable?
     If yes, have you tried unplugging and re-plugging both ends of the printer cable?
     If that does not help, can you test the printer with another cable?
2B. If your printer is not connected to the computer with a cable, have you tried restarting your printer (assuming wireless connection)?
     Have you tried restarting your wireless router?
3. Have you tried restarting your MacBook? (Be sure to save your work first.)
4. Does the printer have ink? (Doesn't usually generate a 'communications error' though)
5. Have you updated OS X or the program you're trying to print from recently?

i can take pictures off my phone but thats it, i have some nice programs for pictures and art work and cant get them back on my phone to send them to friends and family. You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Error message need newer version since Yosemity

Since the OS X update on my Macbook Pro to Yosemity, I can't open many numbers files and get the 'need newer version to open' error message. I've updated everything to the latest version. There is only 1 numbers program in my programs directory, no older versions as long as I can see. Tried to open fromout Numbers and from Finder with the 'open with' function. Always the same error. Please help. Need to access my files.

Updating to Numbers 3 (Yosemite) did not remove Numbers '09 from your machine.

Plasma needs new capacitors

I have a Magnavox 42" plasma with 5 capacitors swelled. I was wondering what the price range is to fix this issue. I am currently in a area where the nearest best buy is a bit of a drive to so before I jump in my car and waste all that gas going to be disappointed by over pricing I am asking here to maybe give me an idea of what I may need to take with me to get the job done.

Most repair companies won't replace individual capacitors on a circuit board if they are soldered on. They usually order a completely new board with all new pieces, and send the bad board in as a core to be refurbished for the next customer that needs one.
Do you have a GeekSquad Black Tie Service Plan on this TV? If so, I think that it's a big enough TV that Best Buy will do all of the repairs in your home, rather than having you lug it in to the store.
If you don't have a GS BTP, you can either call Best Buy, Magnavox, or a local TV Repair company to find out what your options are. Most of the time, on a 42" TV, they'll come to your house, as I mentioned above.

My 808 got so many problem..the camera did not working well and the screen has problem..
The camera problem when recording the video, i used to use touch to focus, but the when listen to the video the weird sound was produced while i focused on something..the screen has problem when looked at the dark pictures especially on grey colour...it was not the noises but it the screen problem..
Please Nokia i need new replacement..i just used this phone, and dissapointed with this..

Have you installed any third party applications to account for the sound of the continuous auto focus (CAF) mechanism?
You probably need to visit Nokia Care facility so that device can be reset to "factory settings" and completely re-install device software, before pointing towards hardware issue with camera module itself.

A mailbox user can have only one managed folder mailbox policy applied. I recommend you remove the managed folder mailbox policy from this mailbox user and then apply a new managed folder mailbox policy to this user.
To remove the managed folder mailbox policy from the mailbox user run the following PowerShell command:
